7/2/08: Little reported by the media, Obama campaigned to a Colorado Springs audience that, as president, he would create “a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as the U.S. military.

This is that army:

“They’re wearing AmeriCorps Department of Homeland Security uniforms. This is a FEMA Department of Homeland Security program."

In response, the DOD (Department of Defense) has apparently been building a series of underground bunkers.
