Russia is behind much of the propaganda in the West that supports ‘green energy’ and banning fracking. This enables Russia’s dominance in the energy sector.

Excerpt:

It is not difficult to see that certain countries would be happy to see the US and European countries step away from fracking and energy independence.  Saudi Arabia, Russia, Venezuela and other oil producers are happy to see the US energy-dependent as they are now.  This allows these countries to capitalize and provide the oil and gas necessary to keep the US and European economies going.  The producers become rich and Americans and Europeans suffer.

China too would like to see the US energy-dependent so that the US does not get ahead of them in any way.  American energy dependence also places the US at the mercy of other countries in many ways.

The best way to destroy America’s energy independence was to find corrupt politicians who were open to altering this matter.  Of course, donations and dark money were likely part of the equation.   This and the propaganda in the public realm to help soften the insanity of energy dependence is the strategy for Russia and likely other countries and corrupt politicians.

The Russian collusion hoax, Burisma, and the disastrous Afghanistan war just blew up in their self-proclaimed “scandal-free” faces

The American public often is reminded, usually by Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and their loyalists in the American news media, that Obama’s eight-year reign was “scandal-free.” Of course, that is nowhere near the truth. From the “Fast and Furious” gun-running scam and IRS targeting of Tea Party activists to the egregious Benghazi terror attack cover-up two months before the 2012 election, the Obama Administration was among the most corrupt in U.S. history. And they have laughed all the way to Martha’s Vineyard and the Democratic presidential debate stage.

So truth-seekers should be gratified that on one day—Monday, December 9, 2019—the spin and subterfuge that the Obama White House successfully employed to hide their rampant malfeasance started to collapse under the full weight of its deceit and hubris.

Three scandals—the Russian collusion hoax, Burisma, and the disastrous Afghanistan war—blew up in their self-proclaimed “scandal-free” faces.

Impeachment is a coverup for what Biden and the Democrats did to get dirt on Trump during the Obama administration

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW NOW:

The Mueller investigation was a coverup for what Hillary, Brennan and the DNC had done to get dirt on Trump from the Russians, utilizing ex-spook Christopher Steele, and Brit operators Stefan Halper and Josef Mifsud .
Steele used to be MI6. He was paid by the DNC and the Clintons to go to Russia talk to the Russian government and dig up dirt. Which means actually he was working for the DNC and the Clintons, even worse. Steele was also paid by Obama’s FBI to compile the dossier and get it to Bruce and Nellie Ohr.
We also know Brennan involved the Aussies and the Italians in their efforts to derail Trump. Brennan had to go overseas to get them to conduct their intelligence ops because he couldn't do it through the CIA domestically. Steele was used to funnel the info back to Brennan. Brennan used Brit intel operatives Stefan Halper, Joseph Mifsud & Alexander Downer to entrap George Papadopoulos to get dirt on Trump
Impeachment is a coverup for what Biden and the Democrats did to get dirt on Trump during the Obama administration by putting the arm on two Ukranian Presidents to get a prosecutor fired who was investigating Hunter Biden.
But wait there’s more.............
Most notable the fact that three DemSocs [Democrat Socialists] Sens. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), Richard Durbin (D-Ill.), and Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) penned a letter on May 4, 2018, to Yuriy Lutsenko, the general prosecutor of Ukraine. They wrote to Ukraine last year demanding information about President Donald Trump.

https://townhall.Com/tipsheet/timothymeads/2019/09/25/dems-sent-letter-to-ukraine-asking-for-investigation-to-trump-n2553705
We also have Sleepy Joe putting the arm on the previous Ukranian president to fire a prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden. At stake was $1 billion in aid.

Just as Mueller failed impeachment will fail. Same Kabuki Theater modus operandi.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

Imagine what a two-year, multimillion-dollar, taxpayer-funded investigation into Obama’s Russian ties might uncover

Several U.S. presidents have genuinely colluded with Russia or the former Soviet Union, but none more so the 44th president of the United States, Barack Obama. It’s no exaggeration to say that Obama owes his entire career to Russian collusion.

The Flynn Entrapment A court filing shows the ugly tactics employed by James Comey’s FBI.

https://www.wsj.com/articles/the-flynn-entrapment-11544658915
Of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s many targets, the most tragic may be former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. The former three-star general pleaded guilty last year to a single count of lying to the FBI about conversations he had with Russia’s ambassador to the U.S. Now we learn from Mr. Flynn’s court filing to the sentencing judge that senior bureau officials acted in a way to set him up for the fall.

Major European countries, such as Norway, Finland, France, Switzerland and Russia, all have at least 25 percent higher per capita murder rates from mass public shootings than the United States!

America doesn’t lead the world in mass public shootings. We’re not even close. Just last month, a school shooting in Crimea, Russia, claimed 20 lives and wounded 65 others. But Americans usually don’t hear about such events.

The Crime Prevention Research Center, of which I am president, recently finished updating a list of mass public shootings worldwide. . .
Of the 97 countries where we identified mass public shootings, the U.S. ranks 64th per capita in its rate of attacks and 65th in fatalities. Major European countries, such as Norway, Finland, France, Switzerland and Russia, all have at least 25 percent higher per capita murder rates from mass public shootings.

While Americans are rightly concerned by the increased frequency and severity of mass public shootings, the rest of the world is experiencing much larger increases in per capita rates of attack. The frequency of foreign mass public shootings since 1998 has grown 291 percent faster than in the U.S.

The media bias on this is overwhelming. Even after President Donald Trump again raised the danger of gun-free zones, the news media still refuse to mention this fact in its reporting of mass shootings. . .

Mr Caputo did something very unusual yesterday. He named names.

The Process is the Punishment (As Always)

by Mark Steyn
Steyn on America

There have been exciting developments in the "Russia investigation". There always are, because that is the nature of open-ended money-no-object investigations. But, to me, the most interesting development was the testimony of Michael Caputo, who appeared just before me on Tucker Carlson's show last night. Mr Caputo was, briefly, a very minor Trump campaign aide - and so his life has been destroyed. As he told the Senate Intelligence Committee yesterday:
In 2009, my wife and I moved to my hometown of East Aurora, New York to have a family. Making far less money back home, we had a far better quality of life. That is, until the Trump-Russia narrative took off. Today, I can't possibly pay the attendant legal costs and live near my aging father, raising my kids where I grew up.
Your investigation and others into the allegations of Trump campaign collusion with Russia are costing my family a great deal of money – more than $125,000 – and making a visceral impact on my children.
That's chump change for most senators and their vast entourages - and barely a rounding error in most of the budgets they approve. It's also considerably less than, say, my own legal bills after the scofflaws at CRTV broke my contract and put me through a year of "binding arbitration" that Cary Katz and his sleazy business partners ("Governor" Pete Wilson of California, etc) are now refusing to be bound by (having lost the case). But, for most Americans, 125 grand in legal bills for a case you're not even a party to is a big chunk of change.
And somewhere or other is a guy for whom blowing, say, 75 grand on lawyers is catastrophic, and they're trying to turn him to sell-out Caputo so they can turn Caputo to sell-out whoever's next up the chain. And they've got all the time in the world to bleed you dry.
Mr Caputo did something very unusual yesterday. He named names - or at least one name, from the Gulf Emir-sized retinue that attends each senator:

FLASHBACK: Ted Kennedy Secretly Asked The Soviets To Intervene In The 1984 Elections & Help Defeat Reagan

TruePundit:

According to Soviet documents unearthed in the early 1990’s, Kennedy literally asked the Soviets, avowed enemies of the U.S., to intervene on behalf of the Democratic party in the 1984 elections.
Kennedy’s communist communique was so secret that it was not discovered until 1991, eight years after Kennedy had initiated his Soviet gambit:
Picking his way through the Soviet archives that Boris Yeltsin had just thrown open, in 1991 Tim Sebastian, a reporter for the London Times, came across an arresting memorandum. Composed in 1983 by Victor Chebrikov, the top man at the KGB, the memorandum was addressed to Yuri Andropov, the top man in the entire USSR. The subject: Sen. Edward Kennedy.
“On 9-10 May of this year,” the May 14 memorandum explained, “Sen. Edward Kennedy’s close friend and trusted confidant [John] Tunney was in Moscow.” (Tunney was Kennedy’s law school roommate and a former Democratic senator from California.) “The senator charged Tunney to convey the following message, through confidential contacts, to the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, Y. Andropov.” – READ MORE atThe Federalist.

THE FEDERALIST: "The press has played an active role in the Trump-Russia collusion story since its inception. It helped birth it."

The Media Stopped Reporting The Russia Collusion Story Because They Helped Create It

The press has played an active role in the Trump-Russia collusion story since its inception. It helped birth it.

Excerpt:
I’ve argued over the last year that the phony collusion narrative is a symptom of the structural problems with the press. The rise of the Internet, then social media, and gross corporate mismanagement damaged traditional media institutions. As newspapers and magazines around the country went bankrupt when ownership couldn’t figure out how to make money off the new digital advertising model, an entire generation of journalistic experience, expertise, and ethics was lost. It was replaced, as one Obama White House official famously explained, by 27-year-olds who “literally know nothing.”
But the first vehicles of the Russiagate campaign were not bloggers or recent J-school grads lacking wisdom or guidance to wave off a piece of patent nonsense. They were journalists at the top of their profession—editors-in-chief, columnists, specialists in precisely the subjects that the dossier alleges to treat: foreign policy and national security. They didn’t get fooled. They volunteered their reputations to perpetrate a hoax on the American public.
That’s why, after a year of thousands of furious allegations, all of which concerning Trump are unsubstantiated, the press will not report the real scandal, in which it plays a leading role. When the reckoning comes, Russiagate is likely to be seen not as a symptom of the collapse of the American press, but as one of the causes for it.

POWERLINE: "The Intelligence Committee memo is a major step forward, but we have not yet gotten to the bottom of what happened in the heavily-politicized Department of Justice and FBI."

John Hinderacker, POWERLINE:
The Intelligence Committee memo obviously outlines a major scandal that indicts principal figures in the FBI, including James Comey, Andrew McCabe, and Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein, unless the latter two officials were unaware of the fraud that was being perpetrated on the federal court. Whether some of those involved should go to prison would require a careful examination of relevant federal statutes.

The memo leaves much unsaid. The timing is unclear, at least to me. It sounds as though the FBI continued to renew its FISA warrant long after it had terminated its relationship with Steele and knew, or should have known, that his information was bogus. Why? Did the FBI tell the FISA court in these renewal applications that it had terminated its relationship with Steele, or that it had been unable to corroborate his claims? Presumably not.

Also, we don’t know what was done with the information that was collected about Carter Page–and, of course, about anyone with whom he communicated. This is where the enormous number of “unmasking” requests by Obama officials like Susan Rice come in. Did the Obama administration use the ill-gotten FISA warrants to spy, not only on Carter Page, but on others who had some relationship with Trump, or even Trump himself? Did the Obama administration pass information obtained from improper surveillance on to the Clinton campaign, or leak it to the press after the election?

The Intelligence Committee memo is a major step forward, but we have not yet gotten to the bottom of what happened in the heavily-politicized Department of Justice and FBI.

The coming political apocalypse (the REAL Russian scandal)

Uranium One noose is tightening
By Thomas Lifson
Now that the FBI's informant on the Uranium One deal has been outed and the nondisclosure agreement formerly muzzling him abrogated, it is possible to see the outlines of the devastating case to be made against not just Hillary Clinton, but the entire Obama administration. Two intrepid reporters, John Solomon of The Hill and Sara Carter of Circa News and Sinclair Broadcasting, are gaining access to some of the reported 50,000 documents in the possession of William Campbell, the whistleblower who went to the FBI with the scary details of what appeared to him to be an illegal attempt by Russian entities to take over the world uranium market, including even the uranium resources in our ground.

ACCORDING TO ANDREW WILKOW, here are a few things you should know:

1.  In 2016, Natalia Veselnitskaya entered the US with an override on her rejection of a visa from the State Department under an order from then attorney general, Loretta Lynch.

2.    Natalia Veselnitskaya’s law firm lists as one of its clients, Sberbank.  It is one of the biggest banks in Russia, and it answers directly to Putin.

3.    The international lobbying firm for Sberbank is the Podesta Group.  John Podesta was Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman.
4.    Bill Clinton received a $500,000 speaking fee from a Sberbank shortly after Sec of State Clinton saw to it that the Russians were awarded a huge deal that gives the country ownership of one-fifth of U.S. uranium deposits.
5.    Loretta Lynch allowed Natalia Veselnitskaya to remain in the US without a visa.
6.    Andrew asks, “If Donald Trump had direct connections to Putin, do you think if Putin was trying to get Trump elected he would let some low-level lawyer with an association to Bill Clinton get close to Donald Trump and not tell him?” Of course not.
7.    If Trump had deep ties to Putin, someone would have tipped off Trump that Natalia Veselnitskaya was trying to get into the inner circle.  But that didn’t happen — Don Jr. had no idea who she was.
8.    Based off these bullet points, Andrew lays out an incredible argument that the Russian lawyer meeting was set up and managed by Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.  He ties everything back to the mysterious tarmac meeting between Lynch and Clinton in summer 2016.  It’s truly amazing.

Kremlin-crazed Trumpophobes snored as Hillary and Bill made Russia great again

NATIOONAL REVIEW:
The Democrats and old-guard news media (forgive the redundancy) are pathologically obsessed with the hypothesis that Team Trump and Russia rigged last November’s presidential election. If Donald J. Trump so much as played Tchaikovsky’s Marche Slav on his stereo, these leftists deduce, he was in cahoots with the Kremlin.

Meanwhile, the same folks who spy a KGB agent behind every filing cabinet in Trump’s White House are aggressively apathetic about Hillary and Bill Clinton’s policies, decisions, and actions that gave aid and comfort to Russia.

Why appointing a "Special Counsel" is a mistake

Peter Zeidenberg, who served as the assistant special counsel in the investigation of former White House aide Scooter Libby, argued in the Washington Post that appointing one would be a mistake.
"Prosecutors are not journalists, and their job is not to inform the public of the results of their investigations," Zeidenberg wrote. "Rather, their mission is to gather all of the relevant facts and determine whether a crime was committed and, if so, whether it can be proved in court beyond a reasonable doubt. Their work, when done properly, is done in secret."
That means that if critical evidence was found in the case but it was in, say, Russia and therefore unobtainable, "then it would be improper to seek an indictment. Critically, the entire investigation would then remain secret. It would be a violation of law for a prosecutor to make public the results of a grand jury investigation that did not result in an indictment."
So a special counsel could find incriminating information and keep it secret forever. Alternatively, a special counsel, in an effort to justify its efforts and expenditures, would have a tremendous incentive to get a prosecution even if it's unnecessary or unwarranted.

ZeroHedge: SMOKING GUN? Obama Defense Deputy Slips Up On Live TV - Reveals Spying On Trump Team And Leaking Of Intel

To sum up:
  • The White House surveilled the Trump campaign and then leaked information to anti-Trump allies in congress (also known as "The Hill").
  • The Russian hacking claim hinges on a CrowdStrike Report from Dimitri Alperovitch.
  • Alperovitch was forced to retract statements in a report blaming Russia for hacking Ukrainian military equipment - a failed attempt to smear Putin.
  • Alperovitch, along with White House Leaker Evelyn Farkas and Ukrainian Oligarch Victor Pinchuk, are all senior fellows on the Atlantic Council - which is vehemently anti-Russia.

The entire Trump-collusion-with-Russia narrative has now descended into incoherence

by VICTOR DAVIS HANSON March 28, 2017
NATIONAL REVIEW
The real scandal is probably not going to be Trump’s contacts with Russians. More likely, it will be the rogue work of a politically driven group of intelligence officers, embedded within the bureaucracy, who, either in freelancing mode, or in Henry II–Thomas Becket fashion (“Who will rid me of this meddlesome priest?”) with Obama-administration officials, began monitoring Team Trump — either directly or more likely through the excuse of inadvertently chancing upon conversations while monitoring supposedly suspicious foreign communications.

Added to this mess is the role of three unsympathetic characters who are on record as either not telling the truth, deliberately obfuscating it, or showing terrible judgement.
