From my romantic, sentimental husband

This youtube vid shows Fred Astaire and Rita Hayworth dancing to a song called "Midnight, The Stars And You", one of my favorite songs of the 1930's.

The song is performed by The Ray Noble Orchestra featuring Al Bowlly (one of the great Brit singers from that period). Dance scenes from the Motion Picture "You Were Never Lovelier". Not sure if this is the original music from that film or if someone overlaid it later, but it works.

I first heard this song when Stanley Kubrick used it at the end of his 1980 movie "The Shining" (book by Steven King).

And...Rita Hayworth is hot hot hot!!!
