The missing scene that the Clinton's forced ABC & Disney to remove from "The Path to 9/11"

Do you remember that the Clinton's forced an edit before this was aired?

And, keep this comment from Australian Bob Downe on 9/11/06 in mind:
"I can't believe how many have commented and bagged it out without actually seeing it!"
(I can. Liberals are great at censorship.)
Last year [September 10-11, 2006], ABC and Disney appeared to cave to political pressure from Bill Clinton, Sandy Berger, and Democrat leaders in the Senate. As a result, a key scene that was critical of the Clinton administration's mishandling of Osama bin Laden never made it to broadcast television. To this day, Disney refuses to release the movie on DVD.
And, as far as Sandy Berger goes, I consider this to be as great an unsolved mystery as the the Kennedy assassination!!

HERE IS THAT MISSING SCENE (04:47):

Birther buzz...

[UPDATED]

Drudge Report posted these two links today:

Colorado Springs Gazette: Springs man's claim to have Obama records starts buzz

Denver Channel 7 News: Springs Man Claims To Have Obama's Draft Records

Most of us here are familiar with the lawsuit filed by Retired Air Force Col. Gregory Hollister and, of course, with this (good news finally!)...but the real question is why aren't more people enraged over the fact that the current occupant of the White House is not in legal possession of the office of President?

Not to mention the fact that Sandy Berger is still a free man!

It is a story the news media should be desperate to explore, not desperate to avoid.

But just watch them go after Col. Hollister instead of the biggest fraud in American History!

Clinton appoints thief as advisor to her campaign

WASHINGTON (Map, News) - Sandy Berger, who stole highly classified terrorism documents from the National Archives, destroyed them and lied to investigators, is now an adviser to presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton. Berger, who was fired from John Kerry’s presidential campaign when the scandal broke in 2004, has assumed a similar role in Clinton’s campaign, even though his security clearance has been suspended until September 2008. This is raising eyebrows even among Clinton’s admirers. “It shows poor judgment and a lack of regard for Berger’s serious misdeeds,” said law professor Jonathan Adler of Case Western Reserve University, who nonetheless called Clinton “by far the most impressive candidate in the Democratic field.”

Adler told The Examiner that it is “simply incomprehensible to me that a serious contender for the presidency would rely upon him as a key foreign policy advisor.”

He added: “If Senator Clinton becomes the Democratic nominee, at some point she will begin to receive national security briefings that will include sensitive information. At such a point, continuing to keep Berger on board as a key advisor, where he might have access to sensitive material, would be beyond incomprehensible.”

The Clinton campaign declined to comment.

Libby will serve as much time in prison for lying under oath to a federal grand jury as Clinton served for lying under oath to a federal grand jury

...and few complaints were heard from these worthies when Sandy Berger, who had been President Clinton's national security adviser, received no jail time -- and only a $50,000 fine -- for stealing classified documents from the National Archives.

On Libby, hypocrisy rules

Sandy Berger's Free Ride from the Media

Washington Post and New York Times reporters crucified former Pentagon analyst Larry Franklin but practically ignored Bill Clinton's former Nationa security Advisor Sandy Berger:

With the release of an internal investigation last week, we now know that former National Security Advisor Sandy Berger not only knowingly flouted laws for handling classified documents, but he also went to incredible lengths to cover his tracks and thwart investigators.

While Berger's "punishment" was a pittance of a fine, former Pentagon analyst Larry Franklin has been financially ruined and sentenced to 12 and a half years for passing along far less-classified information to unauthorized third parties.
Disguting as it is, you may want to read more.

"Mr. Berger left stolen highly classified documents at a construction site to avoid detection."

Did the 9/11 Commission receive all the documents it requested?
Davis Releases Berger Report
January 9, 2007
By David Marin (202)225-5074
Washington, D.C. – Oversight and Government Reform Committee Ranking Member Tom Davis (R-VA) released the following statement today on a committee report that sheds important new light on Sandy Berger’s theft of classified documents from the National Archives.

Sandy Berger served as the 19th United States National Security Advisor under President Bill Clinton from 1997 to 2001.

Martha Stewart went to jail for lying to federal investigators. But for lying after stealing highly classified documents from the National Archives -- in an apparent attempt to alter the historical record on terrorism, no less -- former Clinton national security adviser and Kerry campaign adviser Sandy Berger will get a small fine and slap on the wrist.
