Federal judge upholds key provisions of health care law
Not good, but of course there will be an appeal:
In a 20-page decision, U.S. District Judge George Steeh refused to issue an injunction to halt preparations for putting federal health reforms into full effect in 2014, a law known as the Affordable Care Act passed by Congress in March.
