The controversy over requiring voters to provide photo IDs has reached the world stage

The United Nations Human Rights Council is investigating the issue of American election laws at its gathering on minority rights in Geneva, Switzerland.. This, despite the fact that some members of the council have only in the past several years allowed women to vote, and one member, Saudi Arabia, still bars women from the voting booth completely.

Officials from the NAACP are presenting their case against U.S. voter ID laws, arguing to the international diplomats that the requirements disenfranchise voters and suppress the minority vote.

Eight states have passed voter ID laws in the past year, voter ID proposals are pending in 32 states and the Obama administration has recently moved to block South Carolina and Texas from enacting their voter ID measures.

The degree of personal sacrifice in this situation, in order to root out the worst kind of political-judicial corruption, goes WAY beyond the call of duty...well, not really beyond the call of duty but certainly beyond the willingness of many of us to endure what appeared to be a permanent sentence of solitary confinement (and denial of medical treatment) for a 70-year-old Ph.D. of International Law and practicing attorney.

Full Disclosure covered attorney Richard I. Fine's arrest on March 4, 2009 for Civil contempt of Court. He attempted to disqualify the Judge for accepting illegal payments from a party to the case. He claims Senate Bill SBX2 11 acknowledged the payments as criminal by giving Judges and officials retroactive immunity from prosecution. Fine remains in solitary "coercive confinement" in County jail.

Since this was first published, Dr. Fine has been released. Without protracted sacrifice from Leslie C. Dutton and volunteers, he would have remained in custody.

I heard Leslie speak at a Women's Federated meeting today in Chatsworth. It was very difficult to hear how an educated man with a distinguished law practice would be put in solitary confinement by a crooked judge and denied medical treatment at 70 years of age and, as retaliation for exposing corruption, be disbarred and lose his Beverly Hills law practice--and almost his home--just because a bunch of judges are getting millions in kickbacks from local politians! This is what you hear goes on in China and other countries that are serial abusers of human rights--IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!

The Left does not care about human rights

The radicalization of liberalism also meant the growing legitimation of terrorism (particularly of those groups backed by the USSR and its left allies) and the delegitimization of those governments resisting them. The left routinely couches its political attacks on those governments in the language of human rights-- but human rights has nothing to do with it. The left hypocritically assails Columbia's Uribe on human rights, while giving Castro, Chavez and the rest of the Marxist gang a pass. Just as it assailed the condition of workers in the US, while giving Lenin and Stalin a pass on an agricultural and industrial system built on the murder of millions. Similarly the left jumps on every Israeli soldier who stops a suspicious Muslim at a checkpoint, while ignoring not only Fatah and Hamas' murder of Israeli civilians, but even their murders of their own citizens.

None of this matters because the left doesn't believe in human rights. It doesn't care about human rights. It never has. Not when Stalin was paving roads with slave labor, nor when Saddam's minions were entertaining themselves in rape rooms. Anyone who seriously thinks that the left is actually outraged about Abu Ghraib because they care about the dignity of man, rather than because they are congenital liars and hypocrites who exploit any misstep by their enemies for propaganda purposes, has not been paying attention. The majority of regimes that the left wing has supported were non-democratic and routinely violate basic human rights. The left not only doesn't give a damn, it defends every one of their crimes.

So let's put to rest the farce that there is anything Israel could do that would win over its left wing critics. The same people who control the dialogue in the press and the melding of minds at universities. To them it is not about justice or doing the right thing or human rights. Those are just words that they use as weapons. Paying attention to those words and trying to demonstrate your innocence only makes you weak and vulnerable. And then they redouble their efforts to cut you to pieces with them. That is what happened to America. It is what is happening to Israel. It is what happens to anyone who stands in the way of their red handed allies.

Of course the left does have a special animus for Israel...

The In-Human Rights Council of the UN Has Spoken

The Human Rights Council at the United Nations, made up of some of the worst human rights violators, is just about in total control of the United Nations. By outlawing criticism of Islam, Sharia Law, and the Hadith, they have adopted a hate filled ideology as the one that the world should follow.

The UN has announced to the world that slavery, murder, dismemberment, and the reduction of women to property is the Divine way of Allah who is the one and only God. The UN is not alone. Many countries, including the our very own State Department, is in accord with this by proposing not to use such terms as Jihad, Fatwa, Islamic terror, and other terms.

The world population is being deprived of freedom of speech and thought and the organizations and countries that have pledged to protect these freedoms are coconspirators in this despicable attack. Those that are attacking people’s inalienable rights of freedom and individual liberties have gotten a strong hold at the very top of world governments and the main world organization. The might of the top will trample on all our rights before long. Our founding fathers and all the good people that have shed blood and lost their lives to protect these freedoms must be rolling over in their graves.

Islam is the original depriver of freedom of thought and individual liberty. It is inexplicable how the democracies of the world do not see that the ideology of Islam goes against everything that free nations have stood for.

We all need to wake up to this threat. Urge your representatives, local, state, and federal, not to give in to this attack on our freedom and rights. We have to stop this invasion by a barbaric, seventh century mentality that will ravage our society and kill the human spirit. There is no place for Islam in modern culture until it can accept and welcome other forms of religion and thinking. Remember, the Koran states that a Muslim can never accept or be friends with people of the book; that is Jews and Christians. The people of the book, Buddhists, Hindus, and any other faiths or non-faiths are not considered as being human by Islam. We all are the 'off springs of monkeys and apes'.
