I don't know if it's wise to minimize your sleeping time. Yes, it will make you maximize your time, but i doubt it can't make you as productive than having completed an 8 hours of sleep. I learned in Business School that companies nowadays are encouraging their employees to take power naps to help charge up their strength for better work performance.
