A Christmas Carol

I just watched the George C. Scott 1980's version of "A Christmas Carol" today...it's all about personal giving, individual generousity, and NOT about government bureaucracy which has NEVER delivered exceptional service in an expedient manner and can NEVER substitute for the human soul:
