Today I was interviewed by the Elise Foley from Huffington Post (see article below), Stephen Nelson from US News and World Report, Alex Seitz-Wald from NBC, Reid Epstein from Wall Street Journal and other media representatives.

All of them asked if I am angry with Donald Trump in regards to Trump’s statement today.

Here is the response that I gave.

Donald Trump does not have an obligation to prosecute Barack Obama for his use of a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425 and his use of fabricated IDs.

At this point in time Trump has only one obligation: as a Republican nominee he has to do whatever he possibly can to win the election. I told all of the above mentioned members of the media that I am a Trump supporter and will vote for him. Trump is hands down the best candidate to bring jobs back to America, to end the outsourcing of American jobs and in-sourcing of  cheap, illegal foreign labor, to build the wall, to limit illegal immigration, to clean up the mess created by Obama, to start paying off 9 trillion debt incurred by Obama. Trump is an American patriot, Hillary Clinton is a globalist puppet and for that reason in my opinion everyone should vote for Trump.

My concern is with Attorneys General of the US, Loretta Lynch and Eric Holder, who had at all times   all of the evidence in this file Evidence of forgery, fraud, fabrication in Obama’s IDs, who placed their personal friendship with Obama above the well-being of this nation and who refused to file criminal charges against Barack Obama in spite of the undeniable evidence of Obama’s use of a stolen CT SSN and fabricated IDs.

I revealed to these members of the US media that I recently did a documentary for one of the largest European news networks, it will come out soon. In this documentary I compared the US media to controlled media in the former Soviet Union. In my opinion, a this point, the main stream media in the US is more controlled and corrupt than even the media in the Soviet Union.

I questioned all of the media representatives, who called, why didn’t they ask Barack Obama simple questions.

1. For example, the attached link shows that in 2010 Obama posted his tax returns on line and originally made a mistake of not flattening the PDF file, which showed that Obama is using a CT Social Security number. Obama was never a resident of Connecticut. Later, this number was traced to Harrison J Bounel, born in 1890, immigrated to US in 1912.

Why the media never asked Obama, why is he using a Connecticut Social Security number, considering that he never was a resident of Connecticut, why doesn’t he has a Hawaiian Social Security number?

I asked all of the reporters, all media representatives, whether they would be willing to arrange an interview with Barack Obama and ask him this question.

2. I asked the media, why didn’t they confront Obama and AG Lynch with obviously fabricated Selective Service registration, which bears a fabricated US cancellation postal stamp. In all documents, on all letters in the US, all postal stamps have a 4 digit year, Obama’s has a 2 digit year “80”. Sheriff Arpaio did a press conference stating that this is a forgery. Why the media is not confronting Obama with this evidence?

3. Obama claims that he studied at Columbia university for 2 years, however the official records show that he was there only for 9 months. Why isn’t the media asking Obama, why is he lying about the time he allegedly studied at Columbia and where was he from May of 1981 till September of 1982, the time he claimed to study at Columbia, but didn’t?

4. Why isn’t media asking Obama about his fraud committed upon the Illinois Attorneys Bar. On his application he was asked whether he used any other names. He defrauded the bar by claiming that he did not use any other names, even though he is listed under the last name Soebarkah in his mother’s passport and under the last name Soetoro in his school records in Indonesia.

    

5.  Why is Obama using a fabricated birth certificate which has letters of all different fonts and sizes and which opens in multiple layers. Sheriff Arpaio confirmed that there is probable cause of forgery in this birth certificate

6. I asked the media reps to interview Brian Schatz, former president of the Democratic party of Hawaii, why did he sign a falsified OCON (official certificate of nomination). All other certificates stated that the candidate is eligible for office under the US constitution. Obama’s 2008 certificate was falsified and this wording was replaced with wording  eligible according to the rules and regulations of the Democratic party. Schatz was rewarding handsomely for this in a typical Chicago pay for play scheme, he was appointed to be the US senator from HI when the prior senator passed away. Why isn’t the media questioning Schatz and most importantly AG Lynch, why wasn’t Schatz criminally prosecuted?

7. I asked about another pay for play. NBC reporter, Savanna Guthry, claimed that she saw a raised seal on the flagrant forgery that Obama claims to be his birth certificate. Experts show that there was never any raised seal. Just as Schatz, Guthry was rewarded for her act of misinformation and possibly criminal conspiracy to treason by getting a multi-million dollar contract to be the morning anchor on NBC.

8. Why is the media calling this movement racist when my client and the most prominent birther is is the most prominent African -American, former US ambassador to the UN economic commission, Dr. Allen Keyes? 

When media is corrupt, when the Department of Justice is corrupt, the country becomes a banana republic or even worse, a tyranny.

For now, let’s concentrate on the election, let’s help Trump get elected, we’ll renew this conversation later.

Status of challenges against Obama due to his use of a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425 and all fabricated IDs

Second response received from the US Department of Justice. They are stating that they are forwarding complaint and FOIA request from Taitz  to yet another department.

As of now  the status of challenges against Obama due to his use of a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425 and all fabricated IDs is as follows:

1. A legal action was filed against the Postmaster General and Inspector General of the USPS due to Obama’s use of a fabricated cancellation USPS postal stamp on his fabricated Selective Service certificate. Inspector General gave fraud department 30 days to take action and report, so far no response. Attorney Taitz will keep the public appraised when she receives the response from the fraud department of the USPS

2. Complaint to the Department of Justice was forwarded by the Justice Department  to the FBI, no response from the FBI yet

3. Today DOJ sent one more response, stating that they are forwarding the complaint from Taitz to yet another department

4. Legal action against the Commissioner of the Social SecurityAdministration is to be decided by Judge Lamberth any day now. It has been 15 days, the public cannot influence the court which way to decide, however the public can write or call the court and ask to expedite the case of national importance. The number   is 202-354-3080, 202-354-3192

5. FOIA request was filed with the selective service in regards to the complaint by Taitz submitted to William Chatfield, Director of the SSS in 2009.

6. FOIA request for information was sent to the Department of Treasury seeking a report on any action in relation to the complaint filed by Attorney Taitz. More information is available on OrlyTaitzESQ.com. Taitz is proceeding with all these legal challenges pro bono. Donations to help maintain the legal challenges are greatly appreciated.

New information comes to light about Obama's illegitimate social security number

On 06.13.2013 Judge Lamberth Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia gave leave of court to file 74 pages of motions and exhibits submitted by Attorney Orly Taitz in case 11-cv-402 Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue was the Commissioner of the Social Security at the time the case was originally filed, currently it is Carolyn W.Colvin)

This is significant, as the motions attached herein show that Barack Obama is using a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrant from Russia, who is presumed to be deceased.

At the time the case was originally filed and heard, the plaintiffs did not have new information that became available recently. Such information includes recently released census data which shows Harrison J. Bounel being born in 1890, recent disclosure to the public of the 120 year SSA rule, which requires release of  SS-5, Social Security original application of  “extremely aged individuals”, meaning individuals of 120 years old or older without a consent of such individual and without a death certificate or any other proof of death, as well as recent report from Merlins Information Systems showing Barack Obama using both Bounel’s name and Social Security number in connection to his property at 5046 Greenwood in Chicago as late as 2009.

All of this information placed Obama in the corner and with no way out. (not counting his planned trip to Africa, of course).  Holder Department of Justice has until 06.27.2013 to file an opposition on behalf of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, however at this time Social Security Administration cannot provide any justification or opposition. Holder , Obama  and Carolyn W. Colvin, new Commissioner of SSA have to produce the application, which was filed by Harrison J. Bounel and which would be sufficient evidence not only for an impeachment of Obama, but also for criminal prosecution of Obama.

IMPORTANT: If you are/were a donor to Sheriff Joe Arpaio or at least a resident of Maricopa county, AZ

Who has the greatest power to push for criminal prosecution of Obama?

I am explaining it again: the greatest leverage is in the hands of the donors for sheriff Arpaio and citizens of Maricopa county, AZ.

Why so? Because Arpaio already announced that Obama’s BC is a 100% forgery, however he is not willing to file a criminal complaint, as he is supposed to as the chief law enforcement officer of the Maricopa County.

WND, which is a big backer for Arpaio, Zullo and Klayman is talking about an appeal in the Supreme court of AL. first, as WND had a 50/50 split of donations with Kreep there is a high probability that WND and possibly Western journalism connected to WND and possibly PPSimmons got financial compensation from arpaio or his team, either got payment for advertising and fundraising or an outright percentage of donations received. If this is the case, their reporting is highly biased.

Now, as i said before, I really hope that the Supreme Court of AL will rule for the plaintiffs, however even if this appeal is granted in half a year or so, it will not make any difference, as the plaintiffs asked the Secretary of State of Al to ask the Department of Health of HI for a certified copy of Obama’s BC. All HI will do, is certify another copy of the same forgery, of the same computer generated forgery and you are in square one.

On the other hand there is a way to proceed immediately with the criminal complaint.

As I said, for nearly 3 years Arpaio and Zullo were making press conferences saying that they are conducting a criminal investigation and now after 3 years of raising money for their alleged criminal instigation they are refusing to file a criminal complaint, saying that they do not have jurisdiction to file, even though they have 100% proof that Obama’s BC is a forgery.

So, we are seeing the same passing the buck, same kicking the can.

What can be done? People who donated to Arpaio have now all the power and all the leverage. They can demand that Arpaio file his findings or they will file a legal action against Arpaio and seek 2 things:

1. An injunction, an order of specific performance, a writ of mandamus from the court ordering Arpaio to file this criminal complaint with proper prosecutors.

2. refund of all the donations due to lack of performance and due to solicitation of donations under false pretenses.

What is happening now is that Arpaio is afraid of Obama, just like judges are afraid when they claim that they have no jurisdiction, however in this situation Arpaio will be afraid of the donors more than he will be afraid of Obama.

Why so?

Normally law enforcement officer has a prosecutorial discretion, however the discretion is whether there is enough evidence to convict. When Arpaio stated that Obama’s BC ia a 100% forgery, then it is beyond discretion.

In this situation Obama does not have any any cards in his deck, however the people hold all the aces.

Obama will not be a defendant in this case and he will not be able to bring his attorneys to challenge on his behalf. This will be a private action, so Arpaio will have to respond personally. This will give a lot of publicity to the issue of Obama’s forged IDs and Obama will not be able to do anything about it.

I know that Arpaio is afraid that Obama will retaliate against him, however what can Obama do?

1. If Arpaio thinks that Obama might refile his law suit against Arpaio for violation of civil rights of Hispanics this will not happen, as it will be a very obvious retaliation. The feds dismissed their case against Arpaio last August saying that there was not enough evidence. So what will the feds say? Will they say that they had an understanding that they will dismiss their case against Arpaio and Arpaio will never file his criminal complaint against Obama? They can’t say that, they will have to stay quiet.

2. I don’t know if Arpaio received any financial considertion not to file a criminal complaint against Obama, to say that he has no jurisdiction after nearly 3 years of criminal investigation and after receiving millions in donations for this criminal investigation I hope that there was no financial consideration. But if arguendo, one were to believe that there was some type of a consideration, what will Obama do? Do you think he file file a law suit saying “I want my money back?” He can’t.

3. Obama is now weakened and his henchmen in IRS and DOJ are weakened by scandals. We are getting stronger.

So, please, if you are a donor to Arpaio or at least a resident of Maricopa county, AZ, demand a meeting and demand that he stop the nonsense. He is a chief law enforcement officer of his county. People turned to him as a law enforcement officer. You do not enforce the law by doing press conferences and just talking to people. You enforce the law by filing a criminal complaint. Please, keep up the pressure and tell Arpaio that after he stated that Obama’s BC is a 100%forgery, he, as a chief law enforcement officer, has a duty to file a criminal complaint that fraud was committed and that Obama ran for office in his jurisdiction using forged and fraudulently obtained IDs as a proof of his identity. Anybody else would be in prison for that and so should Obama. Tell Arpaio that if he does not file a criminal complaint and show a copy of the signed, dated and stamped criminal complaint, donors will file a complaint against Arpaio for:

1. soliciting and accepting donations under the false pretenses

2. misappropriation of donations.

3. violation of oath of office

4. denial of honest services under the color of authority

5. deprivation of civil right to a lawful law enforcement, redress of grievances, egual protection under the color of authority.

Demand that Arpaio and Zullo file the criminal complaint ASAP. You have the most leverage: use it or lose.

‘We recently discovered new irrefutable evidence, which confirms, hands down, the document is a fraud’

CAVE CREEK – On Tuesday, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Lt. Mike Zullo told Sonoran News there is a movement underfoot toward prosecution of the Obama document fraud they uncovered during their investigation.

According to Zullo, there is an increased number of people, whom he would only refer to as “VIPs,” that will not only bring the case to the public light, but to prosecution.

Zullo also stated, “We recently discovered new irrefutable evidence, which confirms, hands down, the document [birth certificate] is a fraud.”

“The problem isn’t the evidence,” said Zullo, “It’s getting people who can do something about it to attend an evidence presentation.”

But, he said, that all appears to be changing and there is increased interest in exposing the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people.

Attorney Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, currently has an Obama eligibility case on appeal in the Alabama Supreme Court before Judge Roy Moore.

Second part of the case provides over 100 pages of sworn affidavits of top law enforcement officials and official records, showing that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Soebarkah committed fraud and ran for the position of the U.S. President and established his eligibility for the position of the U.S. President based on all forged and fraudulently obtained IDs: E-verify and SSNVS records showed that Obama used a CT Social Security number xxx-xx-4425, which was never assigned to him, forged birth certificate, forged Selective Service certificate, last name not legally his and Indonesian citizenship. Not only Obama never had any valid IDs to show him as a natural born citizen, as required based on Article 2, section1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, all of the evidence showed that he never had any IDs to show any citizenship and any legal status for him. While the evidence against Obama and evidence of elections fraud was gradually developed and it evolved during the past 4 years, one thing remained constant: desire of courts to use any and all excuses to cover up elections fraud and cover up Obama’s use of forged and stolen IDs.

There were multiple challenges filed all over the country by some 45 licensed attorneys and hundreds of pro se litigants. So far not one single case was heard on the merits. Obama consistently refused to comply with any and all subpoenas by all the attorneys and litigants and so far not one single judge held Obama accountable, not one single judge issued an order to compel production of the original wet ink vital records of Obama while all of the copies released to the public were deemed by dozens of experts to be crude laughable forgeries.

In general we are seeing a vicious cycle and all three branches of the government not acting as independent branches that are supposed to provide a system of checks and balances. We are seeing reports of FBI and CIA agents and informers working as aids for congressmen, editors of major papers and as staff attorneys and attorney-law clerks for highly positioned judges. This provides an unprecedented level of censorship which was exacerbated by 9/11.

This system leaves the U.S. citizens effectively deprived of their First Amendment right for Redress of Grievances, and often elections fraud cases, particularly ones dealing with the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency by Obama, are being dismissed on technicalities, excuses. There were instances of retaliation by members of the judiciary against members of the U.S. military and civil rights leaders and attorneys seeking to end elections fraud and seeking an adjudication on the merits in relation to Obama’s forged IDs.
