Obama's disdains Americans

Atlas Shrugs nails it:

He demands we respect Islam, demands we respect our enemies, demands we respect despots, dictators, annihilationists, and oppressors. But when reasoned, rational Americans display knowledge of our Constitution and peacefully protest against socialism, taxation without representation and the enslavement of our children and grandchildren, he condescends and ridicules them. Those tea parties are America.
