Dr. Strangelove's Hand

Dr. Strangelove, the character from the movie Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb, had a hand that just would not stay put! As much as he tried to keep it on the table, it kept flying up...like Obama's arm, apparently, in South Korea where
the South Korea-U.S. free trade agreement (KORUS) was completed and signed three years ago. All the agreement needed was a signature from President Obama to get it approved in the Senate. But free trade is not a priority of President Obama.
Obama's Excellent Disastrous Asian Adventure

KORUS was already completed and signed THREE YEARS AGO!!! But Dr. Strangelove the Amateur-in-Chief just somehow couldn't bring himself to sign it, thus becoming the very first President of the United States -- since YALTA -- to come home with ZERO.

Now be aware, there is a very real condition known as alien hand syndrome!
Alien hand syndrome (also known as anarchic hand or Dr. Strangelove syndrome[1]) is an unusual neurological disorder in which one of the sufferer's hands seem to take on a mind of its own. AHS is best documented in cases where a person has had the two hemispheres of their brain surgically separated, a procedure sometimes used to relieve the symptoms of extreme cases of epilepsy. It also occurs in some cases after other brain surgery, strokes, or infections.
In an extraordinary stroke [no pun intended] of serendipity, HillBuzz has stumbled upon The reason he’s never photographed from behind!

THESE PICTURES OF OBAMA'S HEAD ARE A MUST SEE!!!

Perhaps this condition will clear up when he takes his next trip next year this week where, as Reuters so pointedly points out:
If President Barack Obama is not yet convinced that his international star power has faded, his next round of transatlantic summitry should clear up any lingering doubts...
Amen.
