What's more, they've profited off the incentives to migrate illegally, as supposedly moral leaders, such as Pope Francis, have openly advocated for the individuals who enriched the smugglers, while ignoring the effects of illegal migration, such as imported violent crime, and cartels that grow richer and richer and richer, based on smuggling 'earnings.'

Fact is, smuggling rackets have grown immensely rich off lax asylum policies in Western countries, making big dollars off the left's judges and bureaucrats' supposed compassion in allowing all comers in.

The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, is all about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States by Mexican drug lords and who exactly has the final right of possession of the funds. It appears that the Obama administration claimed the right to seize large amounts of cash and assets under authority of Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws. The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional. The question that needs to be thoroughly investigated is, why is Obama’s Justice Department, and A.G. Eric Holder getting mixed up in all of this, and why do they care what happens to Mexican drug cartel funds??

The hit was to silence Judge Roll on evidence he had as Judge "lost" that would incriminate Janet Nepalitano, former AZ governor, regarding 27 counts of mail fraud and obstruction of Justice.

Say, Just how did Janet Nepalitano become head of DHS? I mean was she qualified, or was she being used by the Obama administartion: federal charges hanging over her head?

As governor, her state was the largest drug corridor in the US. Drug ties and corruption in the Federal government demanded her complicity. She was compromised as governor and is doing their bidding to this day, DHS under her watch becoming an executive branch police force.

It is probable that Judge Roll who collaborated with Nepalitano was showing signs of coming clean. Perhaps he hadn't "lost" the evidence, after all.

Keep in mind, Rep. Giffords is Rham Emmanuel's [sic] protoge [sic]. He was grooming her for the Senate. She was instructed by him to hold the very public "meet and Greet" events in Tucson, which had little or no security.

To cut to the chase, "Jared Loughner" was profiled to DHS by Sheriff Dupnik, a "drug corridor" crony of Nepalitano, as being involved in violent threats and distubances in Tuscon. He was a perfect patsy.

There you have it. Likely it was a Rham Emmanuel operation from the get go.

The reason? To protect illegal Drug profits and to keep the compromised and very useful DHS goon in place for further actions against the state of Arizona should its population get any funny ideas about controlling the most porous border in the USA.

Sinaloa cartel floods U.S. with drugs and receives weapons in special immunity deal with Obama administration

(CNSNews.com) – An alleged Mexican drug trafficker awaiting trial in a Chicago federal court claims that the notorious Sinaloa cartel received weapons from “Operation Fast and Furious” under an alleged immunity agreement that the U.S. government made with cartel leaders, in exchange for information on rival gangs.

The defendant in a trafficking case before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Vicente Jesus Zambada-Niebla, also claims the immunity deal allowed the criminal cartel to “continue to smuggle tons of illicit drugs” into the United States.

He wants the U.S. government to provide documents relating to the botched gun running sting operation along the southwest border, arguing that it would benefit his defense.

Operation Fast and Furious, which began in September 2009, saw the Phoenix office of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives supervise the sale of guns to straw purchasers with the intent of tracing the guns to Mexican drug trafficking organizations and prosecuting their members. The ATF allowed about 2,000 guns to be sold in this manner.

The operation came under congressional scrutiny after it was linked to the December 2010 murder of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry at the hands of Mexican bandits.

An investigative report, spearheaded by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), found that most of the weapons provided to Mexican criminals under the operation were going to the Sinaloa cartel, arguably one of the world’s largest drug trafficking organizations.

In a court pleading filed last July, Zambada-Niebla made the claims about an immunity deal.

All four principals -- Obama, Holder, Napolitano, and Clinton -- visited Mexico in March and April of 2009.  All four raised the issue of smuggled guns, and each in his or her own way vowed to "take the fight to the Mexican drug cartels."  All four supported tightening loopholes in existing gun laws and reinstituting the AWB.  All four have denied knowledge of a program named Fast and Furious.  All four executives in charge should have known what we citizens now know.

The disgraced agent said the cartel was more powerful than the U.S. government and overrode his oath as a law enforcement officer. "In my opinion they have unlimited power...they have informants of all kinds, good and bad," he said. "They have informants in the city level, county level and, from what they claim, federal."

It wouldn’t matter if Al Capone were president of the United States, impeachment and a Senate trial is the only way to remove a sitting president from office.

Of all the things this administration has done, the best option for having Obama removed through impeachment and conviction is Operation Fast and Furious. It is a scandal that has been percolating just beneath the surface for months now and it involves the ATF allowing weapons to ‘walk’ into Mexico; it reaches to the highest levels of the Justice Department at minimum. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, ICE agent Jaime Zapata, and countless Mexican civilians are all alleged to have been murdered as a direct result of those who authorized it.

Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa has already chaired multiple rounds of hearings; he’s way out in front of Lamar Smith in that regard. Attorney General Eric Holder, Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich, and ATF Supervisor William Newell have all given testimony that reeks of perjury. As the scandal creeps along, it gets closer to the White House and Issa says there will be even more hearings. If this administration either authorized or knew about Fast and Furious, the scandal instantly becomes Watergate with murder.

If Obama authorized the operation, he could be guilty of criminally negligent manslaughter, which occurs when the death of another human being is the result of serious negligence or recklessness. Authorizing a program that puts guns in the hands of drug cartels who kill our federal agents would necessarily qualify. If, as some have alleged, the intent of the Obama administration was to create a crisis of guns crossing the border – in order to further a gun control agenda – we’re talking constructive manslaughter, which is more severe because it involves malicious intent.

If Holder committed perjury when he told the Senate Judiciary committee on May 4th that he had only learned about Fast and Furious a few weeks earlier, did Obama know his Attorney General committed perjury and do nothing about it? Worse yet, did he instruct Holder to commit perjury? In the former case, it’s called aiding and abetting perjury. In the latter case, it’s called suborning it.

Manslaughter and perjury are both impeachable offenses and Darrell Issa’s committee is getting very close to the truth, which does involve dead Americans and blatant stonewalling.

Issa has quickly become persona non grata in the leftwing media as well, a clear indication that he has become a threat.

The bloodbath continues along our southern border and now word is coming in that Los Zetas, the highly trained killers formerly with the Gulf Cartel, have crossed into the United States and taken over at least two ranches in the Laredo, Texas area. I am receiving word that the owners of the ranches have evacuated without being harmed.
