Is Donald Trump really a conservative? Who cares!!

My husband just sent me this, and I'd love to share it with my readers!

Trump may not be a conservative, but I can tell you the people who are definitely not conservative.....it's the Rockefeller/Republican progressive socialist elites posing as conservatives who have been going along to get along since the Wilson presidency.

You know them...they are the folks who sold the conservative base out after we gave them majorities in Congress....Boehner, McConnell, Ryan, McCain, etc. They are the folks who tried to undermine Reagan at every turn. They are the phonies on the radio....Medved and Hewitt specifically. They are the pundits at Fox and the Wall St. Journal..and David Brooks at NYT, Krauthammer at the Wapo

They are the folks who would rather lose and keep their little corner of power as the loyal opposition (which means no opposition to the Dem Socialists).

These elitist clowns cannot be allowed to dictate our candidate to us or lead us around by the nose. We are not liberals. We are the true conservatives.

I'm tired of this nowhere debate about who's a conservative. I don't care anymore. The last debate after Super Tuesday was an embarrassment and a disgrace for Fox and CRuzio

My presidential requirements are few.

1) Kill the Muslims overseas
2) Deport the Muslims who are here.....terminate if necessary
3) Build the wall......Deport the illegals
4) Re-build our military
5) Create a business friendly environment so business can hire again
6) Repeal Obamacare, make the insurance companies compete across state lines
7) Trash the existing trade deals and have business savvy people negotiate them.

That's what Trump said he would do. No one else is saying that. 

I could give a rat's behind about Trump U., or if he had some Polish workers contracted to work on one of his construction sites

Who cares if he's not a "true conservative". And who is the oh so special group of elites that gets to claim the mantel of "true conservative"? Who gave them this royal power? They took it for themselves. In November let's take it back.

According to the U.S. State Department, Bureau of Consular Affairs, the U.S. citizen parent(s) of a child born on foreign soil must obtain a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA, Form FS-240) at some time prior to the child’s eighteenth birthday if the parent desires to pass on their U.S. citizenship to their offspring. Published rules of the Bureau read as follows:

“If you determine that the child born abroad qualifies for U.S. citizenship, please follow the instructions below in order to complete the required forms, prepare the necessary documents, and make an appointment at the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal. All applicants will need to provide the following forms and documents:

• Completed Form DS-2029 (50KB PDF). Please complete the form, but do NOT sign.
• Completed Application for a Social Security Number (Form SS-5-FS).
• Child’s original civil birth certificate.
• Proof of parent’s or parents’ U.S. citizenship (i.e. U.S. passport, Certificate of Naturalization and Citizenship, Consular Report of Birth Abroad, etc.).
• Proof of identity of parents and child (i.e. passports, regardless of nationality).
• Parents’ original civil marriage certificate.
• Termination of any previous marriages of either parent (i.e. divorce decree, death certificate, etc.) if applicable.
• Fee of US$100 payable in cash (U.S. or Canadian), or Visa, Mastercard.
• If only one parent is a U.S. citizen, evidence of his/her physical presence in the United States sufficient to transmit citizenship to the child (as indicated in http://canada.usembassy.gov/consular_services/birth-abroad.html).
• Make an appointment online before you show up at the Consulate.
• All children must appear in person with the parent signing.

Please bring a return Canada Post Express Post envelope with you to your appointment so that we can mail your Consular Report of Birth Abroad to you when it is ready. Alternatively, you can pick it up two weeks later during our public hours.”

In other words, it is not simply a matter of stopping off at the nearest U.S. Consulate with a newborn infant to announce that you are a U.S. citizen, that the child was born on foreign soil, and that you would like to insure that your American citizenship is passed on by descent to the child in question.

So the question arises, did Ted Cruz’s parents assemble all the necessary documents and then drive or fly to the office of the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal, a distance of 2,196 miles? Or did they simply rely on the fact that his mother was a U.S. citizen, assuming that her U.S. citizenship would be automatically passed on to her son?

Two questions: Did Ted Cruz's mother live in the U.S. for the required amount of time for him to have acquired U.S. citizenship? And can the Cruz family prove it??

Steven Lubet, a Northwestern University law professor, spies another possible land mine. Cruz qualified for citizenship because his mother was an American citizen (unlike his father). But "under the law in effect in 1970, Cruz would only have acquired U.S. citizenship if his mother had been 'physically present' in the United States for 10 years prior to his birth, including five years after she reached the age of 14," Lubet wrote in Salon.

That raises two questions: Did she live in this country for the required amount of time? And can the Cruz family prove it?

THE FALSE PROPHET AND IMAGE OF THE BEAST OF REVELATION

The false prophet is mentioned as such, 3 times in the book of Revelation.

• Rev 16:13 (KJV) "And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet."
  
• Rev 19:20 (KJV) "And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone."

The beast, as I have shown previously, is the Papacy or Roman Catholic Church. Revelation 19:20 is the key to identifying who the false prophet is. Here it associates the false prophet with miracles performed for the beast. This is a link to Rev 13:11-14 where the same miracles are performed by a second beast with two horns like a lamb, that speaks like a dragon. So this second lamb-like beast is also the false prophet. Is Ted Cruz a 'natural born Citizen'? Not if you're a constitutional originalist.

People looking to the Supreme Court to settle the debate once and for all are likely to be disappointed. The federal courts have repeatedly refused to allow voters to bring lawsuits disqualifying presidential candidates on the basis of the “natural born Citizen” clause because voters don't have the proper “standing”— their alleged injury is too generalized to justify a court order of relief.

But voters do have recourse: The ballot box may be the final arbiter of the constitutional meaning of the clause. In other words, if you are an originalist, vote against Cruz because he is ineligible to be president.

It's a neat irony: The most conservative constitutional interpreters must find Cruz ineligible to be president; liberals must grin and bear him. Cruz himself purports to embrace originalism as the correct view of the Constitution. To be faithful to his understanding of what the Constitution means, the senator may have to disqualify himself.

Just watched the PBS documentary "Hiroshima" about how horrible the U.S. is for nuking those nice Japanese in WWII.
Awwww those poor snowflakes!

No mention of the vivisection the Japanese practiced on American POWs and Chinese civilians just to do torture experiments on them. No mention how these "surgeries" were performed sans anesthesia and done in a way to keep the victim alive, conscious and feeling every tear, cut, laceration, gut, disembowelment, castration, eyeball extraction and amputation so that the victim would not die until every possible agony was prolonged to the maximum extent.

No mention of the humiliations and agonies unleashed on our soldiers unlucky enough to fall into Japanese custody in the pacific war.

No one mentioned how the nuclear detonation led to the end of the Japanese imperial dynasty which, had it survived, would likely resemble the repression of the regime of modern North Korea but because of its destruction, the Japanese people from the end of WWII to today into the foreseeable future essentially lived and continue to live in freedom and liberty.

Instead of hating us for the bomb, the Japanese should thank us. It saved their nation from total annihilation that a full scale invasion and American victory would have resulted in. It also saved them from the totalitarianism their own government imposed on them and would have continued imposing if God forbid they were victorious against us.

All I can say to the people of Japan is "you're welcome."

Sometimes life makes us make tough choices and given the alternatives, the Japanese got off on the cheap.

PBS sucks for telling so much less than the whole story. Shame on them for telling almost none of it. I'm sure the victims of the bomb had a time that really sucked but the fault lies entirely on the side of the Japanese government. Not America for doing all it could do to defeat what was up to that time, one of the two most barbaric regimes in human history.

Ted Cruz could not have entered the U.S. legally without a CRBA or a U.S. passport, the latter of which was not obtained until 1986.

If Ted Cruz was registered as a U.S. citizen at birth, as his spokeswoman claims, then the CRBA must be released. Otherwise, one could conclude that Cruz came to the U.S. as a Canadian citizen, perhaps on a tourist visa or, possibly, remained in the U.S. as an illegal immigrant.

It is the responsibility of the candidate for the Presidency, not ordinary citizens, to prove that he or she is eligible for the highest office in the land. Voters deserve clarification.

No Senator Cruz, Donald Trump does NOT want Single Payer health care.

I have been studying health care policy for 20 years now. I am also a multi-state licensed health insurance broker who continues to operate in an increasingly less competitive and more bureaucratically controlled system on both the federal and state level. During the last 20 years I have seen a lot of changes in the U.S. health care system. Some of them good (HIPAA) and some bad (Reagan’s EMTALA) the PPACA a.k.a. “Obamacare” etc.

During the last two decades I have read everything I could get my hands on pertaining to health care policy. I also spent the longest two weeks of my entire life reading the PPACA – Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act – shortly after it was passed into law on March 23, 2010. I have also appeared on television,radio and written expert commentary on health care policy on this blog and for professional business journals around the country. If there is one thing I know it is health care policy and if there is another thing I know it is a lie when I hear it.

I have bit my tongue long enough. As a delegate for Senator Ted Cruz I have been placed into a difficult and increasingly uncomfortable position and now I havehad enough!  Continuing to support Senator Cruz after he repeats incorrectly and ad nauseum that “A vote for Donald Trump is a vote for Obamacare“ and, that “if you vote Donald Trump, you vote for Bernie Sanders-style socialized medicine.“ Or even worse that Trump, Clinton and Sanders “have the identical position on health care” has forced me into a crisis of conscience. These are statements that even the left leaning Politifact has correctly identified as FALSE.

There are two things I detest above all others. Lies and intellectual laziness. There are far too many of my fellow “Cruzers” who either refuse to do the necessary research on Mr. Trump’s health care proposals or are simply too lazy to simply read his actual policy proposals as outlined in both his books “Time To Get Tough” from 2011 and his latest book “Crippled America” from 2015. After His death and resurrection, Jesus ascended into the heavens, while disciples stood awestruck and attending angels made this promise: “This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven” (Acts 1:11, NASB).

Unlike the incarnation, where our Savior’s full deity was cloaked in His humanity, the Second Coming of Christ will be visible to everyone on planet Earth. “For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be” (Matthew 24:27, NASB).

For the believer who has placed his faith in Christ’s atoning work on the cross, it will be a time of great rejoicing. The dead in Christ, and those alive at His coming, will receive new, redeemed bodies.

For the unbeliever, however, it will be a time of terror and dismay, as they see the Savior they have rejected and scorned coming in great power and glory. Fear and trembling will overwhelm them as they await their final judgment and assignment to hell’s lake of never-ending fire.

Although the Bible says that certain signs will precede and accompany Jesus’ glorious return, it also tells us that no one knows the day or hour when it will occur. The Scripture’s emphasis is always on spiritual readiness.

The believer in Jesus Christ is to be eagerly watching and waiting for the return of the Savior. Like the servants in the parable of the talents, followers of Christ should be busy with the Lord’s work, using their time, talents, and resources for the sake of the Kingdom.

We also should be boldly sharing our faith with those who still live in spiritual darkness and death, telling them of the great joy of eternity with Christ and the great horror of eternity apart from Christ.

Above all, believers should be daily yielding to the rule and reign of the Holy Spirit, walking in holiness. “But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare. Since everything will be destroyed in this way, … you ought to live holy and godly lives” (2 Peter 3:10-11, NIV).

It is my prayer that this emphasis will increase your love for the Savior, and encourage you in the faith. Death, sin, sickness, and every form of evil will be done away with as Jesus returns to establish His Kingdom. No more tears, no more pain, no more despair.

In the end, the only possible way to consider Senator Ted Cruz eligible for the Oval Office is if every “undocumented resident alien” is eligible for the Oval Office, which I personally believe is the real agenda of both political parties, as they work to meld the USA into the global commune where there is no legal difference between “natural born Americans” and “undocumented aliens.”

The fact that so many Americans do not know or care to know the truth about the Constitutional “natural born Citizen” requirement for the Oval Office, demonstrates just how far down the road of “hope and change” for the destruction of the Constitutional Republic, the enemy within has already achieved.

The Illinois Board of Elections Got It Wrong: Ted Cruz Is Not a Natural Born Citizen

The Illinois Board of Elections recently found that Presidential contender, Senator Ted Cruz, is an Article II “natural born citizen.”   http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/ted-cruz-natural-born-illinois_us_56b10542e4b0a1b96203f393 .  Lawrence Joyce and William Graham objected to Cruz being placed on the presidential primary ballot in Illinois, contending that he is not an Article II natural born citizen.  The Board rejected the challenge and found that Cruz “is a natural born citizen by virtue of being born in Canada to his mother who was a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth." The Board so found because it said he "did not have to take any steps or go through a naturalization process at some point after birth."  The Board also had the audacity to cavalierly state:  “Further discussion on this issue is unnecessary." 9th Circuit Court Would Likely Keep Cruz Off Ballot

Those who think Sen. Ted Cruz can be elected to a job he isn’t eligible for are ignoring the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. If Republicans make the mistake of nominating Cruz for President of the United States, Democrats in California and other states will challenge his eligibility. There’s at least a 90% probability the 9th Circuit Court in San Francisco would rule him ineligible because he is a naturalized citizen rather than a “natural born citizen” as required by the Constitution.

Then Republicans would have to choose whether to take a chance on the Supreme Court overturning the ruling or replace Cruz with someone else. Either way the Republican campaign would be delayed and the Democrat would be able to run unopposed for some time. Republicans would have trouble getting a campaign started.

Seems to me referring to Cruz’ committing election fraud, which is a FELONY, as “dirty tricks” is even worse. Are we so lawless and backwards a society that we refer to misdemeanors as “crimes,” yet felonies as “dirty tricks?”

Let me say that I personally don't care for Rubio, who is the kind of canned over-disciplined on-message candidate that makes me despair of politics: in media interviews, his answers to almost any question are like modular furniture, with the same half-dozen stump-speech lines chopped up and re-assembled and invariably concluding with the ultimate banality of the hustings that "this election is about the future". But, if you'd never heard Rubio speak before Monday, he came over as a crisp effective candidate making the most of his time on national TV. By contrast, Cruz's unfocused ramble of a victory speech left you wondering how the hell this guy won the state.

It can't all be down to ethically dubious mailers and sabotage emails, can it?

Time magazine cautions that "criticizing Ted Cruz seldom works". But, whatever the truth behind these two incidents, they are (as Cruz's former fellow British subjects would say) not cricket. To go back to where I came in, I would like to be governed by honorable men. The Cruz campaign's behavior in Iowa does not meet that test.

The “accidental omission” is not necessarily the problem. The irreconcilable consequences from an accurate filing are the larger issue.

They can correct the missing information and file amended reports. However, if the Cruz campaign corrects the record based on the explanations to the media, the amended reports will reflect their violations of federal campaign finance laws.

Unfortunately, there is no evidence to suggest that the parent or parents of Ted Cruz ever filed a CRBA form with the U.S. Government in or around 1970, which is why Ted Cruz released a copy of his Canadian citizenship records and not any U.S. citizenship records. At present, all FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests filed in search of any U.S. citizenship documents to confirm the true official U.S. citizenship status of Ted Cruz have been denied access. All citizenship records for Ted Cruz are sealed unless and until Ted Cruz agrees to allow any such records to be released by either U.S. or Canadian agencies.

As a result, there remains no authentic evidence to support the claims that Ted Cruz is either a “natural born” or “naturalized” citizen of the United States.

On the basis of all available evidence today, Ted Cruz is in fact holding a seat in the U.S. Senate illegally, with no documented proof of legal U.S. citizenship whatsoever, and proof of Canadian citizenship between the years of birth in 1970 and May 2014.

It is unfortunate that a person so many have placed their political faith in has proven willing to defraud his supporters for both votes and millions in campaign donations. But it is better we know now, than after he wins the GOP nomination only to be destroyed by Democrats later, using the same facts and evidence presented here.

What will the people do with this knowledge? Are they really motivated by restoration of Constitutional compliance, or mere political expediency?

If Winston Churchill Was Not Even a Citizen of the United States, How Can Ted Cruz Be Its Natural Born Citizen?

Senator and presidential contender Ted Cruz was born in 1970 in Canada to parents who, unlike Senator John McCain’s parents, were not serving the U.S. national defense. He therefore was not born or reputed born in the United States. He was also born to presumably a U.S. citizen mother, and to a non-U.S. citizen father (his father was Cuban). Hence he was also not born to two U.S. citizen parents. Cruz is at best a “citizen" of the United States “at birth,” but only by virtue of the 1952 Immigration and Naturalization Act, a naturalization Act of Congress (assuming that he was born to a U.S. citizen mother). But failing both constitutional common law requirements for being a natural born citizen, i.e., born in the United States to U.S. citizen parents, he is not nor can he be a natural born citizen.

On the contrary, Cruz does not agree that this common law definition of a natural born citizen under which he is not a natural born citizen is the only definition of a natural born citizen that has ever existed in the United States since July 4, 1776. Rather, he tells us that it has been settled law since the adoption and ratification of the Constitution that a child born out of the United States to a U.S. citizen mother and a non-U.S. citizen father like him is also a natural born citizen.

The relationship between Congress and the American Constitution is quite different. According to the Supreme Court in Marbury v. Madison, ¹²¹ to allow Congress the same latitude as Parliament

would subvert the very foundation of all written constitutions. It would declare that an act, which, according to the principles and theory of our government, is entirely void; is yet, in practice, completely obligatory. It would declare, that if the legislature shall do what is expressly forbid[d]en, such act, notwithstanding the express prohibition, is in reality effectual. It would be giving to the legislature a practical and real omnipotence, with the same breath which professes to restrict their powers within narrow limits.¹²²

Therefore, Congress cannot alter who is eligible to run for President by statute. Such a dramatic change requires a constitutional amendment.¹²³

Unsurprisingly, no evidence suggests Congress intended to expand the class of persons who could run for President. Moreover, early commentators agreed that the use of “natural born” in the first naturalization act did not amend Article II. For example, St. George Tucker¾a professor of law at the College of William and Mary¹²⁴¾published his edition of Blackstone’s Commentaries in 1803, wherein he provided his own notes concerning the differences between English and American law.¹²⁵ With respect to naturalization and citizenship, he cited all of the American naturalization statutes enacted to that date, including the 1790 Act.¹²⁶ He then concluded that “[p]ersons [] naturalized according to these acts, are entitled to all the rights of natural-born citizens, except . . . they are forever incapable of being chosen to the office of president of the United States.”¹²⁷ In any event, Congress swiftly repealed the 1790 statute in 1795.¹²⁸

IV. CONCLUSION The introduction to this Article posed a question: “in the eyes of early Americans, would someone born in a foreign country of American parents be a ‘natural born citizen’ and therefore eligible to be President of the United States?” The pertinent historical materials lead to only one conclusion: aside from children born to U.S. ambassadors or soldiers in hostile armies, the answer is “no.”

Beware of Technology named Beware

The Washington Post reports that there is a technology used by police forces called Beware. Beware, marketed by Intrado, profiles the threat level of a prospect for a police call. Calls to residences are among the most dangerous for police to answer. Their chances of being in harms way is much higher. So in addition to its 200 police camera "perched across the city," 800 more from schools and traffic cameras, and another several hundred worn by officers, the Fresno Police Department is testing yet another technology that is so invasive that it assigns a threat level to the person in the house before the police knock on the door. This is the type of technology used to spy on you every day. There's more.

The Post reports: "The cameras were only one tool at the ready. Officers could trawl a private database that has recorded more than 2 billion scans of vehicle license plates and locations nationwide. If gunshots were fired, a system called ShotSpotter could triangulate the location using microphones strung around the city. Another program, called Media Sonar, crawled social media looking for illicit activity...But perhaps the most controversial and revealing technology is the threat-scoring software Beware. Fresno is one of the first departments in the nation to test the program...As officers respond to calls, Beware automatically runs the addresses...to generate a color-coded threat level for each person."

Intrado's website describes Beware as: "Accessed through any browser (fixed or mobile) on any Internet-enabled device including tablets, smartphones, laptop and desktop computers, Beware® from Intrado searches, sorts and scores billions of publicly-available commercial records in a matter of seconds - alerting responders to potentially dangerous situations while en route to, or at the location of, a 9-1-1 request for assistance." It actually assigns a threat level of green, yellow, or red. But the company secret is how Beware scores an individual to assign the threat level, and its accuracy. A Fresno City Councilman had his threat level run and his home was rated yellow because of a previous resident, the Post reported.

Protecting police officers from unnecessary risk is important. Protecting personal privacy is a Constitutional requirement. Instead of being stewards of public property, such as roads, parks, schools, government buildings and the like, the government--local, state, and federal--has become dictator over public property. There is a big difference between a steward and a dictator. Under the deceptive guise of protection, your rights, your religious beliefs, your ability feel secure in the privacy of your home, can be violated by the all-knowing government. Exodus 20:3 says, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me." Government is not God. We should ensure that it understands that while we still have a say.

Capitalization, The Constitution, And The Meaning Of Natural Born Citizenship"

Here is the eligibility clause, exactly as the Founders wrote it, and as we should always reproduce it in our writings:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

A great many people believe, rightfully so, that all U.S. citizens have equal rights and responsibilities. Unfortunately, they also believe that all citizens therefore have the right to serve as President. This thinking is incorrect, and the Founders demonstrate this clearly in the above quotation.

Note first how they assigned importance to the term by capitalizing the word “Citizen,” giving it special significance. Note also that the Founders placed two adjectives before the first Citizen, but not in front of the second Citizen. This is a distinction with a profound difference! Words have meaning. Those two simple adjectives tell us the Founders wanted a special kind of Citizen to serve as President of the United States.

Hillary’s EmailGate Goes Nuclear

...the biggest problem may be in a just-released email that has gotten little attention here, but plenty on the other side of the world. An email to Hillary from a close Clinton confidant late on June 8, 2011 about Sudan turns out to have explosive material in it. This message includes a detailed intelligence report from Sid Blumenthal, Hillary’s close friend, confidant, and factotum, who regularly supplied her with information from his private intelligence service. His usual source was Tyler Drumheller, a former CIA senior official and veteran spy-gadfly, who conveniently died just before EmailGate became a serious problem for Hillary’s campaign.

Now the NSA is involved:

No surprise, NSA is aflutter this weekend over this strange matter. One Agency official expressed to me “at least 90 percent confidence” that Mr. Blumenthal’s June 8 report was derived from NSA reports, and the Agency ought to be investigating the matter right now.

There are many questions here. How did Sid Blumenthal, who had no position in the U.S. Government in 2011, and hasn’t since Bill Clinton left the White House fifteen years ago, possibly get his hands on such highly classified NSA reporting? Why did he place it an open, non-secure email to Hillary, who after all had plenty of legitimate access, as Secretary of State, to intelligence assessments from all our spy agencies? Moreover, how did the State Department think this was Unclassified and why did it release it to the public?

It’s possible this Blumenthal report did not come from NSA, but perhaps from another, non-American intelligence agency – but whose? If Sid was really able to get top-level intelligence like this for Hillary, using just his shoestring operation, and get it into her hands a day later, with precise information about the high-level conspiracy that was just discussed over in Sudan, the Intelligence Community needs to get him on our payroll stat. He’s a pro at the spy business.

Bottom line: Ted Cruz is not a "natural born citizen" as required by the U.S. constitution

Cruz was born in Canada, presumably to a U.S. citizen mother and a non-U.S. citizen father. He can be a citizen of the United States at birth, but only by virtue of a naturalization Act of Congress (section 301(a)(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952). He is not and cannot be a natural born citizen under the common law because, while he was born to a U.S. citizen mother, he was not born in the United States and he was born to a non-U.S. citizen father.

Rubio and Jindal were born in the United States to two non-U.S. citizen parents. They are both citizens of the United States at birth, but only by virtue of the Fourteenth Amendment. They are not and cannot be natural born citizens under the common law because, while they were born in the United States, they were born to two non-U.S. citizen parents.
