Should the WikiLeaks staff be prosecuted?

While US state department restricts employee access to secret files... you can be sure that the WikiLeaks' staff is busy poring through an unimaginable glut of our secret documents (I understand it's documents that are all recent and not years old).

The need to sort through it all was clarified by WikiLeaks founder Julian Assage: "To have impact, it needs to be easy for people to dive in and search it and get something out of it."

And it's not just U.S. documents as the Jerusalem Post has noted:

Assange noted that Wikileaks also has material on Russian companies and politicians, pharamceutical companies, industrial espionage by the US, the energy industry, environmental issues, and finance.

Staff problems have exacerbated the ongoing analysis of all this data including the defection of some staffers who objected, on moral grounds, to the previous revelations concerning the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Missouri's approach to the problem of illegal immigration appears to be more advanced, sophisticated, strict and more effective than anything to date in Arizona.

In 2007, Missouri placed on the ballot a proposed constitutional amendment designating English as the official language of Missouri. In November, 2008, nearly 90% voting in favor! Thus English became the official language for ALL governmental activity in Missouri. No individual has the right to demand government services in a language OTHER than English.

In 2008 a measure was passed that required the Missouri Highway Patrol and other law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found to be in Missouri illegally. Missouri law enforcement officers receive specific training with respect to enforcement of federal immigration laws.

In Missouri illegal immigrants do NOT have access to taxpayers benefits such as food stamps and health care through Missouri HealthNET. In 2009 a measure was passed that ensures Missouri's public institutions of higher education do NOT award financial aid to individuals who are illegally in the United States. In Missouri all post-secondary institutions of higher education to annually certify to the Missouri Dept. of Higher Education that they have NOT knowingly awarded financial aid to students who are unlawfully present in the United States.

So while Arizona has made national news for its new law, it is important to remember Missouri has been far more proactive in addressing this horrific problem.

Missouri has made it clear that illegal immigrants are NOT welcome in the state and they will certainly NOT receive public benefits at the expense of Missouri taxpayers.

BERLIN, November 26, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Doctors associated with the German umbilical cord blood bank Vita 34 say that they have cured a child’s leukemia completely using an infusion of stem cells from umbilical cord blood.

The procedure was reportedly performed in 2005 on a four-year-old girl whose chemotherapy treatment had failed and who had a prognosis of only three months to live. The procedure was possible because the parents had decided to preserve their child’s umbilical cord blood at the time of birth.

After continuous monitoring of the child for five years now, with no sign of leukemia cells in her blood, doctors say that they have confirmed that the treatment worked.

Los Angeles Times/Zogby: President Obama has passed the Big 4-0 -- going the wrong way.

Turns out voters were not simply satisfied to spank the Democrat and his party in the Nov. 2 midterm elections with historic losses in the House of Representatives.

Obama's job approval rating as calculated by the Zogby Poll has now sunk to 39%, a new low for his 22-month presidency that began with so much hope and excitement and poll numbers up around 70. As recently as Sept. 20, his job approval was 49%.

How embarrassing that is because other polls have shown a majority of Americans believe she is unqualified for the presidency. So it appears many have now decided, on second thought, Obama looks that way too.

I have a situation and I would appreciate your help, IF you have the time. My son's school did a play last night and it was promoting a one world government. My son has the teacher that was in charge of the play and if I make a big deal about it, she could punish my 8 yr old son and lower his grade due to my actions.

My friend, Rusty posted this and that even worried me some. It was called "World of Champions" and it ended with the kids singing John Lennon's "Imagine" song. 5 countries/continents were featured: USA, China, Mexico, Africa and The Philippines. As you can see in this picture that I took, 4 flags are featured behind the stage. Oddly, the American Flag was missing. I couldn't find it anywhere in the gym. The program was done the night before the kids got out for Thanksgiving. You would expect it to be a "Thanksgiving" play, but that was never mentioned.

The first thing we noticed when walking into the gym was the communist hammer and sickle on the star in the Chinese flag. It is hard to see in this photo, but it is there. We looked up the flag and did not find the hammer and sickle on the current Chinese flag. Why that was added and the American flag was missing really bothers me. I think this is a big deal as do some other parents last night. I am hoping maybe you could help me bring light to this, yet not get my innocent little boy involved.

Project Podesta enabled the President to bypass Congress through the use of executive orders, presidential decision directives, White-House-sponsored lawsuits, vacancy appointments to high federal office, selective regulatory actions against targeted corporations, and a host of other extra-constitutional tactics.

In short, Podesta showed the Clintons that they could gain by force what they might fail to achieve through legislation. "Stroke of the pen. Law of the land. Now Obama’s cronies are coming with a new story, claiming that there was a typo in his application for his Social Security number. They are saying that he has a CT Social security number because of a typo. It is hard to believe that there was a typo, but even if you were to give him and his supporter’s a benefit of a doubt, that does not explain:

1. 1890 birthdate in multiple databases, which is associated with this Social Security number.

2. his unwillingness to present his original birth certificate, which shows guilty mind, it shows he has something to hide.

3. multiple SS numbers in different databases.

4. his name Soebarkah in his mother’s passport.

5. redactions in his stepfather’s immigration records.

6. fraudulent statement on his bar application.

7. his Indonesian school registration under the name Soetoro.

8. his unwillingness to provide his university records

9 the fact that he used a different Social Security number, while serving in Senate

and so much more...

If you look at the picture in totality, you will find too many inconsistencies, which cannot be explained by one typo. The only reasonable explanation to this total picture is massive fraud and treason, for which he needs to be criminally prosecuted after he is removed from office.

The problem is not in lack of evidence in building a case against Barack Hussein Obama. The problem is in lack of integrity of some people, who are entrusted by their Oath of Office to review this evidence. We had a massive failure of all the safeguards, protecting us as citizens against such fraud. It is up to you to continue demanding from your elected officials and law enforcement at each level to act. They need to act now and hold everyone involved accountable.

U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton did not allow the Libby defense team to introduce scientific testimony about how memory works, and jurors later said they would have liked to have heard such evidence.

"What's startling," Mr. Libby said last week, "is that, at the dawn of the 21st century, we had a trial that excluded relevant, scientific evidence. And it's startling that the jury was prevented from hearing about the very kinds of evidence that scientists say are critical to understanding what happened."

Even worse, Judge Walton did not even allow Mr. Libby access to his own files so he could reconstruct the sequence of events in question. "It was an impossible position," Mr. Libby told me. "No defendant in America that I know of is denied the right to see his own files."

This is all being revived by the new movie "Fair Game" about Valerie Plame starring Sean Penn as Joe Wilson doing the typical Bush-as-Evil schtick...

The record shows that Scooter Libby did not leak Mrs. Wilson's name to the press, nor did he direct others to do so. The record shows he openly acknowledged that Mr. Cheney had told him Mrs. Wilson's status (although not her name) - so he wasn't, as theorized, trying to cover up for his boss. The record also shows, curiously enough, that when Russert was first interviewed by the FBI, even he said it was possible that Mr. Libby's description of events could have been correct. The FBI report reads: "Mr. Russert acknowledged that he speaks to many people on a daily basis and it is difficult to remember some specific conversations, particularly one which occurred several months ago."

That, of course, was the exact substance of Mr. Libby's defense.

In 1974, Senator Hugh Scott of Pennsylvania, Congressman John Rhodes of Arizona, and senior Senator from Arizona Barry Goldwater took the "long walk" over to President Nixon's office to tell him that he must resign. It's either this or Article 25, Section 4.

Fitzpatrick Monroe County grand jury story shocks the nation

In March 2009, Mr. Walter Francis Fitzpatrick had attempted to file a criminal complaint with the Monroe County grand jury, which a citizen is permitted to do in the state of Tennessee. During this process, Fitzpatrick discovered that the grand jury foreman had been serving in his capacity for 20 years, although the foreman himself had stated that he had actually been serving for 27 years, in violation of Tennessee Code Annotated which states that jurors must be chosen by an automated, random system every six months. While state law allows for the foreman to be chosen by the judge, it does not allow for the same person to serve as foreman for years on end.

Fitzpatrick is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, a Naval Academy graduate, class of 1975, and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration. To this writer’s knowledge, he has no criminal record.

During 2009 and early 2010, Mr. Fitzpatrick attempted to rectify the situation with the grand jury foreman in many ways. He went to the D.A. He went to the sheriff and deputy sheriff in his town. He went to the TBI and FBI. All of these individuals and agencies said that it was not their responsibility to correct the situation. It became evident that the judges were allowing jurors to serve consecutive terms, as at least one other regular juror in Monroe County has been found to have served in 2009 and again in 2010, while the statute mandates a 24-month break for any juror who has served. Fitzpatrick suspects that it could be many more than these two aforementioned jurors, and he also believes that a juror currently serving could be an illegal alien.

Finally, after having been turned away by all law enforcement, Fitzpatrick attempted a citizen’s arrest of the grand jury foreman on April 1, 2010. While the incident was over within several minutes and no one was hurt, Fitzpatrick was himself arrested and spent five days in the Monroe County detention center. However, no document with charges and an accuser was produced until he demanded it on June 10. At that time, the Madisonville Police Department was unable to produce the arrest report and prepared it hastily with the wrong birth date, last name, sex and numerous misspellings of words in the narrative of alleged events.

Similar corruption in Roane County led to harassment, murder and incarceration of men who were eventually exonerated but lost their livelihoods, health and property in the process. The grand jury foreman there has been in his position for 23 years.

A hearing for Fitzpatrick on June 28, 2010, yielded a trial date of December 1, 2010, even though Fitzpatrick maintained that without a legal grand jury, the “case” could not go forward. In fact, he stated that there was no case against him because he had done nothing wrong other than attempt to expose the corruption within the Monroe County courthouse and grand jury. Fitzpatrick hired a lawyer to expose the illicit grand jury, but the arrangement did not work out. On October 19, 2010, Fitzpatrick filed papers with the Monroe County courthouse which stated that he was dismissing the attorney, but that the attorney would remain on the case for another two weeks.

Fitzpatrick has stated that he has never received transcripts of court hearings, despite a promise from the local attorney made to his attorney of record both verbally and in writing. Moreover, the documentation of the court hearings contains numerous significant errors.

Special Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood had been brought in to preside over Fitzpatrick’s case, as both Judges Carroll L. Ross and Amy Reedy had to recuse themselves due to conflict of interest from previous motions. Blackwood is a retired judge from Roane County, where the grand jury foreman mentioned above has been serving for more than 23 years. On October 22, Blackwood ordered that Fitzpatrick be arrested and jailed without bond for failing to appear at a hearing about which Fitzpatrick claimed he knew nothing. At that time, the attorney he had dismissed was still technically on the case, but there reportedly had been no contact between them. The “Capias and Bond” document was dated 10-22-10 but appears to have no legal signature on it.

Stephen Pidgeon, Fitzpatrick’s attorney of record, had been quoted by the Knoxville News Sentinel as having stated that the Monroe County grand jury was “hopelessly corrupted.”

During the arrest, which was carried out on October 27, 2010, Fitzpatrick was hit over the head, tasered multiple times according to his first-hand account, had his left ear almost torn off, suffered facial contusions and now believes he is suffering from nerve damage in his hands from the handcuffs used that day. Four deputies broke down his door, although the local newspaper completely misrepresented the incident in a report dated November 3. The article could not have been accurate because no press had been allowed in the courtroom for the referenced hearing on November 1.

Although Fitzpatrick received x-rays that evening at the jail, he received no medical treatment.

During the November 1 hearing, Judge Blackwood reportedly told Fitzpatrick that he could not have another attorney from outside of Tennessee, which is a violation of his Sixth Amendment rights. A first-hand account of that hearing is here.

Since his incarceration beginning on October 27, Fitzpatrick has reported shocking conditions within the jail such as 37 men crowded into a space built for 24, with 13 of them sleeping on the concrete floor; temperature in the jail of 58-60 degrees, and men being denied necessary medication and medical treatment. He reported that on November 4, a man who had been urinating blood for three weeks and who had been denied medical care had finally been rushed to the hospital, where it was discovered that he had a bleeding pancreas. The man had not received his medication during his incarceration and is now in the Intensive Care Unit at Sweetwater Hospital. Fitzpatrick has reported that the man is in “tough shape.”

Fitzpatrick claims that if the corruption within the grand jury is exposed, all of the cases tried by that body will need to be revisited. Another man who has corresponded with Mr. Fitzpatrick currently in the Morgan County Correctional Facility has claimed that he has proof that the grand jury which tried his case was rigged.

The court clerk has refused to go on the record with The Post & Email, as has the court reporter. Judge Blackwood is on the record of the Knoxville News Sentinel as having denied another defendant an attorney.

While in jail, Fitzpatrick has advocated for better conditions for the inmates and has reported that Sheriff Bill Bivens has covered up a serious crime committed by an inmate with access to the evidence locker within the jail. Earlier this year, the Sheriff’s Department bookkeeper was convicted of embezzling money from the jail commissary.

Fitzpatrick has reported that he was ordered by Judge Blackwood to prepare for his own defense between the November 1 hearing and his December 1 trial. However, he still does not have the name of his accuser and has been told he is representing himself. Moreover, without his reading glasses, he cannot read the small print in the books contained in the law library at the jail.

This writer has been reporting intensively on the apparent corruption within Monroe and Roane Counties since July. It appears that the TBI, FBI, District Attorney, local attorneys, and court personnel are all complicit in covering up numerous crimes and violations of Tennessee statutes. I have been told that even Fitzpatrick’s “arrest warrant” was not issued by a police officer, but rather, was a dictated order scrawled on a piece of paper. Fitzpatrick suspects that Judge Carroll L. Ross issued the order to arrest him, which is not proper protocol.

Fitzpatrick reported today that Judge Amy Reedy is rumored to be under investigation for corruption. Reedy had ordered Angela Davis to be grand jury foreman for a day earlier this year, even though Fitzpatrick had made her aware that Davis had served on a jury the previous year.

Will justice be served in Monroe County, TN? Will corruption be prosecuted, or will criminals be allowed to continue meting out punishment decided by tainted grand juries and carried out by corrupt sheriffs and deputies? Is it not past time to right these wrongs? When will the people of eastern Tennessee be released from the prison in which they have lived for the past several decades while corruption has flourished? What will you do to expose it?

God as government or government as god, is what takes place when you surgically slice away the "god" part of religion. Once you postulate that all religions are essentially the same, that they all worship the same god, and that the only differences between them are matters of ritual, then you have eliminated the differences and the identities of all religions. If there are no unique revelations, no special scriptures and no vital testaments... then each religion's identity becomes a formality, is reduced to a series of dubious traditions that don't really matter in the bigger picture. If all religions are equally valid, then they are also equally invalid. Just as, if all opinions are valid, then they are also equally invalid.

In the absence of theology, the only religion that remains is the universal one of "being nice to other people". Take god out of the equation, and all you have left is social justice. Liberalization leads to secularization with the end result that religion becomes one gigantic "being nice to other people" project. And what is the best possible vehicle for social justice projects, but government. And so governments became gods.
