I first became aware...really aware... in the late eighties, early nineties with the China over seas shipping company… Cosco [2019: A Hong Kong-based company has been forced to sell its American container port after the US government raised security concerns about its parent being a Chinese state-owned shipping giant] ... and the takeover of LB harbor area naval recreation center and the large Naval hospital near 605 and Spring... or Del Amo, forget... destroyed the modernized hospital and put up a huge shopping center... all China stuff... and that Secretary of State for California named March Fong Eu, 100%, so disarming and cute... and turning over the Panama Canal, basically all of Panama, to the Chinese and pulling the American Southern Command back to Florida... not to mention the elimination of the Monroe Doctrine and Feinstein's husbands deals with China in huge California land deals... think Salton Sea and mineral mining in that area.   On and on it goes... I've seen this since I first became aware.... really aware... of the nature of things, certainly put Viet Nam and China during WW II in perspective.  That so called cold war is quickly becoming hot... the radicals during our young years always said their intention was to bring the war home (Ayers, et al) ... and they did.... martial law in the United States of America over a virus... whatever it is... with a smaller footprint then the yearly flu... it is happening.

I see all of this as a continuation of what happened in the early 1900s, income tax, federal reserve, WW I and II, Korea, Vietnam, all of them managed for geo-power political arrangements by the same centralized power that has existed for hundreds of years if not thousands... the same one's that call the United States and its Constitutional Republic an 'experiment'.  I mean... look at the internal operatives against it since and including Wilson... Franklin Roosevelt versus MacArthur, JFK versus Johnson, Reagan with Bush, Clinton who Bush said is his brother by another mother... the whole Obama/Hillary/Michele thing... then, out of nowhere, Trump... and they can't believe it... internal power struggle, war within the government, those loyal to the United States and those who have put themselves above it in the pay of global (read foreign) enemies whose desire is our elimination, death.

This 'spirit' has existed since the Revolution... working to make us a colony under what is now a supra-state world empire.  This is looking exactly like Book of Revelation prophecy... not that it is, but it looks like it... and it's all being enabled, made possible by technology, technology applied to all areas of life with moment to moment feedback.

Prophetic end times-- 4 years ago and today

Four years ago on August 20, World Net Daily reported that Muslim Brotherhood operatives began crucifying those who oppose the newly elected Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, also a Muslim Brotherhood leader. The United States, at the behest of the "president", aided the Muslim Brotherhood in taking over Egypt in the name of "democracy." Morsi then dismissed all of the pro-American military leadership and replaced them with Muslim Brotherhood commanders; he moved to improve ties to the terrorist group Hezbollah; and held a summit in Iran --the first official visit to Iran by an Egyptian president since 1979. Since then, American foreign policy has also embraced Iran.

Four months earlier in April 2014 White House officials were meeting with Muslim Brotherhood (MB) representatives. By then, it was well known that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's top aide Huma Abedin had close ties to the MB, and that several appointees to Homeland Security and the Pentagon were associated in some way with the terrorist organization. The MB creed is as follows: "Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur'an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope." The White House admitted that it was meeting with representatives of the Muslim Brotherhood, and sponsoring meetings at the National Security Council with the MB.

Fast forward to today. MB sympathizers run deep in the Clinton circle of influence. Breitbart reports of Clinton's Vice Presidential running mate, Tim Kaine: "He appointed a Hamas supporter to a state immigration commission; spoke at a dinner honoring a Muslim Brotherhood terror suspect; and received donations from well-known Islamist groups.". Clinton's right hand woman remains Huma Abedin. Abedin's brother, mother, and deceased father are all confirmed to have leadership ties to the MB. This assists in connecting the dots between the current Administration's assistance of the MB in government takeovers in Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Yeman, and now Syria.

There are many verses in the Koran that instruct Muslims to kill Christians and Jews. Islam is not a peaceful religion. It is an antichrist system. 2 John 7 says, "For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist." The Koran specifically says that Allah has no son. Koran Sura 23:91 says, "Never has Allah begotten a son, nor is there any other god besides Him." America's foreign policy is supporting the Muslim Brotherhood. This administration and the one that wishes to replace it are advancing the Islamic agenda and have close ties to the terrorist group with a stated goal of Jihad to do it. Those ties have only deepened over the past four years.

THE FALSE PROPHET AND IMAGE OF THE BEAST OF REVELATION

The false prophet is mentioned as such, 3 times in the book of Revelation.

• Rev 16:13 (KJV) "And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet."

The beast, as I have shown previously, is the Papacy or Roman Catholic Church. Revelation 19:20 is the key to identifying who the false prophet is. Here it associates the false prophet with miracles performed for the beast. This is a link to Rev 13:11-14 where the same miracles are performed by a second beast with two horns like a lamb, that speaks like a dragon. So this second lamb-like beast is also the false prophet. What Is Going To Happen In September 2015?

Why Are So Many People Storing Food And Supplies?

The following are 7 key events that are going to happen by the end of September…

Late June/Early July – It is expected that this is when the U.S. Supreme Court will reveal their gay marriage decision.  Most believe that the court will rule that gay marriage is a constitutional right in all 50 states.  There are some that believe that this will be a major turning point for our nation.

July 15th to September 15th – A “realistic military training exercise” known as “Jade Helm” will be conducted by the U.S. Army.  More than 1,000 members of the U.S. military will take part in this exercise.  The list of states slated to be involved in these drills includes Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, California, Mississippi and Florida.

July 28th – On May 28th, Reuters reported that countries in the European Union were being given a two month deadline to enact “bail-in” legislation.  Any nation that does not have “bail-in” legislation in place by that time will face legal actionfrom the European Commission.  So why is the European Union in such a rush to get this done?  Are the top dogs in the EU anticipating that another great financial crisis is about to erupt?

September 13th – This is Elul 29 on the Biblical calendar – the last day of the Shemitah year.  Many are concerned about this date because we have seen giant stock market crashes on the last day of the previous two Shemitah cycles.

On September 17th, 2001 (which was Elul 29 on the Biblical calendar), we witnessed the greatest one day stock market crash in U.S. history up until that time.  The Dow plummeted 684 points, and it was a record that held for exactly seven years until the end of the next Shemitah cycle.

On September 29th, 2008 (which was also Elul 29 on the Biblical calendar), the Dow fell by an astounding 777 points, which still today remains the greatest one day stock market crash of all time.

Now we are approaching the end of another Shemitah year.  So will the stock market crash on September 13th, 2015?  Well, no, because that day is a Sunday.  So I guarantee that the stock market will not crash on that particular day.  But as Jonathan Cahn has pointed out in his book on the Shemitah, sometimes stock market crashes happen just before the end of the Shemitah year and sometimes they happen within just a few weeks after the end of the Shemitah.  So we are not just looking at one particular date.

September 15th – The 70th session of the UN General Assembly begins on this date.  It is being reported that France plans to introduce a resolution which would give formal UN Security Council recognition to a Palestinian state.  Up until now, the United States has always been the one blocking such a resolution, but Barack Obama is indicating that things may be much different this time around.

September 25th to September 27th – The United Nations is going to launch a brand new sustainable development agenda for the entire planet.  Some have called this “Agenda 21 on steroids”.  But this new agenda is not just about the environment.  It also includes provisions regarding economics, agriculture, education and gender equality.  On September 25th, the Pope will travel to New York to give a major speech kicking off the UN conference where this new agenda will be unveiled.

September 28th – This is the date for the last of the four blood moons that fall on Biblical festival dates during 2014 and 2015.  This blood moon falls on the very first day of the Feast of Tabernacles, it will be a “supermoon”, and it will actually be visible in the city of Jerusalem.  There are many that dismiss the blood moon phenomenon, but we have seen similar patterns before.  For example, a similar pattern of eclipses happened just before and just after the destruction of the Jewish temple by the Romans in 70 AD.

Perhaps none of this alarms you.  But when you add everything above to the fact that the elite definitely appear to be feverishly preparing for something, a very alarming picture emerges.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:

The content of this commentary is deliberately intended to stimulate thought and discussion.  Informational analysis comprising National Security of the United States of America, economic forces as a dimension to national security, culture, freedom in human rights, defense of the Rule of Law are considered within the framework of this commentary.  The content is also intended to bring an educational dimension into view, as well as to sound the trumpet of warning to the church at-large of the coming assault, and to prepare God’s people for the same in accordance with Ezekiel 33: 7-9.

PREFACE:

Trevor Loudon is a patriot to America more than some who were born and raised within the shores of the United States of America.  A “kiwi” from Christchurch, New Zealand, Trevor Loudon is one of the world’s leading experts on the radical left, including those in America who have loyalties to Marxism.  His writings and public presentations accomplish the job very few in the media ever even attempt; namely, exposing the anti-capitalists, anti-U.S. Constitutionalists, anti-America Democrats, Republican progressives, Socialists, most organized Labor and Environmentalists, and those who shout “Peace” while they go about attempting to dismantle the Constitutional Rule of Law, America’s founding principles and rich heritage, and the very freedoms that afford them the privilege to protest, shout, and disrupt in the first place!

A formidable researcher, Trevor Loudon spent over twenty-five years digging through copious book stacks and paper trails even in out-of-the-way libraries and back alley bookstores, reading mind-numbing journals, reports, the minutes and writings from conferences organized by various radical and subversive groups. He chased down little known manuscripts meant only for the eyes of those in the “movement” to dismantle all things America; including our Judeo/Christian foundation. 

It was during a dinner that turned into a five hour meeting, this article was born.  I want to make certain the credit for the model contained herein is given to Trevor Loudon.  While Trevor and I massaged the idea you are about to read, and the two of us engaged in wonderful acts of critical thinking coupled with banter as how to make the hypothesis mentioned here spread across the public; to begin forming a national discussion on the subject-matter, the birth of this concept comes from the ever working mind of Trevor Loudon.  I am humbled he asked me to put his idea into words and assist in spreading the message – a message of “America Reborn” by developing a Team of Leaders to lead America away from the dark and dangerous slope we are quickly sliding down.

So…thank you, Trevor, for this privilege to help create a national conversation that will prayerfully build momentum all across the American fruited plains; from every wonderfully rich and uniquely created region; from coast-to-coast and into the deserts of the Southwest, to the Rockies of the West and the beautiful Smoky Mountains in the Southeast; from the soothing warm beaches of Hawaii to the spectacular glaciers of Alaska; through the magnificent and mysterious bayou of Louisiana up to Bangor, Maine…let the conversations begin!   

COMMENTARY AND PERSONAL REMARKS –

America is engaged in a Civil War, and it will surely intensify if we continue on the present path of destruction we have been traveling, especially these past five years.  This Civil War is by and between two groups; those who are working diligently to bring about a Statist government and country shaped much similar to that of Europe, and those who are growing in desire to return our Nation to the principles in which we were birthed and developed unchallenged the first fifty or sixty years of our existence.  Another group could be added by sweeping those who just want ALL shackles of propriety removed so they can do whatever they wish in any manner they want.  Still a minority, this latter group is quite vocal and without hesitation to launch their behavior and acts of rebellion at a moment’s notice.  The Statist’s are those whose ideology currently is most visible in numerous elected offices at the federal level regardless of political party, and who have every intention to impose their Socialist (and worse) political philosophies upon a nation never, ever, intended to host such horrible beliefs of population bondage and ruination.  Heck, our Founders fought a war against such a tyrannical mind-set.   

So did another giant in our country’s history…Abraham Lincoln.  As Mr. Lincoln was preparing to leave Springfield, Illinois for Washington three days earlier on February 8^th, 1861, seven seceding states meeting in Montgomery, Alabama, adopted another constitution and named Jefferson Davis president of their confederated states.  Mr. Lincoln fully grasped the significance of his words: “A house divided cannot stand.”  He fully realized he was assuming the presidency of a country under threat of being annihilated; shredded and destroyed from the principles our Founders fought to establish, and gave their every measure to build a nation unique and exceptional; a country where the people influenced government, and not the government and a few ideologues dictating to the people. 

Mr. Lincoln also recognized there may come a time when, WE THE PEOPLE may be forced to take such collected action to defend and preserve the very land on which we walk.  The Declaration of Independence was not merely a formal theory of rights in Lincoln’s eyes, but an instrument of democracy.

I listened as Trevor put forth his idea; not a definitive plan, an idea. Trevor and I began a conversation over a plan that is clearly outside the box of conventional thinking, but then again these are not conventional times, and I think Mr. Lincoln, if he were with us that evening at the dinner table, would soundly agree. 

It is time WE THE PEOPLE take back our beloved country from those who mean us harm; who have no respect for the ideals and principles that made America exceptional, and the envy of tens of millions around the globe;  American freedoms and structure that has even allowed those now trying to ruin this Nation the opportunities in the first place to sit in positions of power and authority which they have used so corruptly for their own benefit, and to implement their own radical anti-American ideological agenda. 

We need to bring forth bold ideas embracing the original foundation and corner-stones laid by the Founders; freedom from fear of a centralized tyrannical government; limited government and return to local home rule; promotion of the individual and of business and industry, of commerce and trade.  Tap the natural resources our country has been so blessed to have received, eliminate energy dependency on other nations, especially those who intend to do us harm.  Promote sound education and technological advances that made us the envy of the world, and caused many of our enemies to send their kids to America in the first place for educational and technological instruction.  Strip the myriad of federal regulations, policies, and rules intended to stifle business, and we as a sovereign people.  Embrace the inalienable rights of a free people formed in the image of God free to worship, or not, as we choose WITHOUT the imposition of beliefs by others, or attempting to kidnap our judicial system, our culture, our beliefs and values as a society and as a nation!  It is time to bring forth bold ideas by beginning a nation-wide conversation, and enjoying thinking outside the box for a change, rather than being dictated to by career politicians andpower brokers telling us critical thinking is not acceptable; that they know what’s best for us, and just leave the decision-making to them.  It is time for us to tell the political power brokers in both parties that they no longer are acceptable!

Let’s put together a TEAM OF LEADERS FOR THE REBIRTH OF AMERICA!  Let us begin now to reach-out to the conservative wing of the Republican Party, to the Tea Party itself including dimensions within the Tea Party.  Let us reach-out and invite Evangelical Christians into this discussion, and a growing number of Constitutional Patriot groups.  Let us, all who care deeply about the direction our country is headed, come together and begin thinking outside the box with a conversation that will rock the nation and the Statists and Marxists who intend to eliminate any and all conversation.

Are you ready to demand leadership that places the national interest above personal ambition?  Are you ready to stop the Washington and Belt-way insiders from choosing the nominee?  Are you ready to stop the Washington and Belt-way insiders and special interest groups from choosing the cabinet?  Are you ready to push back the “conventional wisdom” of the Left?

This team is announced sooner than later; the team begins traveling our country (not as a group) discussing a coordinated and well thought-out platform to bring America back to the shining light on the hill we once were, and this program is shared with the people, now and often!  The citizens get the opportunity to ask away of each member on the team; to bring forward their concerns and wait for the answers from that team member, or combination of team members, that will rid you of your worry.  STOP the political dialogue!  STOP the political power broker scripted talking points!  Each team member must also lay-out in writing a simple, easy to understand, method they will use in their area of responsibility on how they intend to help reduce government size, promote private citizens and enterprise, and help propel our Nation back to greatness and strength. 

Selected members of Congress who already have demonstrated shared beliefs as briefly outlined will be tasked to advise this team, and will be free to share with the citizens their views and how well they were received.  No

longer, will the Executive Branch Departments of Government be allowed to run rogue over the many, including the People’s Representatives – the Congress!

Another giant in our Nation’s history put together a team, a couple of times as a matter of fact:  George Washington knew a thing or two about bringing a team together to protect and serve the people; to act as a watchman so, a-centralized all-powerful federal government could not get away with what we are seeing before our eyes in the present.  How President Washington and the other Founders would be appalled at the current sight of what had been their gift to us.  They gave us a Republic if we would only keep it.  The Republic has been all but taken from us.  We either stand once again for freedom or fall for slavery; bondage in every sense, save the chains and shackles, and President Washington would agree I am quite certain.

I also am assured President Washington, who faced terribly serious challenges in his day, and developed a team comprised of Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, James Madison, John Hancock, Patrick Henry, among others, proved that moving a nation into greatness requires a team of talented and selfless individuals willing to place country first, resume and future elections second.  Today we need a team who can guide America into a rebirth to the “shining light on the hill” greatness we all have known. 

What Trevor Loudon began as a conversation with me needs to go much, much further!  Our conversation now needs to be public.  Our conversation now needs to begin a nation-wide discussion among all who sincerely care about the loss of our Nation.  We do not need another debate.  We need a serious conversation on how we intend to right the wrongs being forced on us as a people, and collapsing our beloved Nation.  If you will not encourage this discussion, then who will?  If you will not engage, yourself, in this discussion, then when will it occur?  Begin now; we have very precious little time remaining, as we are being heinously pushed down a slippery slope of no return.

Here's your theology lesson for the day, and I have the feeling that more than a few of you are not going to like this one. If there is one thing you should have figured out about me by now, it is that I DO NOT PULL PUNCHES. Looking at the events of the last few weeks and the sheer speed with which the national and global situation is being pushed towards the cliff's edge by the Obama regime, I want to get this on the record so that there is still time for people to sit and calmly think about it.

1. Are these the "End Times"? I have no idea. And neither does anyone else. When it does happen, there will be no way that anyone will miss it. Don't worry about that. Here is what I do know. The western world is emerging from 60+ years of peace, progress and prosperity unparalleled in human history. This era from the end of WWII until the election of Obama is already being labeled by historians as the "Pax Americana". The Pax Americana is coming to an end. Does this necessarily imply the Second Coming is near? No. The last 2000 years have seen wall-to-wall wars, genocides, plagues and every imaginable type of human cruelty and suffering all over the world. Our little cocoon in time here in the U.S. and Canada since the mid-1940s has been off-the-charts in terms of peace, safety and human happiness. In other words, our happy, free lives have been the miniscule exception in the continuum of human history. This point CAN NOT be overemphasized. So, the rocky, frightening current events MUST be placed into that perspective. Having one's bank accounts seized by the IRS, or even being thrown in prison is pretty much a non-event compared to what happened in the Vendee genocide in France, or the rape of Nanking by the Japanese. I'll not go into detail here. Google either of those terms if you want to see what human beings are capable of doing to one another - but don't say I didn't warn you. My point is that terrible, terrible things have happened since 33 AD that surely felt like the "End Times" to the people that suffered through them, but they were not the End Times. They were just horrific episodes in human history. We must humbly accept that this very well could be the case now. Are we so full of ourselves that we think that even the slightest hint of suffering DEMANDS Christ's return? Uh, no. Let's get over ourselves, shall we?

2. The concept of the “Rapture” is less than 300 years old. The very first hint of anything even close to the concept of Rapture was put forth by a Puritan by the name of Increase Mather in Boston in the early 1700s. This idea was identified as a money-making scheme that was exciting and sensational to people and that would fill the pews and collection plates. Early drivers of the Rapture bandwagon included Darby, Moody, and Scofield who were the direct antecedents to Lindsey, LaHaye and Jenkins today. So, we have over 1700 years of Christian history and scholarship and Christ has exactly TWO comings – the first from 1 AD to 33 AD, and the second “in glory to judge the living and the dead” which is yet to occur. One. Two. Period. Then, all of a sudden, a shoe salesman (Moody) and a lawyer (Scofield) discover that there is a THIRD coming, between the two – a SECRET coming that only THEIR FOLLOWERS will benefit from. Do I need to go any further? Seriously. Because NO ONE had read the Bible up until Moody and Scofield. Nope. Not a soul. The first two people to ever read the Bible were a shoe salesman and a lawyer back east, who happened to discover an “obvious” doctrine that radically alters Christian theology, and purely as a side note would make them very, very rich men. YOU BETCHA. I’ll take a side of global warming with my Rapture, please.

3. Here is why this is so important. People who subscribe to the Rapture trap think that they will be spared any suffering in the End Times. All of the “good” people will be raptured away before the tribulation period, and all of the “bad” people will be “Left Behind” to suffer. Hmmm. So let me get this straight. Good people don’t suffer. So, your grandpa that was eaten alive by cancer – he must have deserved it. The people in northeast France who were raped and mutilated by the revolutionary mercenaries, they must have deserved it. The US soldiers that were eviscerated and died holding their guts in their arms on Omaha Beach – they must have deserved it. Not only did they deserve it, but their families deserved it, too. So when Jesus said, “Take up your cross and follow me,” He must have been CONFUSED, because Christians don’t suffer. As we can see, not only do Christians suffer, but they should EXPECT to suffer. Read the Beatitudes. Blessed are those who MOURN. Blessed are you when you are PERSECUTED. And on and on. There is an old quote: God has one Son without sin, but He has no sons without suffering.

4. What satan has done with this Rapture lie is completely break down Christians’ ability to bear and persevere in their faith through periods of suffering. What are all of the “Left Behind” fans going to do IF the End Times actually do begin - or ANY period of suffering - and they aren’t whisked away? Oh, there are several things they will think. They will think that God doesn’t love them and has abandoned them, and thus lose their faith. They will think that the Bible is untrue and untrustworthy (because the rapture is so clearly Biblical, and Hal Lindsey just CAN’T be wrong) and thus lose their faith. They will think that they must not be saved, and the fact that they are still on the earth is proof that they are already damned, and thus lose their faith. What is the common operator? That they will LOSE THEIR FAITH. People, that is satan’s sole objective. He will do anything and everything in his enormous power to get you, me and every possible person to LOSE THEIR FAITH. And of course, one of the most effective methods to get people to lose their faith is to pervert and twist the Bible and doctrine into traps like this. The raising up of false prophets also is a highly effective means of breaking peoples' spirits.

5. What this Rapture trap also does is cause Christian Soldiers to go AWOL from the fight. How many times have I heard people say, “Oh well, I don’t need to worry about any of this. The Lord is going to Rapture me home, and I won’t be around to see any of this happen. I just have to remember that none of this has anything to do with me.” This really gets my dander up. Look, every single one of us is going to be JUDGED. And what will we be judged upon? OUR ACTIONS AND DECISIONS IN THIS WORLD. Don’t tell me that the world doesn’t matter. The world and my interaction with it will be the foundation of my personal judgment before Christ. I am baptized and have confessed Christ. What do I do with that? Do I follow Christ’s command to go out into the world and make Him manifest (imperfectly!) in the world? Or do I take my salvation, smugly tuck it into my pocket and promptly retire to my room to engage in a life of self-absorbed self- satisfaction? “I’m going to heaven. I’m going to be Raptured. And to hell with the rest of you.” Literally. I think I remember St. Paul saying something about working out one’s salvation “in fear and trembling.” Pompous, selfrighteous disengagement is about as far from that as you can get. The Lord’s Prayer says, “Thy will be done ON EARTH as it is in heaven.” Are we going to cooperate in God’s will on earth, or just surrender that bit to satan? Satan is definitely trying to deceive you into surrendering the earth to him. The Rapture trap is a big tool on his belt for that.

So there you go. Whether we are leading up to just another period of human suffering, or to the Glorious Coming of Christ, we have to have our heads on straight and be steeled and prepared for battle, physically but ESPECIALLY spiritually. Either way, satan is going to be using the situation to rip as many of us from the arms of Christ as he possibly can. DON’T LET HIM DO IT. Cling to the Cross.

Our Position:

We, at Fulfilled Prophecy, believe that the end-time study should not be just for kooks or extremists – as it is so often portrayed. It should be seen as a worthwhile pursuit for level-headed Christians who love God, are serious about the things of God, and long for Christ’s return – without neglecting their duties here and now.

Our goal for Fulfilled Prophecy is not only that it will address a neglected topic, but also that it will raise the level of discussion about the end times – by presenting a more biblically sound and thoughtful approach to the study than is often seen today.

We realize that focusing on the end times is frowned upon by a number of evangelical leaders and seminaries today. Their concerns are due, in part, to the mistakes made by prophecy teachers who have promoted overly sensational, strange and unbiblical teachings as well as conspiracy theories.

Yet, the fact that mistakes have been made in the study of the end times is not good reason to throw out the study entirely. Jesus and the apostles spoke a lot about the last days – warning God’s people to watch for their arrival and be ready for Christ’s return. Many of the books of the Old Testament have a great deal to say about the final days. And the book of Revelation focuses almost entirely on the end times – and promises a special blessing to those who heed its words (Revelation 1:3).

Since Scripture devotes attention to the end times, we believe Christians should follow suit.

In order to raise the level of discussion about the end times, we will:

• Seek to develop sound understandings of the prophecies by studying them within their historical and literary contexts before looking for fulfillments of the prophecies. In other words, we will not start with current events and try to force-fit them into the prophecies.

• Build a solid theological framework where “eschatology” — the study of the end times – finds its proper place without neglecting other important theological truths.

• Watch for the major, concrete signs God has given us – like a strengthened covenant and the appearance of the abomination of desolation – rather than more nebulous and speculative signs, like an increase in the frequency of earthquakes or famines.

• Challenge popular teachings about the end times that are not found in Scripture.

• Encourage healthy discussion and debate on our discussion board among people with different perspectives on prophecy.
