On 06.13.2013 Judge Lamberth Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia gave leave of court to file 74 pages of motions and exhibits submitted by Attorney Orly Taitz in case 11-cv-402 Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue was the Commissioner of the Social Security at the time the case was originally filed, currently it is Carolyn W.Colvin)

This is significant, as the motions attached herein show that Barack Obama is using a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrant from Russia, who is presumed to be deceased.

At the time the case was originally filed and heard, the plaintiffs did not have new information that became available recently. Such information includes recently released census data which shows Harrison J. Bounel being born in 1890, recent disclosure to the public of the 120 year SSA rule, which requires release of  SS-5, Social Security original application of  “extremely aged individuals”, meaning individuals of 120 years old or older without a consent of such individual and without a death certificate or any other proof of death, as well as recent report from Merlins Information Systems showing Barack Obama using both Bounel’s name and Social Security number in connection to his property at 5046 Greenwood in Chicago as late as 2009.

All of this information placed Obama in the corner and with no way out. (not counting his planned trip to Africa, of course).  Holder Department of Justice has until 06.27.2013 to file an opposition on behalf of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, however at this time Social Security Administration cannot provide any justification or opposition. Holder , Obama  and Carolyn W. Colvin, new Commissioner of SSA have to produce the application, which was filed by Harrison J. Bounel and which would be sufficient evidence not only for an impeachment of Obama, but also for criminal prosecution of Obama.

Did the Chief Actuary of the Social Security Administration aid and abet Obama?

One of the SSNs linked to Obama in National databases found by investigators Sankey and Daniels belongs to Lucille Ballantyne, the mother of the Chief Actuary of SSA Harry C. Ballantyne, resident of CT. Did he aid and abet Obama?

Neil Sankey is a private investigator in Los Angeles who sent prominent civil rights attorney Orly Taitz a list of various names, some with supposed social security numbers (read here) that he located. How did he find these names and social security numbers? Sankey explains in an affidavit for one of Orly Taitz’s lawsuits:

“During the course of the work that I was doing in the latter part of 2008, regarding the activities and qualifications of Mr. Obama, I have compiled a record of all of the addresses in regards to which I have seen the use of his name. The records and databases which I use are many and varied having been accumulated for many different reasons but all are Public Record and the documents I have used are available to the General Public with, or without the payment of fees.”

What are these public records? Orly Taitz names them in another lawsuit:

Exhibit 3 is an affidavit from a licensed investigator and retired Scotland Yard elite anti organized crime officer Mr. Neil Sankey, who has compiled from the most reputable National databases: Lexis Nexis and Choice Point a list of multiple addresses under the names of Barack Obama and Barry Obama, those addresses are connected to 39 different social security numbers, none of which were issued in the state of HI.

Mystery in Newtown, Connecticut: Who is Harry Bounel? - UPDATE

Another weird coincidence. We see [Harry] Bounel residing in CT in 1910. The Social Security was issued in 1977 in CT. He was 87 at that time. There was a hospital next to Newtown. It was a Newtown psychiatric hospital, where some elderly without family resided their last days. The hospital later was renamed to Fairfield state hospital. This is where the bodies of the Sandy Hook victims were taken for autopsy. Here is a letter I got:

I’m in my 60′s and grew up in Bridgeport CT until 1961. When I was a kid in the 50′s, we used to joke that if you’re bad you’ll be sent to the “Newtown nut house”, a psychiatric hospital in Newtown that was just next to Danbury. In the 1940′s and 1950′s, Newtown had a tiny population of under 4000. When I heard of the massacre in Newtown, my first reaction was to blurt out the “Newtown nut house”. I was curious and did a search on Google for Newtown and was surprised to see that the population has grown to over 27,000.

Now for the punchline: I see Newtown is right next to DANBURY (where you had placed the switched identities of Obama and his Connecticut Social Security number). You had surmised that the identity was taken from someone at a local Danbury NURSING HOME. The official name of the “Newtown nut house” was the FAIRFIELD STATE HOSPITAL (renamed Fairfield Hills Hospital). Mentally ill patients who had died were buried on site. • Medical Staff Records, 1937-1974 records of birth and deportation, autopsies, and medical examiner cases.

A majority of the staff and utility buildings, along with all of the patient buildings were connected by a series of concrete tunnels. These tunnels were mostly used to move patients and equipment between the buildings, especially during the winter months and on bad weather days. Doctors, nurses, and other various workers also used the tunnels, and when required, even corpses were transported through them to the on-campus morgue.

What we found out that in 1976-1977, when new SSN laws were adopted, when this CT SNN 042-68-4425 was issued either in Danbury or in Stamford CT Social Security office (both near the hospital) elderly individuals needed to get a SSN in order to get medicare benefits. When people were elderly or patients in the psychiatric hospital, the applications were filled out by the hospital employees. (I saw patients in an advanced Alzheimer’s facility in CA voting in each and every election. I wonder, how are they voting?)

So, if elderly Bounel was in this facility, his SSN application was filled out by the hospital personal and signed by the hospital administrator. Please, hurry, everything is being scrubbed as we speak!!!

This is another example of what Rick Perry called "TREASON in high places" !!! Get angry and pass this on!

Remember, not only did you contribute to Social Security but your employer did too. It totaled 15% of your income before taxes. If you averaged only $30K over your working life, that's close to $220,500.

If you calculate the future value of $4,500 per year (yours & your employer's contribution) at a simple 5% (less than what the govt. pays on the money that it borrows), after 49 years of working you'd have $892,919.98.

If you took out only 3% per year, you'd receive $26,787.60 per year and it would last better than 30 years (until you're 95 if you retire at age 65) and that's with no interest paid on that final amount on deposit! If you bought an annuity and it paid 4% per year, you'd have a lifetime income of $2,976.40 per month.  The folks in Washington have pulled off a bigger Ponzi scheme than Bernie Madhoff ever had..

Entitlement, Phooey! I paid cash for my social security insurance!!!! Just because they borrowed the money, doesn't make my benefits some kind of charity or handout!!

“Why haven't Americans heard about the titanic $86.8 trillion liability from these programs? One reason: The actual figures do not appear in black and white on any balance sheet. Included in the annual Medicare Trustees' report are separate actuarial estimates of the unfunded liability for Medicare Part A (the hospital portion), Part B (medical insurance) and Part D (prescription drug coverage).

“As of the most recent Trustees' report in April, the net present value of the unfunded liability of Medicare was $42.8 trillion. The comparable balance sheet liability for Social Security is $20.5 trillion. The realworld impact will be felt when currently unfunded liabilities need to be paid. In theory, the Medicare and Social Security trust funds have at least some money to pay a portion of the bills that are coming due. In actuality, the cupboard is bare: 100% of the payroll taxes for these programs was spent in the same year they were collected.

“In exchange for the payroll taxes that aren't paid out in benefits to current retirees in any given year, the trust funds got nonmarketable Treasury debt. Now, as the baby boomers' promised benefits swamp the payroll-tax collections from today's workers, the government has to swap the trust funds' nonmarketable securities for marketable Treasury debt. The Treasury will then have to sell not only this debt, but far more, in order to pay the benefits as they come due. “

Past time to hold Obama accountable for his illegal actions

It is my understanding that the Dream Act did not pass out of either the House or Senate, so WHAT Bill/Act is Barack Obama signing? Thus regardless of what he signs, it is not law, therefore he is acting without constitutional authority.

So why is the Republican held House letting him get away with this? Why are they not filing suit in federal court to stop Obama’s illegal acts? Why are they not holding hearings and exposing that he is violating the constitution? Also where are the Republicans senators? Why are they not calling Obama to account here? Where is presumptive candidate Romney?

Finally, why has the Republican held House not held hearings on the bona fides (or lack thereof) re: Barack Obama?

(1) Birth Certificate – it turns out that Obama was the original “birther” claiming from 1991-2007 in his agents’ brochure that he was born in Kenya, the irregular fact that the birth certificate of Nordyke twins is numbered after Obama’s even though they were born after Obama and their births were registered after his (clearly an anomaly), and the almost universal claim that the long form certification of live birth Obama/White House released on 6/27/11 is a layered document and a forgery (attested to by numerous experts);

(2) Obama’s social security number issued out of Connecticut, when there is no known connection that Obama or his immediate family had with that state (and experts have claimed documents show it was illegally obtained);

(3) Obama’s selective service documents appear to be false and tampered with (attested to by several experts); and,

(4) almost all of Obama’s school records and Illinois bar records are sealed.

Again, where is the Republican House?

The Obama Administration and the health care law are not the New Deal and Social Security, even though liberals keep imagining that they are...
