Is it possible that the Director of Health, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, granted Obama a “Certification of Live Birth” sometime in 2006 or later when he was planning to run for president?
It's the cover-up that always gets 'em (think "Watergate"). This is a cover-up in progress as we speak:
[Director of Health, Dr. Chiyome] Fukino is the only person in the United States to affirm that Obama was born in Hawaii. No hospital, doctor, nurse, witness or other individual has come forward to corroborate her story.
And Obama's Kenyan grandmother (step-grandmother actually) did not say that he was born in Kenya. She said very clearly that he was born in Hawaii.
In addition to Fukino's statement, there is the official birth certificate itself, which shows that Obama was born in Hawaii. This is more evidence of birth in the USA than any president has shown before.
There is no document that shows the location of Obama's birth, or the name of the doctor, or the name of the hospital that has been made public.
And also, from the Post & Email 3/8/10: As the attorney general claims it has “no government documents pertaining to the preparation of the public statements made by Dr. Fukino in regard to vital records which pertain to Barack Hussein Obama II,” then either the attorney general is lying and breaking the law, or Dr. Fukino and Janice Okubo are.
You said: "There is no document that shows the location of Obama's birth, or the name of the doctor, or the name of the hospital that has been made public."
True. But that is also true for George Bush, Clinton, Pappy Bush, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon, LBJ and JFK. There was no need to prove the location of the hospital for them. And, none of them even proved that they were born in the USA. In contrast, Obama has. He has shown the official birth certificate. The official birth certificate does not show the hospital or the doctor because it is a short-form certificate, which is the same as many states issue. but the officials have confirmed the facts on it twice.
Re: "As the attorney general claims it has “no government documents pertaining to the preparation of the public statements made by Dr. Fukino.
Of course. The documents are at the Department of Health, not at the Attorney General's office.
You said: "or Dr. Fukino and Janice Okubo are."
Baloney. The records are at the Department of Health of Hawaii. They were seen by Fukino, the head of vital records, Okubo, AND the clerk who filled out the original form that generated the COLB.
There is also no proof or even a credible report that Obama was born anywhere else than Hawaii. His Kenyan grandmother did not say that he was born in Kenya. She said that he was born in Hawaii.
1. Obama’s mother did not have a passport in 1961, so she could not have gone to Kenya (or Indonesia for that matter);
2. If Obama’s mother had had a passport, she would not have gone to Kenya because Yellow Fever was rampant;
3. If Obamas’ mother had gone to Kenya, there would have been a record of her arrival, which would be a public document and someone would have found it (the myth that the Kenyan government has sealed these records or that it could successfully seal normally public records is not believable);
4. If Obama had been born in Kenya there would have had to have been a US TRAVEL DOCUMENT such as a US visa on a foreign passport or the issue of a US passport while he was in Kenya, either of which would have been found by now;
5. If Obama had been born in Kenya and had been taken back to Hawaii, Obama’s parents would not have lied about it, they would have been proud of it.
6. If Obama had been born in Kenya and had been taken back to Hawaii, Obama’s parents would not have lied about it, because it was too easy to catch them in that lie (anyone on the airplane would have noticed the child and could have tipped off the officials).
7. Obama has an official birth certificate from Hawaii saying that he was born in Hawaii.
8. The officials in Hawaii have said twice that the facts on the official birth certificate are confirmed by the original document in the files.
9. Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said that he was born IN Hawaii;
10. There is even a witness who recalls being told of Obama’s birth in Hawaii in 1961 (because she wrote about the birth of a child to a woman named Stanley to her father, also named Stanley :www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html)" target="_blank">(http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:7lxgRu-fdYQJ:www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html)
From Newsmax: Obama's campaign last year released only his Certification of Live Birth from the state of Hawaii, which is a document that offers a summarized version of the birth certificate. Even state residents born outside the U.S. can get one.
During the 2008 presidential campaign, GOP nominee Sen. John McCain quickly released his birth certificate when liberal bloggers raised questions about his eligibility to be president. McCain was born at a military hospital in Panama.
According to published reports, Dr. Fukino has admitted that her July 27th statement received the verbal approval of the HI Attorney General, who “o.k.’d it.”
Obama's Kenyan grandmother said she was present when he was born, but there are no records that she ever traveled to Hawaii.
And there is even a witness who said he met Obama in Hawaii in 1980 and that Obama told him that he was born in Kenya:
"We spoke of where I had been and the world as I saw it. I told him I had been to Africa , Mombassa specifically, and he said to me abruptly, “I was born there”. I told him he is not eligible to be president if that was true, but I remembered he said his mom was an American, so, maybe it was okay."
You said: "From Newsmax: Obama's campaign last year released only his Certification of Live Birth from the state of Hawaii, which is a document that offers a summarized version of the birth certificate."
Answer: It is a short-form birth certificate. However it is the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and the only one that Hawaii issues. It no longer issues copies of the original birth certificate. (http://www.starbulletin.com/columnists/kokualine/20090606_kokua_line.html).
You also said: "Even state residents born outside the U.S. can get one."
Answer. In 1961, when Obama was born, Hawaii did not allow this. Also, even today it is not possible to get a birth certificate of any kind from Hawaii that says on it "born in Hawaii" unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii. Obama's birth certificate says on it "born in Hawaii" and the officials in Hawaii have said twice that the facts on this document are confirmed by the original document in the files.
YOu said: "During the 2008 presidential campaign, GOP nominee Sen. John McCain quickly released his birth certificate when liberal bloggers raised questions about his eligibility to be president."
Actually, he didn't NO birth certificate was posted on McCain's campaign site. The birth certificate that claims to be McCain's is a forgery. It says that McCain was born at Colon Hospital, but McCain has always said that he was born at the family hospital on the base(Colon Hospital is not on the base and not even in the Canal Zone). So McCain did not release his birth certificate, and neither did Bush or Clinton or any other president.
McCain was born at a military hospital in Panama.
YOu said: "According to published reports, Dr. Fukino has admitted that her July 27th statement received the verbal approval of the HI Attorney General, who “o.k.’d it.”
He okayed the legality of the statement. He did not confirm yet again the facts on the statement. BECAUSE CONFIRMING THEM THREE TIMES WOULD HAVE BEEN UNNECESSARY. Twice was enough.
YOu said: "Obama's Kenyan grandmother said she was present when he was born, but there are no records that she ever traveled to Hawaii."
She said that she was present in Kenya when Obama was born, which was in Hawaii. Here actual words when asked "where was he born?" was "America, Hawaii."
You said: "And there is even a witness who said he met Obama in Hawaii in 1980 and that Obama told him that he was born in Kenya:

NObody believes this. The guy who has said it did not swear to it, and no reliable newspaper picked up this claim (from someone who probably voted against Obama).
The reason that Obama's election was confirmed UNANIMOUSLY by the US Congress is because they believe the official birth certificate and the fact that Obama's mother did not have a passport and the witness who recalls being told of the birth.
Hawaii’s 1961 long-form birth certificates “includes information missing from the short-form document for Obama published online, including the name of the hospital, the name of the attending physician, name and address of the parents, the race of the parents and the race of the baby.” http://www.wnd.com/index.php?pageId=105347

Speaking of sworn statements: http://www.thecommentary.net/obamas-grandmother-says-he-was-born-in-kenya/
Starting off with the Grandmother. This is what she said:
Quotes:
"MCRAE: OK. Uh, when I come in December I would like to go by the, the place, the hospital where he is born. Uh, could you tell me where he was born? Was he born in Mombasa?
(Long pause. Puzzled sound from Translator Ogombe in background: "naah?")
BROTHER TOM: Uh, uh, I, I will need help. I think, uh I think, I kind of, you know we'll be coming December (unintelligible) and Vitalis, and I talking to him, so I tell him--
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE (in background, simultaneously): --no, no-- what?!?
BROTHER TOM: --that you are a capitalist, that you were a little, that you were a little, a little, a little American bus--
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE (responding to background voices, sounding distressed): No--yes--
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE (to McRae): No! Obama was not born in Mombasa! He was born in America!
MCRAE: Wh-whereabouts, whereabouts was he born? I, I thought he was born in Kenya.
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE: No he was born in America, not in Mombasa.
MCRAE: OK. Do you know whereabouts he was born?
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE: (Pause.) Huh?
MCRAE: Do you know where he was born? I thought he was born in
VOICE OF MRS. OBAMA OR ANOTHER WOMAN (background): Hawaii.
BROTHER TOM (background): Hawaii, yeah?
VOICE OF MRS. OBAMA OR ANOTHER WOMAN (background): Yeah.
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE (background): Yes.
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE (to McRae): Sir, she says he was born in Hawaii.
MCRAE: OK.
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE: Yeah, in 1960 this was Hawaii, where his father, his father was also marrying there. This was Hawaii.
MCRAE: OK.
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE: Yeah.
MCRAE: Was, was, was Mrs. Obama, was sh--was she present? Was, was Mrs. Obama, see I thought you said she was present. Was she, was, was she, was she able to see him being, being born in, in Hawaii?
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE: (pause, silence) Hoh? (pause) Uh, yeah would you please pronounce?
MCRAE: OK I’m sorry. I, I thought she said she was present when he was born. I was—
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE (sounding exasperated): No, no! The, the woman was not present. She was uh not, a what--you see, she was here in Kenya, and Obama was born in America. That is, that’s obvious.
MCRAE: OK.
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE: Because, because the grandmother was married here in Kenya, and Obama was born in America, oh yeah, so his son, the little Obama, was marrying, was marrying, in America, in United States.
MCRAE: Oh, OK, fine. I mean, I--I just, I misunderstood what she was saying. I thought you said she was present when he was born.
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE: No, not present there. The present with me here was tonight. Not present so she can leave. No she was here in Kenya while he, uh, her son, the little Obama, was marrying in America. And, uh, he be present if it--
WOMAN'S VOICE (background): It was in Hawaii.
TRANSLATOR OGOMBE: --was in America there, why are they for, they go, they go, they go to some place, then the present isn't here sir, he was born there in America.
That is what the Kenyan grandmother said; she said that Obama was born in Hawaii. This confirms the official birth certificate that he was born in Hawaii, and the fact that Obama's mother did not have a passport, and the confirmation (twice) of the officials in Hawaii, and this witness (http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:7lxgRu-fdYQJ:www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html).
And it also confirms the virtual impossibility of getting a Kenyan-born child to the USA without a US-travel document that would prove that the child was born in Kenya. After all, we do require passports and visas, and in this case there would have had to be one issued to Obama in Kenya if he were born there. If that had happened, there would be a document in the files of applications for passports or visas, but there is none.
The National Review summed it up nicely: "The theory that Obama was born in Kenya, that he was smuggled into the U.S., and that his parents somehow hoodwinked Hawaiian authorities into falsely certifying his birth in Oahu, is crazy stuff.”
You said: "Hawaii’s 1961 long-form birth certificates “includes information missing from the short-form document for Obama published online, including the name of the hospital, the name of the attending physician, name and address of the parents, the race of the parents and the race of the baby.”
Answer. Yes. That information is included on the long-form birth certificate. But Hawaii (like several other states) does not send out the long-form birth certificate anymore. It doesn't send it out to anyone. ((http://www.starbulletin.com/columnists/kokualine/20090606_kokua_line.html).
You also said: 'In the state of Hawaii, back in 1961, there were four different ways to get an "original birth certificate" on record. They varied greatly in their reliability as evidence: http://theobamafile.com/_eligibility/HawaiiPoliciesAndProcedures.htm"
Answer. ALL but one of the four required a delay of at least a month before being issued. But there was no delay in issuing Obama's birth certificate. He was born on the 4th, and the registrar filed it on the 8th, which is fast considering that the 4th was a Friday, and the notices appeared in the newspapers on the 10th. No delay; so the original was certainly an ordinary birth certificate from a hospital, which is confirmed by the statement of the witness (http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:7lxgRu-fdYQJ:www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html)
Obama's birth certificate was NOT forged. The facts on it were confirmed twice by the officials in Hawaii. No official has ever said that it was forged, and the McCain campaign looked into that allegation and rejected it.
YOu also said: "HI Dept. of Health refuses to corroborate that Obama born in Hawaii:"
That is a lie. They have corroborated it twice, with the latest statement being:
""I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago...." (http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2009-07-27-obama-hawaii_N.htm.)
The previous statement was from the official spokeswoman of the Department of Health, who said:
Quotes:
Does this mean Obama was born in Hawaii?
"Yes," said Hawaii Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo, in both email and telephone interviews with the Tribune. "That's what Dr. Fukino is saying." (http://www.swamppolitics.com/news/politics/blog/2008/11/obama_hawaaianborn_citizen_for.html)
SWORN TESTIMONY: I asked Ms. Obama specifically, "Were you present when your grandson Barack Obama was born in Kenya?" This was asked to her in translation twice, and both times she specifically replied, "Yes! Yes she was! She was present when Obama was born". Though, some few younger relatives, including Mr. Ogombe, have obviously been versed to counter such facts with the common purported information from the American news media that Obama was born in Hawaii, Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama was very adamant that her grandson, Senator Barack Hussein Obama, was born in Kenya, and that she was present and witnessed his birth in Kenya, not the United States. When Mr. Ogombe attempted to counter Sarah Obama's clear responses to the question, verifying the birth of Senator Obama in Kenya, I asked Mr. Ogombe how she could be present at Barack Obama's birth if the Senator was born in Hawaii, but Ogombe would not answer the question, instead he repeatedly tried to insert that, "No, No, No. He was born in the United States!" But during the conversation, Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama never changed her reply that she was in deed present when Senator Barack Obama was born in Kenya. A transcript of this taped public interview is attached as Exhibit "6". http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/PROJECTS/Obama/Evidence/AFFIDAVIT-Bishop.pdf
You said: "I asked Ms. Obama specifically, "Were you present when your grandson Barack Obama was born in Kenya?" This was asked to her in translation twice, and both times she specifically replied, "Yes! Yes she was! She was present when Obama was born".
Yes. She was present in Kenya when Obama was born in Hawaii. Since you do not know how the question was translated, all that we know is that she answered yes to a question. Was that question, "was she present in Kenya when Obama was born?" Maybe. But it certainly does not ask was she present WHERE Obama was born.
So, McCrae then asked Where was Obama born, was he born in Mombassa? And the reply was NO, Obama was born in Hawaii. That is perfectly clear.
Add to this the fact that Obama's mother did not have a passport in 1961, so how could she go to Kenya. Add to this the official birth certificate from Hawaii and the repeated confirmations of the officials in Hawaii.
That is why the National Review concludes: "The theory that Obama was born in Kenya, that he was smuggled into the U.S., and that his parents somehow hoodwinked Hawaiian authorities into falsely certifying his birth in Oahu, is crazy stuff.” (http://article.nationalreview.com/401586/suborned-in-the-usa/andrew-c-mccarthy)
THE answer is that Obama has shown the official birth certificate of a US State. He has shown the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and two officials of the state of Hawaii have said twice that the facts on the document are confirmed by the document in the files. This is overwhelming proof that Obama was born in Hawaii.
And his Kenyan grandmother never said that he was born in Kenya. She said that he was born in Hawaii.
There is no reason for Fukino to lie. What she saw in the files was also seen by the director of vital statistics and by the clerk who filled in the original form. Others may have seen it too, and Hawaii could change its law to allow the original to be seen. That being the case, she would be running a risk if she lied. It could be found out easily. She did not lie, and neither did the director of vital statistics or the clerk who filled in the form. The original document says, as they all said, that Obama was born in Hawaii.
The document is NOT forged. Two guys who will not give their names claimed that it was forged. No official ever said that is was forged, and the officials in Hawaii have said repeatedly that the published document is confirmed by the original document in the files.
Obama's mother did not have a passport in 1961, so she could not go to Kenya. Obama's Kenyan grandmother said that a Obama was born in Hawaii, and there is even a witness who recalls being told of Obama's birth in Hawaii in 1961 (http://74.125.95.132/search?q=cache:7lxgRu-fdYQJ:www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html).

ReplyDeleteAnd it also confirms the virtual impossibility of getting a Kenyan-born child to the USA without a US-travel document that would prove that the child was born in Kenya.
Some other points:
ReplyDeleteYou said: "Hawaii’s 1961 long-form birth certificates “includes information missing from the short-form document for Obama published online, including the name of the hospital, the name of the attending physician, name and address of the parents, the race of the parents and the race of the baby.”
Answer.
They varied greatly in their reliability as evidence:
http://theobamafile.com/_eligibility/HawaiiPoliciesAndProcedures.htm"
End quote.
When Mr. Ogombe attempted to counter Sarah Obama's clear
ReplyDeleteresponses to the question, verifying the birth of Senator Obama in Kenya, I asked Mr. Ogombe how she could be present
at Barack Obama's birth if the Senator was born in Hawaii, but Ogombe would not answer the question, instead he repeatedly tried to insert that, "No, No, No. He was born in the United States!" But during the conversation, Ms. Sarah Hussein Obama never changed her reply that she was in deed present when Senator Barack Obama was born in Kenya. A transcript of this taped public interview is attached as Exhibit "6".

You said: "I asked Ms. Obama specifically, "Were you present when your grandson Barack Obama was born in Kenya?" This was asked to her in translation twice, and both times she specifically replied, "Yes! Yes she was! She was present when Obama was born".
ReplyDeleteYes.
There are too many questions and not enough answers:
ReplyDeletehttp://www.wnd.com/index.php?pageId=106942
THE answer is that Obama has shown the official birth certificate of a US State. He has shown the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and two officials of the state of Hawaii have said twice that the facts on the document are confirmed by the document in the files. This is overwhelming proof that Obama was born in Hawaii.
ReplyDeleteAnd his Kenyan grandmother never said that he was born in Kenya. She said that he was born in Hawaii.
More proof that Fukino is lying:
ReplyDeletehttp://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=126596
http://www.westernjournalism.com/?p=2784
Further proof that Obama’s birth certificate is forged:
http://nobarack08.wordpress.com/2008/10/24/obamas-birth-certificate-forgery-proven/
ReplyDeleteThe document is NOT forged.
