We Are 90 Days Away from the Total Loss of US Sovereignty

10/1/13: As America races toward her date with destiny, there is yet another “fundamentally transforming” event coming her way and that event is known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

Let’s be clear, Obama is violating the separation of powers principle of the US Constitution by leaving Congress in the dark and by limiting their ability to use their Congressional powers as they would with any other legislation. The rumors of the TPP policies are so horrific that even the Kool-Aid drinkers from the Democratic party are calling on Obama to allow more transparency. Congress is asking Obama to allow for more transparency? I did not know that we passed a Constitutional amendment which states that Congress works for Obama.

John Roberts and Obamacare, Anthony Kennedy on whatever the issue. This was never intended. So much of what is happening now was not intended. Presidents don't have the right to pick and choose what parts of legislation they like and implement that and deny other parts. The American people have the power to change this, but not at the ballot box. At least that's one of the theories of The Liberty Amendments. The Constitution is going to have to be reaffirmed and a new reminder to elected officials of what the law is is going to have to be made.

One of the points in the book is that the states, the amendment process is right there in Article V, how to deal with out-of-control administrations, how to deal with leaders that are abrogating and denying the Constitution, shredding it. It's right there. The Founders are brilliant. They knew what they were doing. They weren't just devising a formula for life during their era. They were devising a structure for all time, and, as such, they were able, 'cause they understood human nature, they were able to understand exactly how despotism happens, dictatorship happens, usurpation of freedom by governments, how it happens.

Much is riding on the case of Perry vs. Schwarzenegger, for the lawsuit is petitioning a federal court to overturn not just a law, but a constitutional amendment passed by the people and affirmed by the state's Supreme Court. A victory for same-sex marriage advocates in the case could set a precedent for federal courts to overturn every law and amendment in the country currently protecting the traditional definition of marriage.

There's a pattern that has developed in America and this pattern has its roots in totalitarianism. The will of the voters is being pushed aside, ignored, and overturned by thugs who will do anything to take away our freedoms and our self-determination and the rule of law. Witness how unpopular Obamacare is in the polls and yet Democrats are shoving it down our throats...even to the point of, yet again, determining to ignore the Massachusetts election - Scott Brown swearing-in would be stalled to pass health-care reform.

As for California, I've personally seen it degenerate from, in the 1950's, an incredibly affordable and beautiful place to live to where it is today...and George Will is absolutely right on when he says: Liberalism is What is Killing California".

And it's killing America too.
