The Army Corps was planning to upgrade 303 miles of levees along the river in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. This was needed, a Corps spokesman told the Baton Rouge, La., newspaper The Advocate, because “a failure could wreak catastrophic consequences on Louisiana and Mississippi which the states would be decades in overcoming, if they overcame them at all.”

My name is Tracy Fair. I live in Maryland. I currently have an eligibility case against Obama & the State which is now moving on to the United States Supreme Court, after being denied in the Maryland Court of Appeals.

My Appeals Court petition was denied on November 20, 2014. I have 90 days (Feb. 18th) to file with the US Supreme Court. However, we are short on funds to continue the effort to expose the Obama fraud.

CDR Kerchner (Ret) spent many thousands to take his eligibility case to the Supreme Court, but we have since found lower cost ways to get this done that have cut the cost considerably, meaning we only need to raise roughly $2200 to cover the incurred and remaining costs (Court fees, printer, advisers, etc.). I am committed in taking my case to the Supreme Court. Detail accounting of use of funds will be posted online.

CNBC Exec’s Children Murdered 1 Day After CNBC Reports $43 Trillion Bankster Lawsuit

This week financial news organization CNBC gave some mainstream attention to the largest money laundering and racketeering lawsuit in United States History, in which “Banksters” and their U.S. racketeering partners are being accused of laundering of 43 trillion dollars worth of ill gotten gains.  The lawsuit is said to involve officials located in the highest offices of government and the financial sector.

Since this information was surprisingly revealed by the mainstream news organization there has been a very suspicious and deadly fallout at the CNBC headquarters.  Within hours the original page for the article was taken down, and CNBC senior vice president Kevin Krim received news that his children were killed under very suspicious circumstances.  It seems that the murder happened first and then the page was removed later.

According to mainstream accounts the children’s nanny is responsible for the murders, allegedly stabbing both children.  However, those same mainstream news sources report the highly unlikely story that the nanny slit her own throat just after committing the homicides.  Police have released very little information and although a wider plot has not been officially implicated, it seems very possible that these murders are a show of force against the press organization for releasing such damning information about the most powerful people in the world.

New information comes to light about Obama's illegitimate social security number

On 06.13.2013 Judge Lamberth Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia gave leave of court to file 74 pages of motions and exhibits submitted by Attorney Orly Taitz in case 11-cv-402 Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue was the Commissioner of the Social Security at the time the case was originally filed, currently it is Carolyn W.Colvin)

This is significant, as the motions attached herein show that Barack Obama is using a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrant from Russia, who is presumed to be deceased.

At the time the case was originally filed and heard, the plaintiffs did not have new information that became available recently. Such information includes recently released census data which shows Harrison J. Bounel being born in 1890, recent disclosure to the public of the 120 year SSA rule, which requires release of  SS-5, Social Security original application of  “extremely aged individuals”, meaning individuals of 120 years old or older without a consent of such individual and without a death certificate or any other proof of death, as well as recent report from Merlins Information Systems showing Barack Obama using both Bounel’s name and Social Security number in connection to his property at 5046 Greenwood in Chicago as late as 2009.

All of this information placed Obama in the corner and with no way out. (not counting his planned trip to Africa, of course).  Holder Department of Justice has until 06.27.2013 to file an opposition on behalf of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, however at this time Social Security Administration cannot provide any justification or opposition. Holder , Obama  and Carolyn W. Colvin, new Commissioner of SSA have to produce the application, which was filed by Harrison J. Bounel and which would be sufficient evidence not only for an impeachment of Obama, but also for criminal prosecution of Obama.

BREAKING: Law Center Warns Congress Not To Certify 2012 Election Due To Obama Election Fraud

The newly formed North American Law Center is serving members of the US Congress with a notice, demanding that congress stop the fraudulent 2012 election and advising members of congress not to become complicit in the fraud by certifying the tainted outcome of the 2012 election.

“BE ADVISED, your Oath of office requires you to act in a manner which upholds the United States Constitution, our State Constitutions, and the Rule of Law. This shall serve as Notice to you of the massive fraud which has occurred in the 2012 election. As a public servant, your highest duty is to the people of the United States. Failing to do your duty, after having been so noticed, will be a direct violation of your Oath, with malice aforethought.”

The notice lists a number of legally actionable items concerning Federal Election and Campaign Finance laws as well as Constitutional Eligibility violations that if proven, could entirely void the 2012 election and end with the criminal prosecution of those involved in carrying out and covering up that fraud.

“Prima facie evidence exists as to violations of Federal Election Commission law regulating campaign finance concerning overseas donations from foreign entities, into international money laundering and online credit and debit card fraud, using foreign contributions from stolen card numbers to finance a presidential campaign. Hundreds of millions of dollars pouring into the Obama campaign from overseas donors and all of it in untraceable small denominations.”

The notice lists evidence of blatant voter fraud in Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio, and a statement concerning general acts of fraud evidenced in numerous states and precincts.

“Many numerous methods of massive Democrat voter fraud exist, i.e. over 2 million new “temporary citizen” illegal alien voters via Executive Order; millions of DEAD and felon voters; temporarily moving Democrat voters across state lines to vote in swing states; foreign observers used to protect the fraudulent Democrat vote; duplicate voting by dual resident college students, and thousands of Somali refugee voters with DNC “interpreters” driving them to polls in Ohio; corrupted voting machines and vote counting with rigged voting machines via SEIU machine maintenance contracts; boxes of fraudulent paper ballots in the trunk of union official’s cars; and foreign contracts for vote counting in parts of Europe.”

Process servers are delivering the notice to all members of congress this week.
