All Natural Born Citizens are Citizens, but not all Citizens are Natural Born Citizens

This concept has been well-defined and well-precedented throughout history. First precedent and proof of concept: Ancient Greece. To be a citizen OR a ruler in ancient Greece, you had to be born to two citizen parents on the soil of your city-state. Everyone else was an alien, who could enjoy the protections of the nation but couldn't vote or participate in the political process in any way.

It is well-documented in the writings of Solon and Isocrates, chief legal writers of ancient Greece, but also in Plato and others’ writings. It was also the first example in world history of self-government of a republic by citizens under the Rule of Law based on Natural Law.

America is only the second such example in the world. The second definition of the natural born concept in history is found only in Vattel, who gave it the name: Natural Born Citizen, as quoted here, which inspired our framers sufficiently enough to include it in Article II as our presidential eligibility requirement. From our nation’s founding period until today there have been some 1063 references to ‘natural born citizen’ in legal, historical and court documents and written opinions. In every case where the term was defined in those writings, it was defined only one way: as being born to two citizen parents on the soil of the nation.

Obama and Biden Indicted by Grand Jury

(Ocala, Florida, October 30, 2012). Larry Klayman, the founder and chairman of Freedom Watch today announced that President Barack Obama and Vice President Joseph Biden have been criminally indicted for having willfully released classified national security information concerning the raid on Osama bin Laden's compound, U.S. and Israeli war plans concerning Iran and their cyber-attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. The release of this information, among other harm to U.S. national security, resulted in the killing of members of Seal Team Six by terrorists and the arrest and imprisonment of American covert agents by Pakistan, such as the doctor who aided the CIA with regard to the bin Laden assassination. U.S.-Israeli war plans with Iran have also been compromised.

A true bill of indictment was issued by a Citizens' Grand Jury in Ocala, Florida, who reviewed evidence and voted unanimously to indict Obama and Biden at 6:02 pm on October 29, 2012.

The criminal defendants, Obama and Biden, will now be given notice of their indictment, arraigned and then tried for their alleged crimes.

Founded in 1754 by royal charter of King George II, Columbia University is the oldest post-secondary institution in the state of New York.

(May 13, 2010) — The Columbia Treason and Sedition Trial organized by Dr. James David Manning of ATLAH Ministries with support from American Grand Jury (AGJ) begins this Friday in Harlem, NY.

Dr. Manning has stated that he has conclusive evidence that Barack Hussein Obama II never attended Columbia University and that university officials who served at the time, from 1981-83, are aware of this fact and were paid to award Obama a diploma which then became part of the life story he has provided to the public.

According to Manning, the event will begin with a march around Columbia University at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. Members of the clergy are urged to bring formal attire and bull’s horns, and other “American patriots” are urged to wear their customary work attire, including policemen, doctors, loggers, miners, and members of the military. Manning will be giving instructions when attendees have assembled at the specified location.

The dark side of this day occurred 75 years ago in Germany when the position of the Führer was created by the simple majority of a democratic vote.

At the appointed hour on the August 19, 2009 let us take courage from the deeds of our history and resolve never to allow the dark passions of a desperate world to stain our national soul by believing that any one man or group of men are above the Constitution that empowers them. Let us move forward in our sworn duty, “with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence,” to guard our Constitution and our Republic from all enemies both foreign and domestic.
