April 10, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) — As a Canadian father fights to stop court-ordered testosterone treatments for his 14-year-old daughter, U.S. experts warn there’s an increasing danger that more and more American parents will find themselves in a similar heartrending predicament.

“Yes, it is really that bad,” Michelle Cretella, president of the American College of Pediatrics, told LifeSiteNews.

“Parents are losing their right to protect their children from this dangerous medical experiment, and extended family members fare no better,” she told LifeSiteNews.

The general rule that individuals under age 18 cannot consent to medical treatment is being tossed out the window when it comes to sex transitioning, she said.

One weatherman asserted that Russia has long claimed they can send extreme weather and turbulence from Siberia targeting the United States. He proclaimed that Russia did that with Ivan [later called Ivan The Terrible] in 2004 and Katrina, 2005.

He appeared on the Coast-To-Coast radio talk show with host George Noory, about a night after Katrina hit the Gulf. In describing how brazenly the hurricane was created and directed, that as an inside signal, it came right over the Nat ional Hurricane Center in Florida.

A pair of conservative scholars believe they might have found a loophole in the wording of the Affordable Care Act which could wind up sending the law back to court, if not Congress.  In their paper, authors Jonathan Adler (Case Western Reserve University) and Michael Cannon (the Cato Institute), contend that the exact language of the law circumscribing the funds used to subsidize the state-run health exchanges now stands to severely undermine the rest of the law in light of how many governors have said they won’t be setting up these marketplaces in their states.

January 23, 2012 (TPATH) - Atlanta - Local news coverage of the court hearings on Thursday of this week have erroneously described them as "challenging Obama's citizenship". This appears to be their tactic in discrediting the lawsuits. They all have been informed, many times over, that it is Obama's status as a "natural born citizen" which is at issue, not his citizenship.

Several anchors have reported that other suits such as this have all been dismissed on "merit". This of course is more dis-information. The truth is, each and every other lawsuit has been dismissed by liberal judges on the grounds of "standing", and had nothing to do with facts or merit.

The standing defense has long been used by politicians and government officials to obscure the truth and deny the citizens access to justice.

As the mainstream media continue to report these cases, without the context of fact, it is clear that they understand the precarious position the President is in and they believe that they can obscure the real issue by false reporting. They actually believe they are still the only source for news.

While it is very unlikely that either Obama or his attorney will show up for these hearings, (they can't because for the first time they will have to defend themselves on fact not standing) it is important that as many people as possible take the time to link to the live feed of the proceedings on Thursday.

But more important than the live streaming is getting as many patriots to the courthouse as possible. If you are anywhere near Atlanta or you have the time and means to get there, all those that are doing this work and protecting our Constitution will be inspired by your support.
