Attorney Orly Taitz researched this even further:

One year absence is the best case scenario, as he could get his university credit by reciprocity or through extern studies.

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, along with the rest of the regime players, murdered Ambassador Chris Stevens. It was a hit. It wasn't incompetence. It wasn't deer-in-the-headlights collective inaction. It wasn't a kidnapping plot gone wrong. It was a hit.

The whole incompetence argument is simply the domain of moral and intellectual cowards who insist upon seeing the world through rose colored glasses and deny objective reality. My contempt for these people knows no bounds. It's one thing to be stupid. It is quite another to be a coward. Cowardice is a pure moral choice. This is why courage is the fruit of the Third Sorrowful Mystery (the crowning with thorns). If courage was a genetic phenotype, as baseline intelligence largely is (as opposed to willful ignorance), then Our Lord would not desire that we pray for the grace of courage every day. Show me someone arguing that the Obama regime is incompetent and I'll show you a quivering little coward.

Next is the whole "kidnapping plot gone wrong" argument. Sorry. It doesn't hold water. First, the theory that Obama wanted to do a prisoner exchange of Ambassador Stevens for the Blind Sheik right before the election in order to look like some sort of hero is simply ludicrous. Americans would have been repulsed and disgusted by such a move. Americans don't cotton to capitulation to kidnappers. And releasing the Blind Sheik? No, this would have worked against Obama in public opinion. The fact of one of our Ambassadors being kidnapped at all would have come off as a sign of profound weakness, and releasing the Blind Sheik would have pegged the needle on the ol' wimp-o-meter.

Next, this kidnapping scenario assumes that the Obama regime was relying on fairly contested elections, had no election fraud teams in place in the major metro areas of the swing states, and/or was truly Nixonian in its desire for a unanimous victory. Again, nope. They clearly weren't going for a unanimous or near-unanimous electoral college sweep as Nixon was trying to do. They were all about targeted fraud in the swing states. They had no care or concern about winning Kansas, Wyoming or Oklahoma. The motives simply don't match up.

Finally, we have to ask why the Clintons were co-conspirators in the murder of Stevens. WHY are the Clintons (a) participating in the initial murder of Stevens and (b) not throwing Obama and Jarrett under the bus? The Obama machine stole the 2008 primaries from Hillary, and both Bill and Hillary personally loathe Obama and his Chicago crew. Why this unholy demonic alliance?

Because Chris Stevens was a lynchpin in the running of arms by the Obama regime and Clinton's State Department in full cooperation with each other to the Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda through Libya. And yes, it is absolutely sane and appropriate to assume that Huma Abedin (Hillary's consigliere and daughter of high-ranking Muslim Brotherhood leaders) figures into this. Both Obama's White House and Hillary's State Department were mutually and equally tied to this arms running, and both of their bacons were equally in the fire. The Obama White House, I am convinced, has plans for the retention of power beyond 2016 (Michelle?), and Hillary thinks she is going to be POTUS from 2017-2025. The bottom line is that the duumvirate of the most dangerous, evil psychopaths on the face of the earth decided for slightly different reasons that Ambassador Stevens needed to be dead in order to cover the gunrunning to the Muslim Brotherhood, and so together, they killed him. They withdrew all of his security (at the behest of the State Department), told the Muslim Brotherhood that it was all-clear, guaranteed that there would be no response or retaliation to an attack (only the Oval Office could issue the stand-down order), and even put the cherry on top by instantly framing the entire hit as some sort of musloid blasphemy propaganda. That was just gratuitous. Sickeningly gratuitous.

If it had been a kidnapping plot, Chris Stevens would have been KIDNAPPED. Remember, he had almost no security in the end. He wouldn't have been gang raped, killed and then had his dead body gang raped again.

The Clintons have a long history of having people murdered, all the way back into the early 1980's in Arkansas. Vince Foster. Ron Brown. These people are psychopaths and murderers. You have to deal with this.

The Obama machine, being neo-Stalinist, is also murderous, having seen to the assassination of at least three of Barry's sodomy partners from Trinity UCC cult on the South Side of Chicago. Purely as an aside, don't you think that it is odd that an attention whore like Jeremiah Wright saw three members of his cult murdered within just a few weeks of one another and never said a WORD publicly about that? No demands for a full FBI investigation on the front steps. No march through the streets with Jesse Jackson and Fr. Pfleger demanding that justice be done and that the targeted killings of his flock be given the highest priority by law enforcement. Nope. Nothing. It's almost as if Wright was neither surprised nor alarmed by the rapid serial killing of his "parishioners". I wonder what POSSIBLE EXPLANATION there could be for that?

Sadly, Chris Stevens was just another "expendable faggot" in the eyes of the Obama-Clinton machine. He was a dead man the day he accepted the position. And doesn't it seem odd that the Obama-Clinton machine would send a known sodomite man to be the ambassador to an unstable, backward muslim country to begin with? Again, it was probably done intentionally as a last-ditch hedge, an ace-up-the-sleeve as it were. Stevens could be killed, and then turned into some sort of sodomite martyr as a last-ditch plan. But, they didn't need that. They had the "blasphemy video". Eyeroll.

Finally, I would like to reiterate that the ultimate "expendable faggot" is Barry himself. I worry. I worried terribly after he showed up stoned to the first debate. I continue to worry now. Barry the man is in no way any sort of intellectual driver behind the regime. He is a puppet, a facade, a lazy imbecile and sodomite and nothing more. If the drivers decide that he is worth more dead than alive, assassinating their "expendable faggot" would be the mother of all Reichstag Fires, and would likely result in instant suspension of the Constitution and martial law. Cyprus is MF Global on a national, retail banking scale. Corzine absolutely blazed this trail. The particulars are almost exactly the same. Both MF Global/Corzine and Cyprus were failing entities, both took massive, uber-leveraged risks on European sovereign debt, both swept sacrosanct customer money when the house of cards finally collapsed under the weight of its own math.

The indefensible zeroes and ones were instantly swept from the computer servers and customers were locked-out of their accounts.

Interestingly, both were goaded on and enabled by the same people. Corzine was a crony of the Obama regime, which is operationally a Chicago-based phenomenon, as are the regulators of the futures industry, along with the CME group itself.

Cyprus was goaded, overseen, and then "harvested" by the International Monetary Fund, which is chaired by Christine Legarde, who is a Chicago player, and who actually was a partner at Baker & McKenzie before being placed at the IMF by the Obama regime and bankster oligarchy. Cyprus was Christine Legarde's play, and Legarde is in the Chicago oligarch circle.

This will happen here. It already has with MF Global, Cyprus is testing the national, retail banking level, and then it will happen here. The question of how President Obama’s college education was funded is now of considerably more than academic interest.

Until now, there really has been no context within which to understand the Sutton story or to buttress it as a reliable account other than the reputation of Sutton himself as one of the top leaders of the black community in Manhattan — himself a noted attorney, businessman and politician. But the new discovery of the 1979 column that established Khalid al-Mansour’s interest in creating a fund to give “financial help to disadvantaged students” does provide a clue that he might indeed — along with his patron, Arab Prince Alwaleed bin Talal — have taken an interest in the “genius” Barack Obama.

It also might be considered more than coincidence that the author of that 1979 newspaper column was from Chicago, where Barack Obama settled in 1986 a few years after his stint at Columbia University. It is certainly surprising that the author of that column was none other than Vernon Jarrett, the future (and later former) father-in-law of Valerie Jarrett, who ultimately became the consigliatore of the Obama White House.

It is also noteworthy that Vernon Jarrett was one of the best friends and a colleague of Frank Marshall Davis, the former Chicago journalist and lifelong communist who moved to Hawaii in the late 1940s and years later befriended Stanley and Madelyn Dunham and their daughter Stanley Ann, the mother of Barack Obama. And to anyone who has the modicum of a spark of curiosity, it is surely intriguing that Frank Davis took an active role in the rearing of young Barack from the age of 10 until he turned 18 and left Hawaii for his first year of college at Occidental College in Los Angeles. (5)

It is also at least suggestive that Obama began that college education as a member of the highly international student body of Occidental College in 1979, the same year when Vernon Jarrett was touting the college aid program being funded by OPEC and possibly Prince Alwaleed. The fact that President Obama has studiously avoided releasing records of his college years is suggestive also, but has no evidentiary value in the present discussion. (6)

And sure enough, David Codrea is breaking the story today that the Indiana office has indeed been intentionally walking guns to Chicago street gangs - not "could arm" but "HAS ARMED". Look at a map. Indiana is sitting immediately between Chicago and Detroit.


And by the way, the Chicago office head Andrew Traver - who HAD to have known all about the Indiana operation - is getting ready to be installed the head of the ATF in Washington.

Like Barack Hussein Obama II, I am a graduate of Harvard Law School . I too have Muslims in my family. I am black, and I was once a leftist Democrat. Since our backgrounds are somewhat similar, I perceive something in Obama's policy toward Israel which people without that background may not see. All my life I have witnessed a strain of anti-Semitism in the black community. It has been fueled by the rise of the Nation of Islam and Louis Farrakhan, but it predates that organization.

We heard it in Jesse Jackson's “HYMIE town” remark years ago during his presidential campaign. We heard it most recently in Jeremiah Wright's remark about “them Jews” not allowing Obama to speak with him. I hear it from my own Muslim family members who see the problem in the Middle East as a “Jew” problem.

Growing up in a small, predominantly black urban community in Pennsylvania , I heard the comments about Jewish shop owners. They were “greedy cheaters” who could not be trusted, according to my family and others in the neighborhood. I was too young to understand what it means to be Jewish, or know that I was hearing anti-Semitism. These people seemed nice enough to me, but others said they were “evil”. Sadly, this bigotry has yet to be eradicated from the black community.

In Chicago , the anti-Jewish sentiment among black people is even more pronounced because of the direct influence of Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam. Most African Americans are not followers of “The Nation”, but many have a quiet respect for its leader because, they say, “he speaks the truth” and “stands up for the black man”. What they mean of course is that he viciously attacks the perceived “enemies” of the black community – white people and Jews. Even some self-described Christians buy into his demagoguery.

The question is whether Obama, given his Muslim roots and experience in Farrakhan's Chicago , shares this antipathy for Israel and Jewish people. Is there any evidence that he does? First, the President was taught for twenty years by a virulent anti-Semite, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright. In the black community it is called “sitting under”. You don't merely attend a church, you “sit under” a Pastor to be taught and mentored by him. Obama “sat under” Wright for a very long time. He was comfortable enough with Farrakhan – Wright's friend – to attend and help organize his “Million Man March”. I was on C-Span the morning of the march arguing that we must never legitimize a racist and anti-Semite, no matter what “good” he claims to be doing. Yet a future President was in the crowd giving Farrakhan his enthusiastic support.

The classic left wing view is that Israel is the oppressive occupier, and the Palestinians are Israel 's victims. Obama is clearly sympathetic to this view. In speaking to the “Muslim World, “he did not address the widespread Islamic hatred of Jews. Instead he attacked Israel over the growth of West Bank settlements. Surely he knows that settlements are not the crux of the problem. The absolute refusal of the Palestinians to accept Israel 's right to exist as a Jewish state is the insurmountable obstacle. That's where the pressure needs to be placed, but this President sees it differently. He also made the preposterous comparison of the Holocaust to Palestinian “dislocation”.

Obama clearly has Muslim sensibilities. He sees the world and Israel from a Muslim perspective. His construct of “The Muslim World” is unique in modern diplomacy. It is said that only The Muslim Brotherhood and other radical elements of the religion use that concept. It is a call to unify Muslims around the world. It is rather odd to hear an American President use it. In doing so he reveals more about his thinking than he intends. The dramatic policy reversal of joining the unrelentingly anti-Semitic, anti-Israel and pro-Islamic UN Human Rights Council is in keeping with the President's truest – albeit undeclared red – sensibilities

Those who are paying attention and thinking about these issues do not find it unreasonable to consider that President Obama is influenced by a strain of anti-Semitism picked up from the black community, his leftist friends and colleagues, his Muslim associations and his long period of mentor-ship under Jeremiah Wright. If this conclusion is accurate, Israel has some dark days ahead. For the first time in her history, she may find the President of the United States siding with her enemies. Those who believe, as I do, that Israel must be protected had better be ready for the fight. We are.

Goodness, I am getting slow at the switch in my old age. I don't know why this didn't occur to me sooner. I know exactly what Donald Trump is doing and why with all of his threatening to run for POTUS and his sudden interest in Obama's lack of eligibility and personal documentation.

The Illinois legislature and City of Chicago (Rahm Emanuel, Mayor™) just approved a massive expansion and approval of casino gaming in Chicago itself and throughout the state. Trump has seen this coming for years and has made massive investments in Chicago real estate, most notably the Trump International Hotel and Tower at 401 N Wabash. If you have been to Chicago anytime within the last several years, you have seen it. It is very big, and I'll admit, an aesthetically pleasing building.

Trump is no fool. Atlantic City, New Jersey is as good as dead, and Trump knows that dumping money into trying to revitalize Atlantic City as a gaming destination would be throwing good money after bad. The awful TV show "Jersey Shore" has now done longterm economic damage to that entire area - and that is no joke. So, years ago he figured out what the next hot gaming center would be: Chicago.

Think about it. Chicago is within driving distance of a massive chunk of the central U.S. and Canada. It has a fully-established infrastructure and employee pool. It has one of the largest, most liquid hub airports on the continent with a decent secondary airport. It's Vegas, except everything is already there, and the major ethnic groups are Slavs and Poles instead of Italians and Jews in Vegas. :-)

Trump has two motivations here. First the MINOR motivation. In establishing a new gaming empire in the central U.S., he is tapping into a largely conservative mid-western consumer base. What he is doing is essentially re-branding himself and the Trump name as a conservative or conservative-friendly brand. All of the little old men and women in Nebraska and Iowa and Missouri and Kentucky and rural Michigan will now specifically and consciously CHOOSE to patronize a Trump-brand casino in Chicago because Trump is a "Republican who stood up to Obama and demanded his birth certificate!" A year ago most of those same people probably looked down on Trump as a slippery New York City real estate trader with bad hair who is now on his third model/wife. Now he is as conservative and American as apple pie. Say what you will of Trump, but this re-branding maneuver that he has pulled off is admittedly brilliant. But it is only a mere maneuver. The sincerity of it is . . . lacking.

Which brings us to Trump's MAJOR motivation in pushing the birth certificate and other vital records issue. Trump's plan is to dominate and control the Chicago gaming concession. He is in on the ground floor, knows that his position is very, very strong, and wants to keep it that way. What he also knows is that in order for him to be successful in Chicago, he MUST assert dominance over the massively powerful and utterly corrupt Chicago City Hall.

Trump is no pushover and refuses to bow to the Chicago City Hall / Union Mob machine. And why should he? Trump has the Chicago Machine by the throat because the Chicago Machine made a terrible, terrible mistake several years ago. What was that mistake? They tied their entire fortunes to the single most blackmail-able human being in the history of the world: Barack Obama.

In their blind quest for power, the Chicago Marxist/Mob syndicate put all their chips on a smooth-talking light-skinned black guy who could talk the centrist talk, but was actually a hardcore Marxist plant. And it worked - for a time. They got the White House. But here's the problem. Their smooth-talking, light-skinned black guy wasn't born in the United States, was born the son of a British Subject, was adopted by an Indonesian and is thus also an Indonesian citizen, was raised by card-carrying Communists, attended college as a foreign student and traveled internationally under a non-U.S. passport as an adult, has used hard drugs including crack for all of his adult life, has been an active homosexual for his entire adult life, has more aliases and social security numbers than Jason Bourne (or is that Harrison J. Bounel?) and is actually dumber than a bag of hair.

Trump has enough blackmail material on Obama to keep himself in a position of firm dominance over the Chicago Marxist Syndicate. Every time the Chicago Mob gives Trump static, he can just go on TV and simply ASK about some blackmail-able facet of Obama's past. When the Chicago Mob backs off of Trump, Trump backs off of them. Do you think maybe that is what we are seeing right now?

In fact, if Trump plays his cards right (no pun intended), he could TAKE DOWN the Chicago Marxist Syndicate, and refill the power vacuum with his own people. It would be swapping one degree of corruption for another, but at this point, I wouldn't mind seeing what a Trump-run Chicago might look like. Trump is a businessman and understands that the gridlock of corruption and out-of-control crime on the street is very, very bad for business. Chicago is a cool town with great attractions and museums and wonderful ethnic neighborhoods (and food!). The good people who live and work there deserve better, and Chicago should be a city that all Americans can be proud of.

I am definitely conflicted. I hate casinos, as I wrote about last week, and I'm no fan of Trump, but can see what he is doing and why. This Chicago Marxist Syndicate needs to be taken down hard because it is destroying this nation and the world through the Obama regime. This isn't just about bribing South-Side Aldermen and sweetheart real estate deals in Hyde Park anymore. This Chicago Marxist thug crap is going to collapse the global economy and start World War 3. Millions of people are going to die because of these people. Thus, I am content to watch Trump make his move. The Lord works and moves in mysterious ways. Sometimes VERY mysterious.

The culture of death permeates the Left. I learned this at a young age.

In the spring of 1969 when I was a kid in high school I had a chance to meet a famous Leftist up close. It was Jerry Rubin of the Chicago 7, freshly famous from his disruption of the Democrat Party National Convention the previous summer. He was talking to a group of h.s. students, about a dozen of us. (I was curious about this nationally famous person.) He explained a new society where we could all share everything and get along in peace. I asked him straight on, what do we need to do to create this new thing? He answered me point blank, one on one, “Go home! Kill your parents! Burn down their house! Destroy theirs [sic] cars and all their money! After you’ve all done that, we can begin again. We can build a better world.”

Luckily for me I had a very wise and patient father who helped unscrew me.

Jerry Rubin had laid out the template for me in simplest terms. Control those who are born yesterday. Kill everybody else.
