Here's how to deal with "The Equality Act"

 THE DNA SOLUTION TO THE EQUALITY ACT

Published March 1, 2021 | By Dr. Jack Wheeler The Equality Act of 2021 [https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/5/text], passed by the House 224-206 on February 25, 2021, amends the term “sex” meaning male or female to include “sexual orientation and gender identity” in the 1964 Civil Rights Act as currently amended. Abraham Lincoln was fond of asking a question of people to test their intelligence: “If you call a dog’s tail a leg, how many legs does the dog have?” If a person answered, “Five,” Lincoln knew he was talking with someone not very smart. “No,” he’d reply, “the correct answer is Four, because calling a tail a leg doesn’t make it a leg.” We need, then, a solution to the Feds forcing Fake Reality upon us at the point of a government gun. Here it is. Feel fully free to send it to any coach, athletic department, school administrator, city council member, state legislator, or member of Congress you may know. For example, the Equality Act would make it a violation of federal law to prevent a biological male who “self-identifies” (i.e., pretends) his gender as female from participating in a women’s sports event. The solution is to, first, abolish the categories of women-only and male-only in sporting events. There would no longer be a gender-based event to “self-identify” at. There would not be a distinction to sexually “orient” towards. The solution is then to replace the sporting event categories of women and men with XX and XY DNA chromosomes. Sexual “orientation” and gender “self-identification” is irrelevant. All athletes with an XX chromosome compete with each other, all those with a XY chromosome compete with each other, no XY athlete may compete with XX athletes and vice versa. “Women’s sports” become “XY sports” and are saved thereby. Problem solved. The same applies to the Equality Act requiring sexual orientation/gender identity education K-12. Switching the topic to DNA-XX/XY education obviates the requirement – with the added benefit of imparting real knowledge to the child instead of sheer propaganda. The Equality Act makes all single-sex public facilities like bathrooms, or women’s school gym showers, illegal. Again, abolish the male-female sexual/gender distinction in such facilities, replace them with the XX-XY genetic distinction. This is easily enforced in a school which can determine a student’s – or a teacher’s – DNA in advance. Not so much in a public restroom, admittedly, but creative minds should be able to invent a technological fix. Under the Equality Act, doctors may be required to perform sex-change surgery or prescribe hormones for “gender affirmation.” Such surgical or hormonal interventions are cosmetic only, like a man wearing lipstick or a woman’s dress. They in no way change the person’s fundamental biology. Bruce Jenner or Richard Levine, for example, may grow long hair, wear makeup and dresses, pitch their voices higher, have breast augmentation, have themselves surgically castrated, and call themselves Caitlyn or Rachel – but there’s no way to change their DNA. They were born with a XY chromosome and will die with it – they will never be XX, i.e., genetically a woman. Now if adults want cosmetic surgery, that’s their business – as long as they pay for it with their own money to a doctor willing to perform it. But if the Equality Act forces doctors to perform sex-change surgery or prescribe hormonal therapy against a doctor’s will, and/or at taxpayers’ expense, then any state or community can require that such procedures or therapy must be non-cosmetic but genuine. That is, it must be to switch the person’s XY chromosomes to XX or vice versa. Since this is beyond current medical technology for the foreseeable future, the problem again is solved. To this must be added the qualifier of informed consent. It is legally required in the doctor-patient relationship before any procedure or therapy for adults. Yet this cannot be achieved with any prospective patient too young to sign a legal contract, with or without parental agreement or knowledge, most especially if the contract had long-term consequences. Thus states and communities are fully within their prerogatives to ban any sex-change surgery or hormonal therapy for anyone under legal age of consent – in the same way many states have a minimum age of consent for tatoos, which have far less serious long-lasting consequences and are far easier to reverse than surgical/hormonal sex changes. These are primary examples of a DNA Solution to the Equality Act. Creative minds conversant with medicine and biology will be able to think of others. And what of those rare individuals, XX Males and XY Females? Such genetic flaws are so rare, as much as 1 out of 100,000 people, they do not impact the solution proposed here. The DNA Solution may be enacted by coaches, athletic departments, school boards, city councils, county executives, and state agencies and governments. In this way, the destructive impact of the Equality Act or anything like it nationally to municipally, may be neutered, to use the appropriate metaphor. And why wait for the Equality Act to be passed? The DNA Solution may be put in place now by any athletic department or sports organization under pressure to allow “transgender” men to compete against women rather than other men. Substituting XX and XY biological identity for “male/men’s” and “female/women’s” categories in athletic competitions enables dismissal of the pressure.

THANKFUL FOR AMERICA

All my life, I have always thought it was the coolest thing on planet Earth to be an American.

I have been to something close to 300 countries and distinct political jurisdictions in the world, and whenever someone asks me, “Where are you from?” it is a special thrill to be able to answer, “America – I’m an American.”

Thanksgiving is the unique American holiday. We share Christmas and Easter with every other Christian nation. Most every country celebrates its Independence Day, and the birthdays of their founding heroes.

Thanksgiving is ours, where we give our deepest thanks to Providence for the extraordinary gift of America to mankind.

Other countries have their special times to celebrate their uniqueness, when their citizens take pride in their country’s achievements, and all to the good.

Thanksgiving is America’s Day, the time when all Americans – all – get to celebrate the achievements of the most successful society in history.

It is a tragedy that so many of our fellow citizens are mired in a quicksand of rage and bitterness towards their country and their President.  For them, this day is bittersweet, trying to enjoy a bountiful dinner with friends and family yet unable to feel a boundless joy in simply being an American.

The last thing you and I should feel towards them today is schadenfreude.  Maybe tomorrow, but not today.  We should wish instead for them to embrace these words from one of their own:

“In an American election, there are no losers, because whether or not our candidates are successful, the next morning we all wake up as Americans. And that is the greatest privilege and the most remarkable good fortune that can come to us on earth.”

You may be startled to know who said that:  John Kerry in his concession speech to George Bush on November 4, 2004.  That graciousness is in such stark moral contrast to the deranged viciousness over the past year.  What could have caused such derangement?

Let’s ask that very specifically:  What is it about the presidency of Donald Trump that triggers an outpouring of hatred for America among the Left unlike we have ever seen before?

Liberals, Democrats, and members of America’s Fascist Left may very well be enjoying this day – enjoying good food, good wine, good friends and family.  Let’s hope they are.  We should not begrudge them this moment of good cheer.

But what has always been difficult for them is to enjoy being American, being thankful for America, to celebrate the abundance of America, that we celebrate on Thanksgiving.

Any celebration of theirs is always a yes…but thankfulness.  “Yes, we have much to be thankful for on this day, but we must never forget what we did to the Indians and the slaves, that there is still too much poverty and racism in America, blah, blah, blah…”

The purpose of Thanksgiving is to be thankful for being American. This is the day to celebrate the goodness of our country – the moral goodness, the moral decency of American institutions, American history, and the character of the American people.  Without any buts.

It’s easy for conservatives to do this – it comes natural to us.  It’s the opposite for liberals, who relish and revel in incessant guilt-mongering – and can’t celebrate a Thanksgiving with no buts.

Nonetheless, we have never witnessed such a tsunami of hate for America, its history, its principles, its very existence by the Left as now.  What has Donald Trump done to cause this?

The simple answer:  Trump has triggered and set on fire the deepest fear in the very heart of every liberal:  the fear of envy.

Winston Churchill defined Marxism, be it Socialism or Fascism, as “the gospel of envy.”  It is the gospel that Obama, Hillary, the Lying Swine Fake News media, and all Democrats preach.  It takes extreme moral courage to reject it.  For as Churchill observed:

“Some see private enterprise as a predatory target to be shot, others as a cow to be milked, but few are those who see it as a sturdy horse pulling the wagon.”

Yet that moral courage is exactly what a majority of American voters demonstrated by electing Donald Trump.  Only American voters could be so envy-free to elect so opulent a capitalist businessman who proudly flaunts his earned wealth rather than apologizing for it.

With Donald Trump, Americans chose the embodiment of capitalist abundance over being impoverished wards of The State.  Americans chose to laugh at the Left’s deepest fear, igniting that fear as never before, a fear so deep and primal it has made them lose their minds.

On this day we should pray for them to regain their minds and their basic decency.  They are our fellow Americans, to whom we should reach out to help them overcome the terrifying fear in their souls.

For if they do, they will be liberated to feel as we do: grateful for our country, for the very existence of America, for the priceless privilege of being an American.

Let’s make this clear at the outset. President Trump’s speech in Riyadh on Sunday (5/21) – from which the above is a quote – is one of the greatest speeches of any world leader in our lifetimes.

See for yourself – the full video and text are appended below. I could not possibly encourage you more to watch and read it attentively. But first, consider the context.

His audience was not simply Saudi royals starting with King Salman, but the leaders of every Moslem-majority country in the world, 54 in all. And in this place to this audience, he was the absolute antithesis of an apologetic appeaser like Obama.

Trump spoke to them politely and graciously, with every diplomatic courtesy and nicety that protocol calls for. But he spoke to them as a man, stand up and straight from the shoulder, not some metrosexual favor-currying pansy like Zero.

He spoke to them as The President of the United States and proud of it – but without a hint of bullying or threat. He spoke to them with complete respect for himself and his country – and with respect for them as well without any hint of gratuitous condescension.

This is a speech of pure presidential genius that only Ronald Reagan could have matched. And yet, although it was delivered in a Moslem country to an audience of Moslem leaders, I took it personally – that Trump’s speech had a message for me as an American, a message for all those who love America.

On July 16, 2015, Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, a “devout Moslem” and a “violent extremist” as described by the FBI, murdered four US Marines and a sailor in an attack on Chattanooga’s U.S. Naval and Marine Reserve Center. It was a blindingly obvious act of Moslem terrorism – yet the FBI has announced that the Moslem murderer’s motives may “never be revealed.”

This is because Zero has ordered FBI Director James Comey never to do so. I submit that this is an act of criminal insanity by the President of the United States. That and his denial of the very existence of Islamic terrorism in the first place.

His oath of office, his Constitutional obligation, and his most fundamental moral duty as President is to protect the security of Americans to the best of his ability and within his legal authority. He has overtly, consistently, resolutely and perversely refused to do so.

On Thanksgiving Day, Americans gather with their family and friends to celebrate the blessings that Providence has bestowed on their beloved country. A deep appreciation of these blessings involves understanding that they were earned.  It is to understand the awesome truth of how "God helps those who help themselves" applies to the Mayflower Pilgrims and their First Thanksgiving at America's birth. This is an appreciation and understanding of which those on the Left are incapable - for it would mean celebrating the capitalist freedom that made that original Thanksgiving possible.  This no liberal, no Democrat, no leftie can do.  Thus they must distort history instead. The distortion starts in Kindergarten, with the childish make-believe of your kid's school play portraying the noble Squanto teaching the helpless Pilgrims how to feed themselves. So let's drop the curtain on the distortion and watch the real thing. Here it is. The real history of the Mayflower Pilgrims was recounted by their leader, William Bradford (1590-1657) in his book Of Plymouth Plantation, completed in 1647.  It is from Bradford that we learn of Squanto, who did indeed show the Pilgrims how to "set" or plant corn (a new unfamiliar crop for them).  Then we learn that the Pilgrims taught the Indians how to grow more corn than they ever had before: "The Indeans used to have nothing so much corne as they have since the English have stored them with their hoes, and seene their industrie in breaking up new grounds therwith."  Reading the real history of the Pilgrims is so revelatory that I want you to see it at length.  The Pilgrims landed in December 1620, suffered a horrible winter, figured out how to fish and hunt that spring and summer so that there may have been some sort of feast with friendly Indians in the fall of 1621 - although Bradford doesn't recount the incident. But by 1622 they were starving.  There was no "Thanksgiving" that year.  There was the next - for 1623 saw the Pilgrims in well-fed abundance, and thus was the year of the real First Thanksgiving.  What made the difference?  Here are Bradford's own words (albeit with modern spelling like "been" instead of "bene" - the original spelling is in the link above; the parentheses are his, the explanatory brackets are mine), describing Anno Dom.1623: It may be thought strange that these people should fall to these extremities in so short a time, being left competently provided when the ship [the Mayflower] left them, and had an addition by that moyetie [portion] of corn that was got by trade, besides much they got of the Indians where they lived, by one means and other. It must needs be their great disorder, for they spent excessively whilst they had, or could get it. And after they began to come into wants, many sold away their clothes and bed coverings; others (so base were they) became servants to the Indians, and would cut them wood and fetch them water for a cap full of corn; others fell to plain stealing, both night and day, from the Indians, of which they grievously complained. In the end, they came to that misery that some starved and died with cold and hunger... All this while no supply was heard of, neither knew they when they might expect any. So they began to think how they might raise as much corn as they could, and obtain a better crop than they had done, that they might not still thus languish in misery. At length, after much debate of things, the Governor [Bradford] (with the advise of the chiefest amongst them) gave way that they should set corn every man for his own particular [plant corn on his own private land], and in that regard trust to them selves; in all other things to go on in the general way as before. And so [there was] assigned to every family a parcel of land, according to the proportion of their number for that end, only for present use (but made no division for inheritance), and ranged all boys and youth under some family. This had very good success; for it made all hands very industrious, so as much more corn was planted then other wise would have been by any means the Governor or any other could use, and saved him a great deal of trouble, and gave far better content. The women now went willingly into the field, and took their little-ones with them to set corn, which before they would allege weakness and inability; whom to have compelled would have been thought great tyranny and oppression. The experience that was had in this common course and condition, tried sundry years, and that amongst godly and sober men, may well evince the vanity of that conceit of Plato's and other ancients applauded by some of later times -- that the taking away of property, and bringing in communities into a common wealth, would make them happy and flourishing, as if they were wiser than God. For this community (so far as it was) was found to breed much confusion and discontent, and retard much employment that would have been to their benefit and comfort. For the young-men that were most able and fit for labor and service did repine [complain] that they should spend their time and strength to work for other men's wives and children, with out any recompense. The strong, or man of parts, had no more in division [in amount] of victails [food] and clothes, than he that was weak and not able to do a quarter the other could; this was thought injustice. The aged and graver men to be ranked and equalized in labors, and victails, clothes, etc., with the meaner and younger sort, thought it some indignity and disrespect unto them. And for men's wives to be commanded to do service for other men, as dressing their meat, washing their clothes, etc., they deemed it a kind of slavery, neither could many husbands well brook it. Upon the point all being to have alike, and all to do alike, they thought them selves in the like condition, and have as good as another; and so, if it did not cut off those relations that God hath set amongst men, yet it did at least much diminish and take of the mutual respects that should be preserved amongst them. And would have been worse if they had been men of another condition. Let none object this is men's corruption, and nothing to the course itself. I answer, seeing all men have this corruption in them, God in his wisdom saw another course fitter for them... By the time harvest was come [fall 1623], instead of famine, now God gave them plenty, and the face of things was changed, to the rejoicing of the hearts of many, for which they blessed God.  And the effect of their particular planting was well seen, for all had, one way and other, pretty well to bring the year about, and some of the abler sort and more industrious had to spare, and sell to others, so as any general want or famine hath not been amongst them since to this day [1647]. That is as effective a refutation of socialism and affirmation of capitalism as there has ever been.  The Pilgrims were starving, stealing and begging from the Indians under a no private property/everybody work for the common good economy.  They switch to a private property/everybody work for themselves economy, and within one season there is abundance for all. But how can Lefties and Zero-Reid-Pelosi Democrats be thankful for this?  They cannot and are not.  Their goal is not abundance.  Their goal is deprivation - for where there is deprivation there must be victims, victims who can be manipulated to acquire power. Bradford's history - the real history of Thanksgiving - is there in plain black and white, undeniable and irrefutable for anyone to see.  It is the history that should be taught to our schoolchildren but is not.  It is ignored and denied.  It likely is the very first time you yourself have ever seen Bradford's words. Liberals, Democrats, and members of America's Fascist Left may very well be enjoying this day - enjoying good food, good wine, good friends and family.  Let's hope they are.  We should not begrudge them this moment of good cheer. But what is impossible, or at least difficult for them is to enjoy being American, being thankful for America, to celebrate theabundance of America, the abundance of its material and spiritual well-being thanks to the private property capitalism that made the first Thanksgiving and all those that followed possible. With that choice, the original Americans created a civilization out of the wilderness.  With that choice, we Americans of today can rescue our civilization from the wilderness of the Fascist Left led by President Zero. That choice liberates us from their power-lust and make us impervious to the poison of anti-America hate that eats at all liberal souls.  That is why we are what they are not:  grateful for our country, for the very existence of America, for the priceless privilege of being an American. MALABO, Equatorial Guinea – It took coming here, to the darkest pit of hellhole Africa, for it to finally dawn on me who Obama really is, to what total extent he isn’t American at all, but African.

Freedom House, in its 2014 Worst of the Worst report, highlights Equatorial Guinea as “one of the world’s most repressive societies.” Its dictator, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, is a murderer who ran the Black Beach Prison where countless prisoners were tortured to death. He has ruled since 1979, declared himself to be his country’s God who “can decide to kill without anyone calling him to account and without going to Hell” in 2003, and was elected by leaders of the 54 member-states of the African Union (AU) to be its chairman in 2011.

His picture is everywhere in the country:

Obiang uses his country’s oil revenue as his personal piggy bank, enriching his friends and family while the average citizen of his country lives on $1 a day. He has a number of presidential palaces and bought a $31 million dollar home in Malibu, California, (and a $15 million dollar apartment in Paris) for his playboy son Teodorin, whom he is grooming to succeed him.

But there is nothing at all exceptional about him. He is merely yet another example of what in Africa are called Big Men – narcissistic, charismatic sociopaths who gain power however they can, never let go of it, look upon themselves as demi-gods for whom ordinary morality does not apply, utterly convinced they deserve to be worshiped with total obedience and to live in complete extravagance while being completely indifferent to the poverty of others.

Mexican Nazis

By the way, whenever will Mexican Nazis be called racists?  Fox disclosed this week (12/17) that the school district of Salinas, California intends to name an elementary school after a murderous 19^thcentury Mexican bandit, Tiburcio Vasquez.  This is straight out Orwellian Marxist racism, another attempt to portray a murdering thug as an anti-white, anti-America hero like Che Guevara.

So I have a suggestion for TTPers.  That you email or call the hate-America racist responsible for this, John Ramirez, Superintendent of the Alisal Union School District, and politely ask that he stop making his school infamous and an object of ridicule - and instead, name this school after a true 19^th century Mexican-American hero and patriot.

That would be Romualdo Pacheco (1831-1899) - the first and to this day only Hispanic governor of California.  He had an extraordinary career as you can read in the link - being, just for example, one of the first politicians in California to denounce slavery, and the only California Governor to have roped a grizzly bear.  Not even Ronald Reagan can claim that!

Strangely, not a single California school has yet been named after him - although the Governor Romualdo Pacheco Elementary School in Indio (near Palm Springs) is scheduled to open next year.

The Salinas Peace Officer Association has condemned Ramirez's honoring a murdering bandit, while the Monterey County Deputy Sherriff Association has expressed "extreme disappointment."  You could contact them as well with the suggestion of Gov. Pacheco.

So Superintendent Ramirez, by making his decision immediate, could be the first to honor California's only Mexican-American governor - and be praised instead of denounced and laughed at.

There is however an important connection between Gov. Pacheco and the bandit Vasquez.  When Vasquez was finally captured and found guilty of murder by trial jury in January, 1875, he was sentenced to death by hanging.  In early March, he appealed to the state's new governor, who had just taken office on February 27, for clemency.  The appeal was denied, and on March 19, 1875, Vasquez was hung.  The governor who denied the appeal was Romualdo Pacheco.

Paris, France. It is very cool to be a French intel guy. A spectacular meal at a Parisian bistro with $90 entrées and a $200 bottle of Bordeaux? No problem. I'd known this fellow since he got me out of a jam in Sudan years ago. His James Bond days are over, but still, riding a desk for the DGSE -- Direction générale de la sécurité extérieure (General Directorate for External Security), France's military intel agency - in Paris has its decided benefits.

One of them is not being infected with Obamamania. "My agency considers him a joke," he confides. "Every day there is some fresh lunacy that we cannot believe. Mr. Bush would often make us angry. But at this man we just laugh."

"In truth, it also makes us sad," he continued. "French resentment towards America is strong, so being able to laugh at your country feels good. But it is such a sad and strange thing to see America - America The Great! - do something so crazy as to elect this ridiculous man."

"There are many people in America who think he isn't a legitimate president as he wasn't born in the US and isn't a natural citizen. What do you think?" I asked.

He shrugged. "I wouldn't know. I've never had reason to make an inquiry."

"There are a lot of people convinced he is a traitor who hates America and is actively determined to destroy it. Any opinion on that?"

He didn't shrug at this. After a long slow sip of wine, he mused, "I would not go that far. Many of his actions, however, are very puzzling because they are so counter-productive regarding America's best interests. There seems to be a consistent pattern in that direction."

"What does Sarkozy think of him?"

"Nothing but contempt."

After a pause he asked, "And Langley?"

"Well, if you thought the war they waged against Bush was intense, it was nothing compared to how they're going to screw Obama. He has tried to gut them with the ‘torture memo' release and slashing their budgets. The morale is depressed, sullen, and enraged. You know what a left-wing outfit Langley is. They thought he was their boy and they feel betrayed. All kinds of damaging stuff on him will be appearing via their media friends."

He nodded. "And in Tel Aviv City?"

He was referring to the huge underground city complex of Langley's underneath the US Embassy in the Israeli capital. "That's an interesting question. You know how vast and deep the relationship is there. Langley is making every effort to overcome the total and massive distrust their Israeli colleagues have for Obama, whom they know is selling them down the Jordan River. So far though this effort is in words. The Israelis are waiting to see what Langley does."

He said nothing. I smiled. "You guys wouldn't be Langley's cutout for thwarting BO regarding Israel, would you? I'd never suspect that..."

He continued to say nothing, gave me only a slight smile in return, and poured me another glass of wine. "The Bordeaux is good, yes?" I nodded.

"You know, the French media worships this man the same as yours in the US. All of this ‘100 days' talk, it is impossibly stupid. Most anyone in the French elite, the business leaders, Sarko's people, they all know this. They all think this is some crazy joke of the Americans. But it is a very, very dangerous joke. For 100 days your president has been a laughingstock among the tout le monde of Paris. No one may be laughing 100 days or 10 months from now."

He leaned forward. "The world can go - how do you say - sideways with this man very quickly. No one he has working for him knows what they are doing - possibly excepting Mrs. Clinton - and he certainly does not. All of us in our little community are worried - us, our friends in Berlin, London, Tel Aviv, and Langley too as you say. It is not like the barbarians at the gates. It is every barbarian horde in the world being told there are no gates. The Somalis, Chavez, Iran, Putin, Beijing, the ‘Norks" as you call them, the list is long and it is growing. We are not sure what to do."

It took me a moment to respond. "The best thing that has happened now is Obama making Langley his enemy. They will be cooperating with you more, be more a part of your worried community. Working together, you can undermine his efforts more effectively, block and maybe even repair the damage."

It was my turn to lean forward. "Then again, all together you could be more pro-active. The man is a mystery. Nobody can make public his actual birth certificate, or even the particular hospital he was born in, or his college grades, or how he got into Harvard, or how he made editor of the Harvard Law Review and never wrote a single article for it. It goes on and on. He really is a Zero. I think all of you guys should find all of this out and make it known."

I added, "The quicker the better, before the laughing stops and the real dangers begin."

"What is that phrase you use?" he asked. "Something to consider?"

I laughed. "Yes, there is much to consider - and much that you can do. I mean, really, if the Soviet Union could be dismantled, so can this presidency."

It was a beautiful April afternoon in Paris. He walked me back to my hotel. It could be that the times we live in may get even more interesting.
