EXPLOSIVE: The 2020 Election Steal Required an “Emergency” on Jan 6 to Complete the Coup

 An “emergency” was required on Jan 6 to prevent the 2020 election coup from being uncovered. 

(When I first read and put this together I jumped out of my chair and said aloud – “No Way”)

The Conservative Treehouse laid this out in an article a couple of days ago.  This is a very important read.  What this shows is that the Democrats and the Deep State needed an “emergency” on January 6th to culminate their 2020 Election steal.

In order to complete the 2020 Election coup, Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell and Pence needed to create an emergency.  The only way to prevent Congress from delaying the certification of state electoral votes was to create a crisis that could easily be designated an emergency.

Just moments, literally 3 minutes before two representatives issued a vote for motions to suspend the certification, the House members were “informed” by capitol police and other “agents” that a protest was about to breach the chambers. It was at this time that key people: Pence, Pelosi, Schumer, Mcconnell can be seen being walked out and escorted from the chamber. This effectively halted the Entire Chamber Process…

The crisis was created to eliminate the motion challenges to halt the certification and to begin voting to look into voting irregularities and fraud.

The two motions were completely legal and constitutional under at least two constitutionally recognized procedures… procedures that would REQUIRE the House to pause the certification and then vote to determine whether the motions of suspend could move forward…

Conservative Treehouse opines that by eliminating the motions from the records of the House, they could certify the fraud with no detractors on record and give SCOTUS a reason to claim that cases before it lacked standing.

In order to prevent those two motions, the Speaker of the House, the Minority Leaders, and the President of the Congress (VP Pence) could not be PRESENT IN THE CHAMBERS.

This allowed Speaker Pelosi to suspend the Congress UNILATERALLY UNDER EMERGENCY RULES. This protest was necessary. The crisis was created because there is no other way to suspend the business of certification UNILATERALLY.  The crisis invoked emergency procedures and Pelosi was able to prevent the delay of certification herself.

When Congress returned later that night, Pelosi was in charge:

The Speaker initiated the NEW sessions under special emergency rules. These rules abandon and make it clear that the ONLY purpose of the new session was to EXPEDITE the certification and dismiss all prior regular session procedural rules. This is why those two motions to table votes to consider a debate and pause to the certifications of state vote electors never happened later that evening when the house business was reconvened!…

…it was at THIS NEW SESSION that VP Pence, President of Congress, would also have no ability to even consider pausing the electoral certification, because there were no motions of disagreements on the matter. So, in a technical legal claim, he is correct that he had no constitutional authority to address any issues of fraud or doubts about electoral irregularities.

But how did Pence know this ahead of time so that he could clarify it in his statement that he released while President Trump was still talking?

This was a coup….it was a very organized and carefully planned coup. I will not spend much time on this thread explaining why Lt Gen Flynn was so important to President Trump and why the IC was so afraid he would have advisory power to the President. That I will leave for another day, another time. But understand this clearly: MIKE PENCE WAS AND IS WORKING FOR THE MOST CORRUPT CRIMINAL TREASONOUS PEOPLE IN GOVERNMENT.

The relationship between Congress and the American Constitution is quite different. According to the Supreme Court in Marbury v. Madison, ¹²¹ to allow Congress the same latitude as Parliament

would subvert the very foundation of all written constitutions. It would declare that an act, which, according to the principles and theory of our government, is entirely void; is yet, in practice, completely obligatory. It would declare, that if the legislature shall do what is expressly forbid[d]en, such act, notwithstanding the express prohibition, is in reality effectual. It would be giving to the legislature a practical and real omnipotence, with the same breath which professes to restrict their powers within narrow limits.¹²²

Therefore, Congress cannot alter who is eligible to run for President by statute. Such a dramatic change requires a constitutional amendment.¹²³

Unsurprisingly, no evidence suggests Congress intended to expand the class of persons who could run for President. Moreover, early commentators agreed that the use of “natural born” in the first naturalization act did not amend Article II. For example, St. George Tucker¾a professor of law at the College of William and Mary¹²⁴¾published his edition of Blackstone’s Commentaries in 1803, wherein he provided his own notes concerning the differences between English and American law.¹²⁵ With respect to naturalization and citizenship, he cited all of the American naturalization statutes enacted to that date, including the 1790 Act.¹²⁶ He then concluded that “[p]ersons [] naturalized according to these acts, are entitled to all the rights of natural-born citizens, except . . . they are forever incapable of being chosen to the office of president of the United States.”¹²⁷ In any event, Congress swiftly repealed the 1790 statute in 1795.¹²⁸

IV. CONCLUSION The introduction to this Article posed a question: “in the eyes of early Americans, would someone born in a foreign country of American parents be a ‘natural born citizen’ and therefore eligible to be President of the United States?” The pertinent historical materials lead to only one conclusion: aside from children born to U.S. ambassadors or soldiers in hostile armies, the answer is “no.”

The trust fund for Social Security disability benefits, which is separate from the fund for retirement benefits, is on track to be insolvent -- most likely by the end of 2016 but no later than 2017.

So unless Congress acts to replenish the fund beforehand, the program will only be able to pay an estimated 80% of promised benefits to 8.8 million disabled workers, plus the benefits paid to their spouses and dependents if the disabled worker was the primary breadwinner. The current average monthly payment for a disabled worker is $1,146.

After last week's ruling wherein a federal court failed to permanently bar the Internal Revenue Service from targeting conservative groups, there can be no doubt that liberty and the IRS are incompatible. The IRS continues to seize bank accounts of individuals and businesses without a court determination of wrongdoing. The IRS is supporting the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's (OECD) initiative to the automatic exchange of individual and business financial account information in tax matters between governments. The IRS code is now so complex -- something like 77,000 pages no one can understand -- that everyone is at risk. Officials of the Obama administration and the IRS have demonstrated time and time again that they are willing to misuse their powers for partisan political purposes. Now, in essence, the court has said it is OK, provided they promise not to do it again. If there are no consequences for bad behavior, one would be naive to believe it will not be repeated. Congress has the power to correct the above-mentioned abuses. If Democrats continue to hold one or both houses of Congress, it is almost a certainty that no real reform will occur, because it is not in their political interest to do so. The Republicans could and should make the necessary reforms, but even if they control both houses of Congress, they may be too timid to do so. Still, there is at least a chance they will do the right thing. What is a voter to do -- if one wants to try to preserve what remains of liberty? One who votes for almost any Democrat for Congress is likely voting for continuing and perhaps expanding the IRS offenses -- so those who value economic liberty have no choice but to vote against the Democrat. Congress needs to pass legislation that gives the right to taxpayers to hold individuals within the IRS personally accountable for political targeting or other improper uses of power. That is, IRS employees must have their sovereign immunity protections taken away from them. The potential problems an IRS employee might have with the loss of such protection is of far less danger to the republic than the danger that politically corrupted, irresponsible and renegade IRS employees pose to the public. IRS employees should be no more protected than are people in the private sector who misbehave. Also, every IRS communication to any taxpayer should be signed by the individual in the IRS who is specifically responsible for the content and accuracy of the communication -- no more anonymous letters and phone calls. Most IRS employees are very well paid, and thus it is not unreasonable that they should be expected to take personal responsibility for each of their actions. The new Congress needs to take action regarding the abuse of asset forfeiture, particularly at the IRS, which has gone on far too long. No American should have his bank accounts or other assets seized without being convicted of wrongdoing in an appropriate court of law. The basic function of government is to protect person and property, not steal property from innocent citizens as the IRS and other government agencies have been doing for decades. As noted above, the OECD has been pushing for automatic exchange of tax information between governments, and this proposed protocol has been enthusiastically supported by the Obama administration. If the protocol is ratified by the Senate, it would be up to the administration to decide which countries would be privy to our private financial and tax information -- Russia, China, Venezuela or others. This would subject American citizens to blackmail, extortion, identity theft and other injustices by foreign governments and individuals within those governments who may be hostile to Americans. Officials in the administration assure us that they will protect the confidentially of our personal information and not share it with countries that will not protect it. Have they not heard of Edward Snowden? Private companies and individuals can be held liable for not protecting confidential information. There should be no lesser standard for those in government. It is called being accountable for one's words and actions. Congress could quickly get rid of many of the IRS outrages mentioned above if it would go to a territorial system of taxation (only taxing income earned inside the country's borders), which the vast majority of countries have done. It would eliminate the need for most cross-border information-sharing. Congress should immediately prohibit the IRS from asset forfeiture before conviction of wrongdoing. Nonprofit organization tax exemption or deduction should be automatic with the IRS only being allowed to take away exemptions after clear evidence of wrongdoing. Finally, if the current tax code were replaced with a simple flat-rate income or consumption tax, most of the abuse problems would go away -- and much liberty would be restored. Richard W.
