Don't let the name of this agency fool you--it is completely paid for by your tax dollars--it is not a real Corporation, it is a legal fiction, set up by government.
Legal Services Corp. that quasi government agency that helps criminals sue government agencies, allows illegal aliens legal services and sues local government for special interests against the taxpayer needs, has now been caught. These folks are no better than Tammany Hall politicians, using tax dollars to harm the taxpayer, then turning around and buying "high tea" and renting limousines. These folks don't care about those they serve, as long as they get good services at the best restaurants and hotels.
This is another example of why this agency needs to go. In the past it has defended pornographers, sued land owners and made a mess of public policy--trying to get done in the courts what can't be done in the legislature. Now we find out these folks, the administrative leaders just like the good life, at no cost to themselves. While American are worried about paying their bills, these folks use limo's at $400 instead of a cab.
As we are trying to pay our rent, the Board of this organization, instead of meeting in the HQ conference room, meet in a chic and expensive Washington hotel. We don't need tax increases, we need audits and closures of government agencies.
What is the purpose of government?
Should it provide lawyers for every citizen, for every whim or neglect? Legal Services Corp, was always bad public policy and wasteful government, now we have more facts.

As you can tell from these articles, corruption, incompetence and greed is nothing new to this agency--it goes back to its founding.
What do you think?
Should you pay for lawsuits against businesses owners for illegal aliens? Why doesn't this agency help home schoolers against school district that fight their right to a quality education? Should we even have such an agency?
