HHS: Neurosurgeons aren't allowed to treat anyone over 70

HHS has informed a conference of neurosurgeons in D.C. including ANS and CNS membership that when Obamacare is fully implemented, ~~patients~~ "units" over 70 years old will not be treated, but only allowed to have "comfort care" (i.e. no treatment for stroke, aneurisms, etc.)
