Meanwhile in Seattle, etc., how long before IEDs appear in the Kill Box?

The Seattle Taliban will soon learn a lesson with their Chaz: Never seize terrain when you are not ready to keep it. Al Qaeda used to do this in Iraq. Often, at first, locals welcomed them or at least had little means to resist.

After some time, AQ would transition from smiles to rape and beheadings and the people would be for US forces to come kill AQ. Locals got especially pissed when AQ would steal cigarettes or force people to stop smoking.

AQ also had the habit of recruiting teenaged boys and arming them -- this led to many atrocities, and in the process, or later, to many dead boys.

Anyway, we would oblige and attack AQ strong points and if they resisted we happily killed them. Often captured, or they ran away. In any case, the illusion that they had seized land met the truth of broadsword.

Another big problem with seizing territory is that the relative monkey-brain required to seize a patch of treetops is a totally different ballgame from keeping people safe and happy. Civil governance takes real work, real brains, and real organization.

Important: Seizing terrain away from the Seattle Taliban is child's play. They are nothing. But this is not a battle for six or seven blocks of Seattle.

The battle is for the SUPPORT base.

In an insurgency, there are three main groups -- and a few others.

1) GF is the GUERRILLA FORCE: this is the hardcore that will fly from across the USA to join battle. GF tend to be full time. Usually GF is a small percentage of the effort. Fewer than even just a few percent.

In likelihood, GF are the core monkeys who led the "seizure" of the six trees in Seattle and named it Chaz.

2) AUXILIARY: Auxiliary are local fighters. Auxiliary comes out when the fight comes to their neighborhood or within easy distance. Auxiliary does not drive from Virginia to Seattle to fight, but they will walk out their doors in Seattle, or maybe even drive across the State. Bottomline is that Auxiliary will fight, but they are not full-timers. When GF come to town, "Aux" will join. Often, Aux will fight even if there is no GF present.

In Afghanistan, we called GF Taliban "Big T." Full-timers. They normally had great shoes, attended training in places like Pakistan, and would fight in many areas. "Little T" was Aux. Little T normally were farmers.

Most of our fighting in Afghanistan was against LITTLE T. Not Big T. Most of our fighting was against local people not far from their home villages.

But when you saw the big suicide attacks, such as that which attacked the Harriers at Camp Bastion, that was BIG T. That was GF Taliban.

Big T were supported in that attack by AUX and by SUPPORT.

3) SUPPORT: Generally, Support do not fight unless you kick down their door. They provide funding, logistics, funding, information war including art, political cover, safe houses, intelligence, and basically the other 90% of that it takes to fight.

This whole battle for the Six Trees of Chaz is about Support. They need to build a Support base. When GF and Aux rape, commit arson, murder, steal, they lose support and Support.

This is the tricky part. If President Trump is seen as being weak in the face of challenge, many people will automatically side with whom they think will win. If President Trump is seen as overreacting or underrating, he loses support.

My guess it that most Americans rightly intuit that they do not want a country without police. When Iraqis and Afghans fell into lawlessness, it was hell. They wanted ANYONE who would make them safe. This is largely why Taliban and associates will inherit Afghanistan, and why I started publishing in 2006 that they were winning. Taliban brought law and order even when most people hated them. They wanted something else, but Taliban was what they had to chose from on the menu.

Likewise in Iraq: often people invited in groups like AQ because locals wanted law and order, and suddenly realized they welcomed crocodiles to swim with their children.

These battles are not for physical terrain. They are for human terrain.

Remember: 99% of policing rests on voluntary compliance. If most of the local population refuses to cooperate with police, or attacks police, police will lose. Quickly. Likewise with National Guard. If locals -- AUX -- across wide swaths REALLY fight back, National Guard will be stretched out and decimated.

Our enemies are communists. There is only one good communist.

Be professional at all times. This is a battle for support from the Support. He who wins the support of the Support will win the war.

Stay within the law. Be polite. Be professional. Target only GF unless AUX joins. Any targeting of Support must be thought through such as top donors. Not the little old lady who leaves donuts for GF. Leave her alone.

BE PROFESSIONAL TO PRESS. Press will kick your ass.

But perhaps the most extraordinary story to emerge from the NPS is that of the tour group of foreign seniors whose bus was trapped in Yellowstone Park on the day the shutdown began. They were pulled over photographing a herd of bison when an armed ranger informed them, with the insouciant ad-hoc unilateral lawmaking to which the armed bureaucrat is distressingly prone, that taking photographs counts as illegal "recreation." "Sir, you are recreating," the ranger informed the tour guide. And we can't have that, can we? They were ordered back to the Old Faithful Inn, next to the geyser of the same name, but forbidden to leave said inn to look at said geyser. Armed rangers were posted at the doors, and, just in case one of the wily Japanese or Aussies managed to outwit his captors by escaping through one of the inn's air ducts and down to the geyser, a fleet of NPS SUVs showed up every hour and a half throughout the day, ten minutes before Old Faithful was due to blow, to surround the geyser and additionally ensure that any of America's foreign visitors trying to photograph the impressive natural phenomenon from a second-floor hotel window would still wind up with a picture full of government officials. The following morning the bus made the two-and-a-half-hour journey to the park boundary but was prevented from using any of the bathrooms en route, including at a private dude ranch whose owner was threatened with the loss of his license if he allowed any tourist to use the facilities.

At the same time as the National Park Service was holding legal foreign visitors under house arrest, it was also allowing illegal immigrants to hold a rally on the supposedly closed National Mall. At this bipartisan amnesty bash, the Democrat House minority leader Nancy Pelosi said she wanted to "thank the president for enabling us to gather here" and Republican congressman Mario Diaz-Balart also expressed his gratitude to the administration for "allowing us to be here."

Washington State Attorney General Robert Ferguson has tried to stop President Trump’s executive order, along with other Democrats filing lawsuits for people affected by the ban.

Attorney General Robert Ferguson has received money from George Soros. The Aspen Institute, an organization funded by Soros, counts Ferguson among its members. The attorney also received a fellowship from the organization.

The Aspen Institute has some questionable views — for one, they see America as a nation that is rife with “structural racism.”

They also try to warn the American people that “the circumpolar Arctic region is experiencing significant ecological change due to global climate change,” which they claim is caused by the industrial activity of humans on Earth.

This organization receives money from Soros’s Open Society Institute, which means it is as corrupt as the billionaire himself. All of the lawsuits seem to be connected to Soros in some way, and each use the argument of religious liberty to oppose the ban.

But Trump’s ban does not have anything to do with the religious aspects of the migrants, which the attorneys would know if they read the document. They are ignoring the fact that this ban is in place to keep America safe.

Besides, the liberals don’t care about religious freedom, not really. They will persecute Christians all day long but defend Muslims even when religious persecution against them is not a factor.

Ferguson’s argument for standing against Trump’s order convinced the judge to temporarily block the ban of immigrants from seven countries because it was “separating Washington families, harming thousands of Washington residents, damaging Washington’s economy, hurting Washington-based companies, and undermining Washington’s sovereign interest in remaining a welcoming place for immigrant and refugees,” via LifeZette.

I wonder if Soros told Ferguson to say all these things or if he managed to come up with them by himself. Soros has made it perfectly clear he is an enemy of America and wants nothing more than to see it fall.

Soros is the face of the movement against Donald Trump, a man the American people elected to lead this country. Soros tries to influence anyone he can to protest and riot against Trump, using his money and power to change the tone of America.

I believe he will buy anyone to get his way, from people on the street to our attorneys to the mainstream media. He is brainwashing the people to believe one thing: that Trump is the enemy. He is the puppet master, and his influence over this country needs to end.

SEATTLE, WA: Employees are asking for REDUCED hours so that "jacked-up" minimum wage won't cost them subsidized housing!

I just heard from a friend of mine that Seattle employees are asking for REDUCED hours so that "jacked-up" minimum wage won't cost them subsidized housing: Gee, who could have seen this coming...?

Now this is downright funny. They scream for a higher minimum wage, then, when they get it they complain because they make too much money to qualify for the free stuff, go figure. By jacking up minimum wage, Seattle has provided a valuable lesson in liberal economics. The plan has now backfired.

Nora Gibson, executive director of Full Life Care, told Seattle’s KIRO 7 TV she saw a sudden reaction from workers when Seattle’s phased minimum-wage ordinance took effect in April, bringing minimum wage to $11 an hour. She said anecdotally, some people feared they would lose their subsidized housing so they have asked that their work hours be reduced to remain eligible for all government subsidies.

It doesn’t stop at $11/hour. The law puts it up to $15 starting January 1, 2017, they will have to reduce their work hours even more to remain eligible for handouts.

Good thing the minimum wage wasn’t raised even higher, most would not work at all, they prefer to be spoon fed and remain on the government plantation.

So now workers work fewer hours, but for the same take home pay, business' labor costs increase so prices increase, buyers (workers) pay more and no one is better off, and subsidies stay the same.

Remember free market capitalism? Under that system, the harder and smarter you worked, the higher your standard of living. But that was found to result in income inequality, so now we have a system where wealth is bestowed by bureaucrats, and working harder doesn’t always make sense. And yet the taxpayer is still on the hook to support these non-workers.

Cops to Tea Party: "Your people" can't attend immigration rally!

Capitol Hill police are trying to block activists attending Wednesday's "Audit the IRS" rally from also attending a nearly day-long press conference on immigration, hosted by Reps. Steve King and Louie Gohmert. The IRS rally is on the west side of the Capitol, while the immigration event is on the east side. Organizers for the IRS event were told by Hill police that "your people" can only assemble on the west side. Organizers were told to remove the activists from the immigration event.

Jonathan Bernstein over at the Washington Post wants you to know that of course he knows about that (phony) Benghazi thingie, not to mention all the to-do about the IRS that, while "apparently" real, is only just a tiny little one (scandal).

But have you HEARD about those Senate REPUBLICANS?  They're "continuing, and possibly accelerating, obstruction of executive branch nominees" as we speak!

Yes, I know that in the way Washington works, this kind of routine disruption of normal government procedures doesn’t qualify as a Scandal! But it should. And while it’s quite proper for those concerned about good government to be outraged by the IRS story, this one is a much bigger deal, and the facts of it are plain for all to see — in fact, the people responsible are openly bragging about what they’re doing.

Now that’s a scandal!

So, folks, don't waste your time on all these can't-keep-track-of-'em-'cause-there's-so-many-of-'em scandals swirling around Obama's head (along with all those flies) because you just might miss out on the REALLY big one over at the Senate with, who else, the Republicans.

I'm sure he tried to squeeze George W. Bush in there somewhere...or Rush Limbaugh...or Sarah Palin...

But anyway, "Republicans...make it impossible for the normal machinery of government to function" don'tcha know?
