ICEgate?

High ranking intel officials linked to Palestinian money laundering

ICE
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is the principal investigative arm of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the second largest investigative agency in the federal government. Created in 2003 through a merger of the investigative and interior enforcement elements of the U.S. Customs Service and the Immigration and Naturalization Service, ICE now has more than 20,000 employees in offices in all 50 states and 47 foreign countries.
"The money, stolen from American taxpayers who paid it to fund this country’s national security, is probably going to fund Islamic terrorism...Homeland Security and the Justice Department are minimizing these parts of the story and are succeeding.  But the truth is that this is a major national security breach..."

"The fact that the investigation was handled by the Homeland Security Department and its components instead of by the FBI or other federal investigators is highly suspicious to me. These were high-ranking U.S. intelligence officials who were stealing larges sums of money without the slightest hesitation. Could not these same officials compromise national security or worse?" asks former military intelligence officer and police detective Sid Franes.

"Are Americans getting the whole story? Or are we once again facing yet another political agenda?" he asks.

How long are the American people going to tolerate the willful defiance of U.S. laws by our current administration and government officials?

The president of the union that represents officers of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Chris Crane, testified before members of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration that ICE officers have been ordered not arrest any illegals that have been previously arrested, deported and then re-enter the US illegally again, even though that constitutes a federal felony. Furthermore, they have been instructed to not arrest any illegal that is a fugitive from court ordered deportation if they have no other prior criminal convictions.

What is the difference between this and a police officer being told not to arrest someone for committing a felony if they had no prior conviction? Or what about a police officer who was told to ignore a judge’s order to detain someone just because they had no priors? If this was the case, anyone with a clean record could commit any crime they wanted and not be arrested for it because they had a clean record to begin with. It wouldn’t take long for the crime rates to shoot through the ceiling.

Additionally, since when does any person, especially a government official, have any right to decide for themselves what laws they are going to enforce and what ones they won’t?

Obama passes the DREAM ACT....

...all by himself!
A new enforcement memo handed down by the director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement last week has some accusing the White House of running around Congress to implement the DREAM Act – and consequent amnesty for some illegal immigrants – by executive fiat...

The Obama administration has tapped an outspoken critic of immigration enforcement on the local level to oversee and promote partnerships between federal and local officials on the issue

...as a police chief, Hurtt was a supporter of "sanctuary city" policies, by which illegal immigrants who don't commit crimes can live without fear of exposure or detainment because police don't check for immigration papers.

Isn't it amazing how everything that Obama does, and has done, has undermined the country?

The Obama administration: Politics at the expense of national security

Why is the DOJ (Department of Justice), as well as Congress, harassing a lawman?
