How Trump's Birther Inquiry Incited Obama's Revenge

The question Donald Trump and others in courtrooms and newsrooms across the country should have asked was about not birth certificates, but immigration documents.  "Under U.S. immigration law, John McCain's parents were required to register their newborn's birth in a Panamanian hospital with the U.S. Embassy.  Under the Kenyan constitution, Barack Obama's Kenyan father was required within 90 days to register his newborn's birth as a dual national with the Kenyan embassy.  Doesn't that make Barack Obama, the son of a foreign national, a dual national, a citizen of another country, ineligible to be president?"  Was this a subject for the media to adjudicate or the courts?

One of the greatest powers of the media is their power to ignore.

The paper is as describe by Odhiambo and Cohen, a cutting attack from the left on Tom Mboya's historically important policy paper "African Socialism and Its Applicability to Planning in Kenya." The author is given as "Barak H. Obama" and his paper is titled "Problems Facing Our Socialism", published July, 1965 in the East African Journal, pp. 26-33.

Hey, good news: looks like Sharia Law is coming to Libya!

No wonder Obama violated our constitution to get involved...remember when he used taxpayer money to campaign for his Kenyan cousin Raila Odinga in 2006 whose election would have instituted Sharia Law?

Much of the document describes political institutions that will sound familiar to citizens of Western liberal democracies, including rule of law, freedom of speech and religious practice, and a multi-party electoral system.

But despite the Lockean tenor of much of the constitution, the inescapable clause lies right in Part 1, Article 1: “Islam is the Religion of the State, and the principal source of legislation is Islamic Jurisprudence (Sharia).” Under this constitution, in other words, Islam is law. That makes other phrases such as “there shall be no crime or penalty except by virtue of the law” and “Judges shall be independent, subject to no other authority but law and conscience” a bit more ominous.

Here is the point in time which changed the definition of “natural born Citizen.”

U.S. Supreme Court set a new precedent for the definition of “natural born Citizen in Rogers v. Bellei, 401 U.S. 815 (1971), Section IV.

OBAMA IS NOT A "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN" BY HIS OWN STATEMENT ON HIS CAMPAIGN WEBSITE:

When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.

Q: How can a person whose birth status was governed by the United Kingdom be considered a natural born citizen of the United States?

A: It's not possible.

Ridha Mohammed: "I will tell you a secret that the Americans don't know...their next President is a Shi'ite."

The notion that Obama is a Shi'ite may be traced to Iran. In the run-up to the U.S. presidential election, state-run papers published articles claiming that the Democratic nominee's paternal ancestors had hailed from southwestern Iran. In reality, of course, Obama's father and his ancestors came from Kenya, where Shi'a Islam is rare. Most Kenyan Muslims are Sunnis and leaven their faith with pre-Islamic African traditions and beliefs. Obama himself has said he has no idea if his paternal grandfather (who converted from Christianity) was Sunni or Shi'ite.

Undeterred, some Shi'ite scholars trawled through ancient texts to find proof and came up with increasingly far-fetched theories linking the rise of Obama to important Shi'ite figures like the Imam Ali. Some pointed to a prophecy sometimes attributed to Ali that the arrival of the Mahdi — a messiah-like figure who, Shi'ites believe, will ultimately defeat evil — will be presaged by the appearance of a messenger, a tall black man who will rule the West. Others read meaning into Obama's name. In Persian, O-ba-ma means "He's with us," and Barack Hussein can loosely be translated as "blessings of Hussein," an allusion to Ali's son, another imam revered by the Shi'ites. Obama's strenuous denials made no difference to these theorists: they simply reasoned that he must be practicing al-Taqqiya, or dissimulation; Shi'ite jurists say believers may conceal their faith from infidels in order to protect themselves from harm.

Some indicators of a Shiite/Islamic connection to Obama:

1. Hussein, of course, is the name of the martyr-founder of Shia Islam.

2. Obama's parents' marriage seemed to be in line with the Shia doctrine of Nikah Mutah, or temporary marriage of convenience. In such a marriage the Muslim man may marry a Christian or Jew.

3. Obama could outwardly profess Christianity and inwardly be a Shiite according to the Shia doctrine of Taqiyya--dissimulation--as long as it was for the ultimate glory of Islam.

4. In the latest debates Obama as stated how he is willing to destabilize Pakistan (Sunni) going after the Taliband (Sunni) but wants to pull out of Iraq, giving Iran (Shiite) the advantage in Iraq. He would also sit down and talk with Iran's leader without conditions. His choice of Biden as VP is also telling: Biden is a great supporter of Iran. After 9-1-1 he wanted the US to give Iran a huge grant ($200,000,000 I think was reported by National Review magazine).

5. Early in his campaign Obama had a private meeting with Hussan Al-Qazwini (Shiite) religious leader at the largest American Mosque which is located in Dearborn, MI. Al-Qazwini gave Obama a copy of his new book, CRESCENT AMERICA. They discussed foreign policy including Israel. Louis Farrakhan has been an honored guest at this mosque as well as at Obama's United Church in Chicago. Farrakhan preaches the destruction of American will come via Islam. Obama's former minister, Rev. Wright, was a Black Muslim before he decided on the Christian pulpit as reported in the New Republic magazine.

6. Slips of the tongue: Obama said he would campaign in all 57 states (the number of Islamic states in the OIC at the UN) rather than all 50 states. He also said, "My Muslim faith," in an interview with George Stephanapolous.

7. Obama, if truly baptized, would have taken a Christian baptismal name. But he continues to go by his Muslim name.

8. The Kenya connection: His activity in Kenya has been in favor of the Muslims and Muslim political bosses there.

9. His father, grandfather, step-father and nearly all his half-siblings are or were Muslim.

10. Obama was registered as a Muslim in a school in Indonesia. He is reported to be able to recite the Muslim call to prayer with a perfect Arabic accent. He says, himself, that the prettiest sound at sunset is the Muslim call to prayer.

11. The symbol or campaign logo of Obama is a blue crescent over fallen red and white stripes. The crescent, of course, is the symbol of Islam and blue has come to represent the states that vote Democratic; Red, the states that vote Republican. Blue is allied with Islam with this logo, while the red stripes of the flag (the Red being maintained by Republicans) is ruffled on the ground.

12. What motivates Obama? Why would a junior senator not rather support Mrs. Clinton and put in his time in the Senate and build his reputation? Why does he have to win the Presidency of the US now? Where is all his money coming from? What is his connection to Khalid al-Mansouri? My suspicion: He feels he is on a mission from God:

a) To help facilitate the destruction of the State of Israel.

b) To promote Shia Islam over Sunni Islam.

c) To subordinate the West for the spreading of Islam.

d) Politically, to support a socialist system.

Problems Facing Our Socialism – Barak H. Obama

The following critique, originally published in the East Africa Journal in 1965, was written by Barak H. Obama, father of the current US Democratic frontrunner, in response to the Kenyan government’s ‘Sessional Paper No. 10,’ which had been published earlier that year. The author of the Sessional Paper was Mwai Kibaki. Obama senior was working on his doctorate in economics at the time.

Theoretically, there is nothing that can stop the government from taxing 100 percent of income. Assuming that development and the achievement of a high per capita income is a benefit to society as a whole I do not see why the government cannot tax those who have more and steal siphon some of these revenues into savings which can be utilized in investment for future development, there by reducing our reliance on foreign aid.
