Did the Chief Actuary of the Social Security Administration aid and abet Obama?

One of the SSNs linked to Obama in National databases found by investigators Sankey and Daniels belongs to Lucille Ballantyne, the mother of the Chief Actuary of SSA Harry C. Ballantyne, resident of CT. Did he aid and abet Obama?

Neil Sankey is a private investigator in Los Angeles who sent prominent civil rights attorney Orly Taitz a list of various names, some with supposed social security numbers (read here) that he located. How did he find these names and social security numbers? Sankey explains in an affidavit for one of Orly Taitz’s lawsuits:

“During the course of the work that I was doing in the latter part of 2008, regarding the activities and qualifications of Mr. Obama, I have compiled a record of all of the addresses in regards to which I have seen the use of his name. The records and databases which I use are many and varied having been accumulated for many different reasons but all are Public Record and the documents I have used are available to the General Public with, or without the payment of fees.”

What are these public records? Orly Taitz names them in another lawsuit:

Exhibit 3 is an affidavit from a licensed investigator and retired Scotland Yard elite anti organized crime officer Mr. Neil Sankey, who has compiled from the most reputable National databases: Lexis Nexis and Choice Point a list of multiple addresses under the names of Barack Obama and Barry Obama, those addresses are connected to 39 different social security numbers, none of which were issued in the state of HI.

Nearly a year ago I submitted a subpoena for production of information relating to social security use by Mr. Obama. I also submitted by certified mail a number of dossiers featuring reports from licensed investigators, showing that Mr. Obama has used as many as 39 different social security numbers according to National databases. I was able to ascertain that those were numbers of deceased individuals and numbers never assigned. Pursuant to the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I request information as to when social security administration will commence prosecution of this activity and why wasn’t it prosecuted until now, considering tremendous risk to our National Security posed by Mr. Obama’s continued presence in the White House , while using fraudulent social security numbers.



I agree to pay reasonable duplication fees for the processing of this request in an amount not to exceed $250.00. However, please notify me prior to your incurring any expenses in excess of that amount.



If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I, of course, reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to deny a waiver of fees.



I look forward to your reply within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
