The video interview posted here is worth watching in its entirety. Zach Taylor is a 27 year veteran Border Patrol agent with supervisory experience. He has testified before Congress as an expert witness on criminal activity in wilderness areas. His message is credible. He accuses the federal government in a coverup that is deliberately shielding critical information from the public.READ MORE & WATCH VIDEO INTERVIEW
Taylor says that whoever is perpetrating the border crisis is engaged in a perfect asymmetrical military tactic.

MUTINY IN MURIETTA
In an exclusive expose regarding the immigration standoff in Murrieta, California, it was revealed by a confidential informant inside the Murrieta U.S. Border Patrol facility that the real reason busses stopped delivering illegal immigrants was due to a virtual mutiny within the U.S. Border Patrol ranks.READ MORE

Sinaloa cartel floods U.S. with drugs and receives weapons in special immunity deal with Obama administration
(CNSNews.com) – An alleged Mexican drug trafficker awaiting trial in a Chicago federal court claims that the notorious Sinaloa cartel received weapons from “Operation Fast and Furious” under an alleged immunity agreement that the U.S. government made with cartel leaders, in exchange for information on rival gangs.READ MORE
The defendant in a trafficking case before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Vicente Jesus Zambada-Niebla, also claims the immunity deal allowed the criminal cartel to “continue to smuggle tons of illicit drugs” into the United States.
He wants the U.S. government to provide documents relating to the botched gun running sting operation along the southwest border, arguing that it would benefit his defense.
Operation Fast and Furious, which began in September 2009, saw the Phoenix office of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives supervise the sale of guns to straw purchasers with the intent of tracing the guns to Mexican drug trafficking organizations and prosecuting their members. The ATF allowed about 2,000 guns to be sold in this manner.
The operation came under congressional scrutiny after it was linked to the December 2010 murder of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry at the hands of Mexican bandits.
An investigative report, spearheaded by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), found that most of the weapons provided to Mexican criminals under the operation were going to the Sinaloa cartel, arguably one of the world’s largest drug trafficking organizations.
In a court pleading filed last July, Zambada-Niebla made the claims about an immunity deal.

Obama administration-approved black ops in Mexico more extensive than known
All the focus has been on Agent Brian Terry until now.
FARAGO: Gunwalker is only the tip of a scandal iceberg
Mr. Issa’s subpoena demands all Justice Department documents “referring or relating to the murder of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Agent Jaime Zapata, including any correspondence outlining the details of Zapata’s mission at the time he was murdered.”How deep does this go?
Zapata’s assassination didn’t receive nearly the publicity afforded U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry - despite the fact that both men died at the hands of drug thugs wielding ATF-enabled weapons. But Zapata’s case is the more potentially revealing of the two.
According to sworn testimony, the Gunwalker scandal involves an entire alphabet soup of federal agencies: the ATF, FBI, DOJ (Department of Justice), DHS (Department of Homeland Security), ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), CBP (Customs and Border Protection) and IRS (Internal Revenue Service), not to mention the State Department and White House.Read the whole thing:
In short, like Watergate, the Gunwalker scandal is the tip of the proverbial iceberg. It’s just getting started.

U.S. Border Agent: drug cartel more powerful than U.S. government
Jailed U.S. Border Agent Scary Inside Look at Drug Cartels
The disgraced agent said the cartel was more powerful than the U.S. government and overrode his oath as a law enforcement officer. "In my opinion they have unlimited power...they have informants of all kinds, good and bad," he said. "They have informants in the city level, county level and, from what they claim, federal."

It wouldn’t matter if Al Capone were president of the United States, impeachment and a Senate trial is the only way to remove a sitting president from office.
Of all the things this administration has done, the best option for having Obama removed through impeachment and conviction is Operation Fast and Furious. It is a scandal that has been percolating just beneath the surface for months now and it involves the ATF allowing weapons to ‘walk’ into Mexico; it reaches to the highest levels of the Justice Department at minimum. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, ICE agent Jaime Zapata, and countless Mexican civilians are all alleged to have been murdered as a direct result of those who authorized it.Will Congressman Eliot Ness Please Stand Up?
Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa has already chaired multiple rounds of hearings; he’s way out in front of Lamar Smith in that regard. Attorney General Eric Holder, Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich, and ATF Supervisor William Newell have all given testimony that reeks of perjury. As the scandal creeps along, it gets closer to the White House and Issa says there will be even more hearings. If this administration either authorized or knew about Fast and Furious, the scandal instantly becomes Watergate with murder.
If Obama authorized the operation, he could be guilty of criminally negligent manslaughter, which occurs when the death of another human being is the result of serious negligence or recklessness. Authorizing a program that puts guns in the hands of drug cartels who kill our federal agents would necessarily qualify. If, as some have alleged, the intent of the Obama administration was to create a crisis of guns crossing the border – in order to further a gun control agenda – we’re talking constructive manslaughter, which is more severe because it involves malicious intent.
If Holder committed perjury when he told the Senate Judiciary committee on May 4th that he had only learned about Fast and Furious a few weeks earlier, did Obama know his Attorney General committed perjury and do nothing about it? Worse yet, did he instruct Holder to commit perjury? In the former case, it’s called aiding and abetting perjury. In the latter case, it’s called suborning it.
Manslaughter and perjury are both impeachable offenses and Darrell Issa’s committee is getting very close to the truth, which does involve dead Americans and blatant stonewalling.
Issa has quickly become persona non grata in the leftwing media as well, a clear indication that he has become a threat.

BP Agent Brian Terry is dead because DHS refuses to allow agents to protect themselves against deadly drug cartel killers operating deep inside Arizona Territory!
Must read. Huge coverup underway by the Obama Administration. Tancredo blows the lid off the story and how the agents were armed with bean bag ammunition against AK-47's:
UPDATE: Agent’s slaying becomes ‘wake-up call’ to many
Here's the part Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Border Patrol management are trying to hide: Border Patrol Agent Terry and the BORTAC team were under standing orders to always use ("non-lethal") bean-bag rounds first before using live ammunition. When the smugglers heard the first rounds, they returned fire with real bullets, and Agent Terry was killed in that exchange. Real bullets outperform bean bags every time.Bean bags vs. AK-47s

FROM A CONFIDENTIAL SOURCE
I got this from an active Border Patrol agent who wrote the following:
This from a friend in ICE (I Can’t Enforce):Subject: Mexico asks the US to stop deporting criminals
Well, I already can’t deport aliens unless they have a non-immigration, criminal record. I’d like to think that logic and rational thought would prevail when considering the request made in the article below.
But we work for the government, so who knows.
www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2010/sep/mexico-asks-u-s-stop-deporting-serious-criminals
I currently have an IA who is a drug suspect in one of my cases. He’s been deported twice in the past. If I can’t get enough evidence on him, I’m pretty sure they won’t let me deport him again.
That was the one amazing tool in the toolbox that ICE could use in criminal investigations that others could not. If all else fails, deport him. It’s one of the reasons why the locals and other agencies love (or loved, I should say) having us on task forces.
We had to sit through an 8 hour training yesterday put on by Microsoft, Proctor and Gamble, Phizer and a few other places concerning the pressing national security threat to the United States made by the importation and sale of counterfeit products normally made by their companies. I’m sure it was for national security reasons, and not because it hurts their companies profit margins.
It could have been summed up in an email just as easily. “Guess what? Counterfeit products are being imported and sold in this country. Some of the money, but not a huge percentage, from those sales go to support organized crime and terrorism.” Gee, thanks for the new intel. Never heard that before.
My new mantra is, “My check will hit my checking account on Monday...my check will hit my checking account on Monday...”

Judicial Watch Uncovers New Documents Detailing Mexican Government Incursions
U.S. Border Patrol Agents Subjected to 528 Assaults from January – June 2008, Statistics Show U.S. Border Incursions on the Rise in 2008 and 2009
Contact Information: Press Office 202-646-5172, ext 305
(Washington, DC)
Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that on March 22, 2010, it received records from Customs and Border Protection (CBP) concerning Mexican Government incursions and encounters along the U.S. border. The documents which are incomplete and do not contain all of the relevant data nonetheless indicate an increase in the number of incursions in 2008 and 2009. Judicial Watch’s analysis of the data shows:
•76 Mexican Government incursions from January 2008 to December 2009 (data missing from February 2009)
•50 Mexican Government incursions in 2008 alone, which is double the number of incursions from the previous year
•528 assaults against CBP agents from January – June 2008
•11 assaults against National Guard agents with CBP from January – June 2008
CBP statistics obtained previously by Judicial Watch confirmed 25 incursions in Fiscal Year 2007. Judicial Watch has documented 226 Mexican Government incursions between 1996 and 2005.
CBP also records the number of tunnels discovered along the border which are allegedly used for smuggling and human trafficking. In 2008 alone, CBP discovered 25 of these tunnels. Overall, between 1990 and March 2009, CBP discovered 103 tunnels along U.S. borders – one along the U.S border with Canada and 102 along the U.S. border with Mexico.
The documents obtained by Judicial Watch from the CBP are missing large amounts of data. Through the Freedom of Information Act Judicial Watch requested incursion and encounter reports from January 2008 to present. However, CBP provided full statistical reports for the first six months of 2008 only. The remaining reports only include the numbers of incursions. Moreover, data for February 2009 is missing entirely. Judicial Watch has filed an appeal with CBP to obtain the missing information.
“President Obama and the federal government continue to be derelict in securing the nation’s southern border. These new government documents depict a chaotic and dangerous situation for our nation’s Border Patrol agents – and for border states such as Arizona,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
Previous Mexican Government incursion documents obtained by Judicial Watch describe incidents involving shots fired on both sides of the border, unmarked helicopters invading U.S. airspace, drug smuggling, and confrontations between U.S. Border Patrol agents and members of the Mexican military.

Letter from Mrs. Susan Hildebrand, owner of the Shiner Ranch, to Mayor of San Antonio, Julian Castro, in response to his protest of the Arizona immigration law
Dear Mayor Castro,
I am writing on behalf of my family and many other ranching families who live in South Texas. I listened to your opinion about the actions of the Governor of Arizona, and I respectfully disagree. We have had to deal with illegal immigrants crossing onto our land for many years, and before the drug cartels and terrorists entered the picture, it was always our policy to help these people by giving them something to eat and drink. It is something we wanted to do to help them, but now things have changed and we feel that our lives are in danger from the recklessness shown by those crossing the borders. In the past nine months, “coyotes” have driven through our fences SIX times while attempting to escape law enforcement. Just this past week, they have crashed three stolen vehicles on the ranch and have abandoned the people who were being transported, including a 14 year old girl who was injured. (The driver had to be air lifted to San Antonio, at a cost to us tax payers.) The vehicle had been stolen from Travis county and it had to be towed. Another tax payer expense, to say nothing of what it has cost us to repair fences and pay for vet bills to pay for an injured horse. (See below.)
Last summer around eleven o’clock at night, another stolen vehicle broke through our fence and managed to drive through three other fences in an attempt to escape the Border Patrol. While our men were repairing the fence so that the livestock wouldn’t get out onto the highway, the Border Patrol, Sheriffs from two towns (Pearsall & Dilley), mounted law enforcement officers (with their tracking dogs) from the Dilley Prison, a helicopter, and a wrecker were here searching for the coyote and his passengers. During the hunt, one of the prison dogs was bitten by a rattler and she died later that night, despite medical treatment. One of our working ranch horses was so frightened that he ran into a tree and cracked his skull. Meanwhile, most of the bad guys managed to elude capture. When the coyote was finally apprehended, he was found to have around $39,000 in his pockets…all taken from the people he had abandoned.
It is easy to live in a city away from the problems we are experiencing here near the border, but we would welcome you and your family to join us and see what is happening firsthand. It would be an eye-opener and it might change your mind when you criticize what the people of Arizona are doing in trying to protect their citizens.
Racial profiling has nothing to do with following the laws that are supposed to be in effect concerning Illegal immigration. Personally, whenever I write a check, go for a doctor’s appointment, or break a traffic law, I am always asked for my identification. I believe it’s the same for you, too.
The Border Patrol is so understaffed, and even if they do apprehend someone they have no power to hold them at gun point. Their lives are put in danger every day while our government officials sit back and offer only criticism of the job they are trying to do.
This land where we live has been in my husband’s family since 1881, and never before have we had any fear about leaving our doors unlocked, walking down a sendero, or driving through a pasture. Now we’ve had to instruct our men not to confront any strangers they come upon because we are unarmed, and they may not be. My husband and I want to leave a legacy of love for this part of God’s country to our children and grandchildren, not one of fear. Please reconsider your stance about enforcing stricter immigration laws, and stand behind the brave men and women who protect our families, as well as your own.
I appreciate the chance to give you some idea of what we are dealing with, and it is my prayer that you will support defending our borders before it is too late.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Susan Hildebrand

What you MUST know about Arizona
From a friend who lives in Arizona:
Sylvia Allen
Arizona State Senator
This is one of the best explanations of why the AZ legislature passed the law that you will never hear on the Main Stream Media. This needs to be circulated far and wide."I want to explain why SB 1070 is needed."
I’m Arizona State Senator Sylvia Allen. I want to explain SB 1070 which I voted for and was just signed by Governor Jan Brewer. Rancher Rob Krentz was murdered by the drug cartel on his ranch a month ago. I participated in a senate hearing two weeks ago on the border violence, here is just some of the highlights from those who testified.Respectfully,
The people who live within 60 to 80 miles of the Arizona/Mexico Border have for years been terrorized and have pleaded for help to stop the daily invasion of humans who cross their property. One Rancher testified that 300 to 1200 people a DAY come across his ranch vandalizing his property, stealing his vehicles and property, cutting down his fences, and leaving trash. In the last two years he has found 17 dead bodies and two Koran bibles.
Another rancher testified that daily drugs are brought across his ranch in a military operation. A point man with a machine gun goes in front, 1/2 mile behind are the guards fully armed, 1/2 mile behind them are the drugs, behind the drugs 1/2 mile are more guards. These people are violent and they will kill anyone who gets in the way. This was not the only rancher we heard that day that talked about the drug trains.
One man told of two illegal’s who came upon his property one shot in the back and the other in the arm by the drug runners who had forced them to carry the drugs and then shot them. Daily they listen to gun fire during the night it is not safe to leave his family alone on the ranch and they can’t leave the ranch for fear of nothing being left when they come back.
The border patrol is not on the border. They have set up 60 miles away with check points that do nothing to stop the invasion. They are not allowed to use force in stopping anyone who is entering. They run around chasing them, if they get their hands on them then they can take them back across the border.
Federal prisons have over 35% illegal’s and 20% of Arizona prisons are filled with illegal’s. In the last few years 80% of our law enforcement that have been killed or wounded have been by an illegal.
The majority of people coming now are people we need to be worried about. The ranchers told us that they have seen a change in the people coming they are not just those who are looking for work and a better life.
The Federal Government has refused for years to do anything to help the border states. We have been over run and once they are here we have the burden of funding state services that they use. Education cost have been over a billion dollars. The healthcare cost billions of dollars. Our State is broke, $3.5 billion deficit and we have many serious decisions to make. One is that we do not have the money to care for any who are not here legally. It has to stop. The border can be secured. We have the technology we have the ability to stop this invasion. We must know who is coming and they must come in an organized manner legally so that we can assimilate them into our population and protect the sovereignty of our country. We are a nation of laws. We have a responsibility to protect our citizens and to protect the integrity of our country and the government which we live under.
I would give amnesty today to many, but here is the problem, we dare not do this until the Border is secure.
It will do no good to forgive them because thousands will come behind them and we will be over run to the point that there will no longer be the United States of America but a North American Union of open borders. I ask you what form of government will we live under?
How long will it be before we will be just like Mexico, Canada or any of the other Central American or South American countries? We have already lost our language, everything must be printed in Spanish also. We have already lost our history it is no longer taught in our schools. And we have lost our borders.
The leftist media has distorted what SB 1070 will do. It is not going to set up a Nazi Germany. Are you kidding. The ACLU and the leftist courts will do everything to protect those who are here illegally, but it was an effort to try and stop illegal’s from setting up businesses, and employment, and receiving state services and give the ability to local law enforcement when there is probable cause like a traffic stop to determine if they are here legally. Federal law is very clear if you are here on a visa you must have your papers on you at all times. That is the law. In Arizona all you need to show you are a legal citizen is a driver license, MVD identification card, Native American Card, or a Military ID. This is what you need to vote, get a hunting license, etc.. So nothing new has been added to this law. No one is going to be stopped walking down the street etc… The Socialist who are in power in DC are angry because we dare try and do something and that something the Socialist wants us to do is just let them come. They want the “Transformation” to continue.
Maybe it is too late to save America. Maybe we are not worthy of freedom anymore. But as an elected official I must try to do what I can to protect our Constitutional Republic. Living in America is not a right just because you can walk across the border. Being an American is a responsibility and it comes by respecting and upholding the Constitution the law of our land which says what you must do to be a citizen of this country. Freedom is not free.
Sylvia Allen
Arizona State Senator

The Big Fix
- In violation of Article 1, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution, President Barack Obama has assumed complete control of the 2010 Census.
- In violation of Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, Mr. Obama has ordered federal border patrol officials to scale down enforcement so that the Census will be artificially swollen by the influx of millions of illegal Latinos.
- Mr. Obama has adopted a further means to guarantee the outcome so that the redistribution will serve his agenda. A whopping $14 billion has been set aside for the Census. With this money, Mr. Obama has obtained the services of “Census partners” - - organizations that will assist the Commerce department in the head count. A lion’s share of the $14 billion has been set aside for a “community-based” organization that specializes in fraud and deceptive practices.
Why would Mr. Obama go to such extremes for the sake of the Census? The answer is simple. The tally will re-chart the political map of the country. It will determine which states gain seats in Congress and which ones lose them. It will divert billions in federal funds to states and cities with the greatest number of illegal aliens. And it will forever change the racial composition of the home of the free and the land of the brave.OBAMA’S CENSUS WILL FOREVER CHANGE THE COURSE AND COMPLEXION OF MODERN AMERICA
