IRAN BEHIND 9/11

Just saw this on Glenn Beck tonight:

U.S. DISTRICT COURT RULES IRAN BEHIND 9/11 ATTACKS

Senator Rob Portman is the one most likely to be standing on stage at the vice-presidential debate this fall

PJ MEDIA:
Senator Rob Portman Will Be Romney’s VP According to GOP Insiders
From a veteran insider of past GOP presidential campaigns:
  • He’s fabulous
  • Would actually be a great VP
  • Not an ideologue
  • Ohio
  • Understands jobs and global economy as U.S. Trade Representative not OMB [Office of Management and Budget]
PLUS:
He’s hunts! He canoes! He bikes! He fishes! He speaks Spanish!
(The latter could be a big benefit to Romney with a voting block that he needs to attract.)

So, maybe he’s not that boring after all.

There's a friggin' app for that!

From a friend of mine who just flew to New York City:
I was in the limo coming from the airport to my hotel. Pakistani driver, of course. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, I hear the call to prayer! Not from the radio. From where? There's a friggin' app for that! An Islamic call to prayer app that goes off 5 times a day!
Wonder if there'll be an app for beheadings too???

In Flanders Fields

In Flanders Fields

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie,
In Flanders fields.
Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

The Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund

Posted by: Hugh Hewitt at 8:33 AM
Every Memorial Day Weekend I dedicate a show to interviews with Marines who have been catastrophically injured in the war, interviews arranged by the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund. Today 20 Marines and Corpsmen will join me to discuss how and when they were wounded and how their recoveries are proceeding.

The Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund is online at SemperFiFund.org and their phone number to pledge support is 760-207-1588. The mailing address is:

The Injured Marines Semper Fi Fund 825 College Blvd Ste 102 PMB 609 Oceanside, CA 92057

The Semper Fi Fund is also undertaking a pilot project to assist severely wounded servicemembers from other branches, which I will also highlight on today's show, and which is online at AmericasFund.org. The phone number for that initiative is 202-772-1081.

This broadcast is always moving and inspiring, and the perfect way to begin the Memorial Day weekend.

The greatest commencement address of modern times

Neal Boortz is a Texan, a lawyer, a Texas Aggie (Texas A&M) graduate, and now a nationally syndicated talk show host from Atlanta . His commencement address to the graduates of a recent Texas A&M class is far different from what either the students or the faculty expected. Whether you agree or disagree, his views are certainly thought provoking.
Texas A&M Commencement Address – The students gave a standing ovation; the faculty were deathly silent!

Stubby: Decorated Dog Hero of 17 Battles

Although "Stubby" is widely regarded as the Grandfather of the American War Dog he was not the first by any means. Dogs were commonplace during the Civil War as companions for the soldiers and during the Spanish-American War, "Jack Brutus" became the official mascot of Company K, First Connecticut Volunteer Infantry.
He was made a lifetime member of the American legion and marched in every legion parade and attended every legion convention from the end of the war until his death. He was written about by practically every newspaper in the country at one time or another. He met three presidents of the United States Wilson, Harding and Coolidge and was a lifetime member of the Red Cross and YMCA. The Y offered him three bones a day and place to sleep for the rest of his life and he regularly hit the campaign trail, recruiting members for the American Red Cross and selling victory bonds.

In 1921 General Blackjack Pershing who was the supreme commander of American Forces during the War pinned STUBBY with a gold hero dog’s medal that was commissioned by the Humane Education Society the forerunner of our current Humane Society.

What do Barbra Streisand, George Soros, and domestic terrorist Brett Kimberlin all have in common? - UPDATED

Find out at FREEDOMWORKS!
"SWATTING" CAN KILL PEOPLE

What you just heard and read is no joke. It actually happened. The phenomenon is called “SWATting,” because it can bring a SWAT team to your front door. SWATting is a particularly dangerous hoax in which a caller, generally a computer hacker, calls a police department to report a shooting at the home of his enemy. The caller will place this call to the police department’s business line, using Skype or a similar service, and hiding behind Internet proxies to make the call impossible to trace. Anxious police, believing they are responding to the home of an armed and dangerous man, show up at the front door pointing guns and screaming orders.

That is exactly what happened to me. It is a very dangerous hoax that could get the target killed.

Getting naked to change the world

Spiegel Online International
The Ukrainian activist group Femen has made headlines around the world by baring their breasts to protest against prostitution, exploitation and corruption.

PHOTO GALLERY

Modern Marxism
There were only three of them at first, but now the movement, whose ranks include students, journalists and economists, has spread throughout Ukraine and includes more than 300 women. Calling themselves "Femen," they have started a movement that has also caught hold among women in Tunisia and the United States. It's a movement that even encourages experienced women's rights activists to undress.
"We scream and show our bodies!"
Femen emerges from a part of Europe that has only tried its hand at democracy for the last 20 years, a Europe in which the greatest hope, for many 16-year-old girls, is to find a good husband after completing their university studies and eventually become a good mother. It's a Europe in which men can order women on the Internet as if they were running shoes, and in which women who bare their breasts in public can be locked up.

"That's why we scream and show our bodies," says Anna. And they don't do it just in Ukraine, but throughout Europe -- "because many things still aren't right in your countries, either."
Neofeminism: Pussy Riot | Slutwalks | Femen
Femen isn't alone with its neo-feminist form of protest. Some of its contemporaries include the Pussy Riot collective in Moscow, with their feminist punk rock, who are now in detention awaiting trial. They could face seven years in prison for having stormed the pulpit of a church and raged against Putin. There are the Slutwalks in the United States. And there is Egyptian art student Aliaa Magda Elmahdy, who undressed to fight for her sexual self-determination and whose photo went around the world after she published it on her blog. A branch of Femen was even established in Tunisia recently.

Thanks to Barack Obama’s radical energy policies, electricity rates are skyrocketing across the country

“Under my plan of a cap and trade system electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. Businesses would have to retrofit their operations. That will cost money. They will pass that cost onto consumers.” --Barack Obama, January 2008

Medicare broke in 2016...or sooner

FORBES:
The Trustees of the Medicare program have released their annual report on the solvency of the program. They calculate that the program is “expected to remain solvent until 2024, the same as last year’s estimate.” But what that headline obfuscates is that Obamacare’s tax increases and spending cuts are counted towards the program’s alleged “deficit-neutrality,” Medicare is to go bankrupt in 2016. And if you listen to Medicare’s own actuary, Richard Foster, the program’s bankruptcy could come even sooner than that. . .

Why was Bush so bad?

This tells the story, why Bush was so bad at the end of his term.

The day the democrats took over was not January 22nd 2009, it was actually January 3rd 2007 the day the Democrats took over the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the 110th Congress.

The Democrat Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995.

For those who are listening to the liberals propagating the fallacy that everything is "Bush's Fault", think about this:

January 3rd, 2007 was the day the Democrats took over the Senate and the Congress. At the time:

The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77

The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%

The Unemployment rate was 4.6%

George Bush's Economic policies SET A RECORD of 52 STRAIGHT MONTHS of JOB GROWTH

Remember the day...

January 3rd, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee.

The economic meltdown that happened 15 months later was in what part of the economy?

BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES!

Unemployment... to this CRISIS by (among MANY other things) dumping 5-6 TRILLION Dollars of toxic loans on the economy from YOUR Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac FIASCOES!

Bush asked Congress 17 TIMES to stop Fannie & Freddie - starting in 2001 because it was financially risky for the US economy.

And who took the THIRD highest pay-off from Fannie Mae AND Freddie Mac? OBAMA

And who fought against reform of Fannie and Freddie?

OBAMA and the Democrat Congress

So when someone tries to blame Bush...

REMEMBER JANUARY 3rd, 2007.... THE DAY THE DEMOCRATS TOOK OVER!"

Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 & 2009 as well as 2010 &2011.

In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.

For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budgets.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009.

If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.

If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself. In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th.

60 Minutes interview proves that Bill Clinton refused to kill Osama bin Laden

CIA Vindicates 'Path to 9/11' Charge Clinton Missed bin Laden
This past Sunday night, CBS’ 60 Minutes broadcast a startling segment featuring former CIA officer Hank Crumpton, Deputy Director of the CIA’s Counterterrorism Center, chief of its bin Laden unit in the late '90s, and one of the first to enter into Afghanistan after 9/11.

Interviewer Lara Logan perceptively zeroed in on Crumpton’s participation in operations to capture and/or kill Osama bin Laden well before the 9/11 attacks, and what Crumpton calls “the lack of response on the part of the administration.”

The Caliphate Is Here

The 32nd summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council may be remembered as the dawn of the Caliphate with the Saudi proposal to accelerate the union of the six GCC States likely to dramatically change the region. The union is being described as “EU Style,” but in practice it would be a larger version of the United Arab Emirates, a federation of tribal monarchies.

Pamela Geller: "I am glad someone in a position of authority is asking for the long form."

There is something on the vault copy Obama does not want us to see. What is it?

The most significant accomplishment of Obama's first term is to make Congress irrelevant

"Barack Obama knows after his re-election a Republican controlled House and Senate will not be able to enact any legislation to roll back the power previously granted to the Executive Branch or usurped by them."
During the first two years of the Obama administration when the Democrats overwhelming controlled both Houses of Congress and the media was in an Obama worshipping stupor, a myriad of laws were passed and actions taken which transferred virtually unlimited power to the executive branch.

Europe: from bad to worse

18 Signs That The Banking Crisis In Europe Has Just Gone From Bad To Worse
With each passing day, the banking crisis in Europe escalates. European banks are having their credit ratings downgraded in waves, bond yields are soaring and billions of euros are being pulled out of banks all across the eurozone. The situation in Europe is rapidly going from bad to worse. It is almost like watching air being let out of a balloon. The key to any financial system is confidence, and right now confidence in banks in Greece, Italy, Spain and Portugal is declining at an alarming rate. When things hit the fan in Europe, it is going to be much safer to have your money in Swiss banks or German banks than in Greek banks, Spanish banks or Italian banks. Millions of people in Europe are starting to realize that a "euro" is not necessarily always going to be a "euro" and they are starting to panic. The Greek banking system is already on the verge of total collapse, and at this rate it is only a matter of time before we see some major Spanish and Italian banks start to fail. In fact it has already been announced that the fourth largest bank in Spain, Bankia, will be getting bailed out by the Spanish government. It is only a matter of time before we hear more announcements like this. Right now, events are moving so quickly in Europe that it is hard to keep up with them all. But this is what usually happens in the financial world. When things go well, it tends to happen over an extended period of time. When things fall apart, it tends to happen very rapidly.

And at the moment, things across the pond are moving at a pace that is absolutely breathtaking.

The following are 18 signs that the banking crisis in Europe has just gone from bad to worse. . .

2003: Promotional material from Obama's book says "born in Kenya"

Obama’s literary agent changed Barack Obama’s bio page in April 2007, two months after he announced his run for President of the United States in February 2007. Before that, Obama’s bio said he was born in Kenya.
AND
In 2003, the publishers of Barack Obama’s book, Dreams of [sic] My Father, wrote that Barack Obama was born in Kenya in their promotional material.

World Renowned Mayo Clinic Fires Muslim Doctor Promoting Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)

Hatem Elhagaly (AKA "Hatem Al Haj"), a medical doctor and fellow at the American ElhagelyAcademy of Pediatrics, ignores FGM's detrimental effects on women's health, and instead argues that it is 'an honor' for women. He justifies this position by referring repeatedly to the words of classical Islamic scholars from the four schools of mainstream Sunni Islamic thought, all of which attest to FGM's legitimacy under Islam. He also refers to the words of the Prophet Muhammad himself, who reportedly counselled people in his day on how to perform FGM in a way that would be "more beautiful to behold and better for [the woman's] husband."

Why is Google so mean to business owners?

...other than that Lefties generally penalize businesses on principle (unless they are big corps with lots of money to extort):

...it's my considered opinion that Google just makes the whole thing too hard for busy local business owners. I've compared Google before to a circus ringmaster, requiring local business owners to jump through a series of flaming hoops if they want to participate - and, in fact, even if they don't want to participate. Remember that Google started their local business index by creating listings of businesses without any permission from the business owners, themselves. Suddenly, the average local business owner began to become aware that there was a giant, visible advertisement of his company on the web that he hadn't authorized and that was very likely to contain incorrect data about his business. The hoop jumping began.

Over the years, business owners have had to stretch and squish themselves into a variety of odd postures to adhere to Google's ever-changing guidelines, partly out of a wish to be visible, but also out of fear that if they don't get it right, their businesses will surely suffer. While the benefits of visibility in Google's local results are tremendous, you don't have to dig deep to encounter strong, negative sentiment about their manner of interacting with the local business community.

Barack Obama’s former pastor helped Obama accept Christianity without having to renounce Islam

GatewayPundit reports on this story.

Doesn't the pastor know that this is not allowed in Islam?
Conversion by Muslims to other faiths is forbidden under most interpretations of sharia and converts are considered apostates (non-Muslims, however, are allowed to convert into Islam). Some Muslim clerics equate this apostasy to treason, a crime punishable by death.
And never forget that the Koran sanctions lying--there are two kinds: taqqiya and kitman.

Why we need to repeal the 17th Amendment

"[Last week's] forced retirement of Senator Richard Lugar of 'Indiana' should prove a bracing lesson in the use of the pike for didactic purposes. It's also one of the best arguments for the repeal of the 17th amendment in a long time.

As I've said before, senators no longer represent their states to Washington, they represent Leviathan to the states, handing out either goodies or punishments as their whim and the political winds dictate. Their primary allegiance is not to the voters back 'home' but to their cloakroom colleagues (hence the 'bipartisanship' fetish that is particularly virulent in the Senate) on Capitol Hill, and to the Beltway parasites who feed off them.

Indeed, Lugar didn't even live in Indiana.

According to this story, he stayed in a hotel in Indianapolis, at taxpayer expense, whenever he deigned to visit. ... In the name of 'democracy,' the 'progressive'-era amendment fundamentally upset the balance of state-fed power that had been built into the Constitution, tipping it inexorably in favor of Washington.

Unmoored from state or region for a minimum of six years -- and more likely, twelve or 18 -- the senators now form a club without a purpose except for their own reelections.

Far from enhancing democracy, the very nature of the office now mocks it." --columnist Michael Walsh

3 men accuse Obama of sexual harassment

Obama Accused Of Sexual Harassment While at Harvard Law Review
(Free Republic) During Barack Obama’s tenure as the president of the Harvard Law Review in the late 1980s, at least two male student editors complained to colleagues and senior university officials about inappropriate behavior by Obama, ultimately leaving their positions at the journal, multiple sources confirm to THE KANSAS CITIAN.

The men complained of sexually suggestive behavior by Obama that made them angry and uncomfortable, the sources said, and they signed agreements with the university that gave them financial payouts to leave the journal. The agreements also included language that bars the men from talking about their departures.

In a series of comments over the past 10 days, Obama and his administration repeatedly declined to respond directly about whether he ever faced allegations of sexual harassment at the journal. They have also declined to address questions about specific reporting confirming that there were financial settlements in two cases in which men leveled complaints.

THE KANSAS CITIAN has confirmed the identities of the two male journal editors who complained about Obama but, for privacy concerns, is not publishing their names.

White House spokesman Jay Carney told THE KANSAS CITIAN the president indicated to White House staff that he was “vaguely familiar” with the charges and that the university’s general counsel had resolved the matter.

Obama was president of the Harvard Law Review from late-1988 to mid-1989. THE KANSAS CITIAN learned of the allegations against him, and over the course of several weeks, has put together accounts of what happened by talking to a lengthy roster of former university officials, current and past students and others familiar with the workings of the journal at the time Obama was there.

In one case, THE KANSAS CITIAN has seen documentation describing the allegations and showing that the university formally resolved the matter. Both men received separation packages that were in the five-figure range.

On the details of Obama’s allegedly inappropriate behavior with the two men, THE KANSAS CITIAN has a half-dozen sources shedding light on different aspects of the complaints.

The sources — including the recollections of close associates and other documentation — describe episodes that left the men upset and offended. These incidents include conversations allegedly filled with innuendo or personal questions of a sexually suggestive nature, taking place at hotels during conferences, at other officially sanctioned journal events and at the journal’s offices. There were also descriptions of physical gestures that were not overtly sexual but that made men who experienced or witnessed them uncomfortable and that they regarded as improper in a professional relationship.

UPDATE: Third man comes forward to AP.

A third former editor says he considered filing a workplace complaint over what he considered aggressive and unwanted behavior by Barack Obama when he worked under the president in the 1991 at the University of Chicago. He says the behavior included a private invitation to his apartment.

He worked for the University of Chicago when he was a Visiting Law and Government Fellow. He told The Associated Press that Obama made sexually suggestive remarks or gestures about the same time that the two editors of the Harvard Law Review had settled separate harassment complaints against him. The employee described situations in which he said Obama told him he had confided to colleagues how attractive he was and invited him to his apartment outside work. He spoke on condition of anonymity, saying he feared retaliation. The White House declined to comment.
UPDATE:
I just found this in one of the comments on the GOP Net website article--so, I've added "satire" as one of the labels on my post.

It just doesn't get any better than this

Newsweek Contributor Compares Ann Romney to Hitler and Stalin… On Mother’s Day

Ann Romney?!?! VIDEO

Corn-holer-in-chief

49 addresses and 16 different Social Security numbers listed for "Barack Obama"

All told, there are 49 addresses and 16 different Social Security numbers listed for a person whose name is spelled “Barack Obama.” In some cases, the middle initial “H” is listed. If you were to expand the search to include closely related names such as: “Barac,” “Barak,” and “Barrack” Obama, you would find more than a dozen additional addresses and Social Security numbers.

Finally, the one Social Security number Obama most frequently used, the one beginning with 042, is a number issued in Connecticut sometime during 1976-1977, yet there is no record of Obama ever living or working in Connecticut. Indeed, during this time period Obama would have been 15-16 years old and living in Hawaii at the time.

Nevertheless, all this mystery surrounding Obama appears to be a generational thing. Researchers have discovered nearly a dozen aliases, at least two different Social Security numbers, and upwards of over 99 separate addresses for Ann Dunham, his mother. We do know she worked for the ultra liberal Ford Foundation but we also know she may have earned some income from pornographic poses, as evidenced by photos recently discovered by some researchers—how embarrassing. The only thing researchers are able to find out about Obama’s mother is the fact she made porn. I’m sure that’s a first for presidential mothers.

[I am in possession of several nude pictures of Stanley Ann Dunham but cannot post them here due to Blogger/Google's terms of service.]

But we also know that Obama’s mother and grandparents associated with Communist Party leaders such as Frank Marshall Davis, a man who, according to Obama’s book, Dreams from my Father, was his main mentor during much of his Hawaiian boyhood (although Obama tried to disguise his identity in his book). During the Cold War, Davis was named by congressional investigators as a key member of a secretive pro-Soviet networked that existed in Hawaii at that time.

Communist Party leader, Frank Marshall Davis

The lack of documents regarding Obama also extends to his mother and to his grandparents. Indeed, researchers have been unable to find marriage licenses for his mother’s two marriages, assuming she was ever legally married. Ditto goes for the marriage license for Ann’s parents. They cannot find birth certificates for her, her parents, or for even for her grandparents. Even more so, despite Obama’s boast of his grandfather’s military service, there’s no record of that either. For reasons no one knows, much of Obama’s life, his mother’s life and his grandparent’s life has been erased from the records as if they never existed.

Energy wake-up call

Excerpts from OUR ENERGY FUTURE by Jeffrey Carter [via InstaPundit]
At the Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business Management Conference Friday, I listened to a panel discussion on energy. It was interesting, primarily because the two panelists didn’t mince words. They offered up some interesting stats. . .
  • Running an oil company isn’t cheap and has a lot of fixed costs.

  • Energy prices aren’t going lower in the long run and instead of battery powered cars and trucks we should figure out how to make uranium powered cars and trucks.

  • Research into green energy isn’t a total waste of money or time since fossil fuels will eventually be gone. However, government subsidies and government money pouring into research seems ill spent.

  • Natural gas is a good alternative, but we need to figure out how to develop an ecosystem so that it becomes easy for companies to switch. Natural gas has more energy density than diesel fuel.

  • We don’t need CAFE standards to stimulate car companies to create better cars. Economic incentives create them. There is no secret car that gets 90 MPG that car companies are withholding from the market. If they had it, you could buy it on a lot.

  • Give up on high speed rail. It’s not going to be possible under the current political environment, or economic environment.
  • The US will squander much of it’s storehouse of current energy due to bad policy.

  • Things like the Chevy Volt in the current technological environment are not efficient. They are science experiments.
As an angel investor, I don’t see me making investments in green energy that will take years to come to fruition. However, as an angel investor I can make investments into companies like Power2Switch that are in the energy sector, but not in the research and development of it.

Origin of "Left" and "Right"

I have often wondered why it is that Conservatives are called the "right" and Liberals are called the "left."

By chance I stumbled upon this verse in the Bible:

"The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left." --Ecclesiastes 10:2 (NIV)
Thus sayeth the Lord. Amen.

Can't get any simpler than that.

Deadly new disease

Gonorrhea Lectim-new deadly disease (UNCLASSIFIED)*

The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of this old disease. The disease is called "Gonorrhea-Lectim." It's pronounced "Gonna re-elect em" and it is a terrible Obamanation.

The disease is contracted through dangerous and high risk behavior involving putting your cranium up your rectum.

Many victims contracted it in 2008...But now most people, after having been infected for the past 1-3 years, are starting to realize how destructive this sickness is.  It's sad because Gonorrhea Lectim is easily cured with a new drug just coming on the market called Votemout. You take the first dose now and the second dose in Nov. 2012 and simply don't engage in such behavior again; otherwise, it could become permanent and eventually wipe out all life as we know it.
"The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government lest it come to dominate our lives and interests." --Patrick Henry, 1736-1799

Three constitutional doctrines can avoid globalization’s problems while still permitting the United States to accrue the benefits of international cooperation

  1. First, treaties should be presumed to be non-self-executing: in other words, treaties do not take effect as enforceable domestic law without an intervening Act of Congress.

  2. Second, the President must possess the primary authority power to terminate international obligations and to interpret international law.

  3. Third, states must assume a leading role in the implementation of international law and agreements, especially in areas (such as family and property law) that have remained traditionally in their control.

All of these mechanisms shift basic decisions between the pressures of globalization and the goals of a democratic constitutional government to the executive and legislative branches of the federal and state governments.

SKY WATCH: MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, 2012

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The “Reality, Checked” Memorial Day Weekend Nation-Wide Sky Watch

This 2012 Memorial Day Weekend, join the hosts of The Black Vault Radio Network’s, Reality, Checked, in a weekend nation-wide UFO sky watch.  If there is something meant for us to see – let’s find it!

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA. (BlackVault) – For centuries, the human race has asked itself the greatest question, “Are we alone?”  As theoreticians, prophets, researchers, investigators, and curious minds offer up thought-provoking answers to that question – there is only one way to find out.  We need to look for ourselves!

Join TheBlackVault.com’s John Greenewald, Jr., and Trevor Lowder, hosts of “Reality, Checked,” as they launch a 72-hour, nation-wide, project to get everyone to simply… look up. Nearly everyone walking on this planet is armed with videos phones and cameras, so the hosts propose that as most of us likely will have an outside BBQ with our families honoring our nation’s heroes that weekend, that we should also take a moment to peer up into the sky – looking to find evidence that may prove we are not alone.

With a nation-wide alliance of curious sky watchers, armed with an army of cameras, certainly someone, somewhere, could find something.  All too often we look forward or down; but never up where the answers may lie. They propose we change that.

And if you do happen to catch a shred of evidence, TheBlackVault.com offers an amazing new way to catalogue the event, and share it with the world.

Located in The Black Vault’s Case File Database (http://www.theblackvault.com/m/events/home/), users have the opportunity to share their sighting (from any time and date) and upload videos, photos, word documents, sketches, and whatever else they want to share.  It will then be tagged on a global map, and be preserved for others to view and investigate for years to come.

To date, it is arguably the most powerful tool to catalogue your sighting, and it isn’t limited to this year’s Memorial Weekend UFO sky watch. You can catalogue, from any date, UFO sightings, ghost encounters, abduction experiences, military exercises, and anything else of interest.

Help pass the word, and join in the fun as we all take part in this sky watch and the weekend of May 26th, 2012 – May 28th, 2012 (Memorial Day) as we all take a couple minutes out of our lives – and simply look up to find an answer.

(Note: Not in the U.S. but want to take part? You can!  Not only do we invite the globe to take part, The Black Vault Case File Database welcomes cases from around the world – so make sure you join us in America for this historic event!)

ICEgate?

High ranking intel officials linked to Palestinian money laundering

ICE
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is the principal investigative arm of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the second largest investigative agency in the federal government. Created in 2003 through a merger of the investigative and interior enforcement elements of the U.S. Customs Service and the Immigration and Naturalization Service, ICE now has more than 20,000 employees in offices in all 50 states and 47 foreign countries.
"The money, stolen from American taxpayers who paid it to fund this country’s national security, is probably going to fund Islamic terrorism...Homeland Security and the Justice Department are minimizing these parts of the story and are succeeding.  But the truth is that this is a major national security breach..."

"The fact that the investigation was handled by the Homeland Security Department and its components instead of by the FBI or other federal investigators is highly suspicious to me. These were high-ranking U.S. intelligence officials who were stealing larges sums of money without the slightest hesitation. Could not these same officials compromise national security or worse?" asks former military intelligence officer and police detective Sid Franes.

"Are Americans getting the whole story? Or are we once again facing yet another political agenda?" he asks.

Growing federal stranglehold over water rights in Arizona is a direct assault on state autonomy

By Nick Dranias
The City of Tombstone, Arizona is no longer the only one fighting the federal government for water rights. The latest move by the Federal Bureau of Land Management appears to herald a bigger and much more comprehensive effort to seize water and access rights on federal lands throughout the western states.

Just last week, the Bureau of Land Management declared to the Arizona Department of Water Resources that the federal government holds senior water rights across much of Arizona’s San Pedro River riparian watershed. The BLM’s objection to the “Designation of Adequate Water Supply” issued by ADWR to Sierra Vista’s Pueblo del Sol Water Company stakes the claim that water sources in the area cannot be used without the federal government’s permission. This new federal policy not only defies decades of deference to and accommodation of state sovereignty over water law, but it throws a noose around Arizona’s neck, for which water is life.
The growing federal stranglehold over water rights in Arizona is a direct assault on state autonomy. There is perhaps no better way for the federal government to quell restive western states, like Arizona, that dare to resist federal immigration, healthcare, and unionization policies.
More than ever before, the BLM’s actions show that it is essential for the Goldwater Institute to prevail in our efforts to vindicate Tombstone, Arizona’s 130-year-old water rights, which the federal government is challenging. If Tombstone fails in its effort to preserve its municipal water supply, which is essential to its existence, the floodgates of federal overreach will wash away what little sovereignty the western states still enjoy.

10 Things That Would Be Happening Today If Obama's Policies Were Working

Barack Obama has "already held more re-election fundraising events than every elected president since Richard Nixon combined." Yet, despite the fact that he has been campaigning almost non-stop since the 2010 election, aside from trying to steal credit from the SEALs for killing Osama Bin Laden, you very seldom hear Obama talk about his record. This is especially noteworthy because like him or hate him, Obama has passed a lot of legislation. So, if Barack Obama has such an extensive record, why is it that Republicans are the ones that are always talking about it while Obama tries to steer the conversation to anything else? Simple: Obama is a failed President. His policies haven't worked. If Obama had actually produced results, the country would look very different today.

Who killed bin Laden?

A marine's answer:
America is not at war, the US Marines are at war; America is at the mall." Let's be clear on this: OBAMA did NOT kill Bin Laden. An American sailor, who Obama, just a few weeks before, was debating on whether or not to PAY, did!

In fact, if you remember a little less than two years ago, his administration actually charged and attempted to court-martial three Navy Seals from Seal Team Six, when a terrorist suspect they captured, complained they had punched him during the take-down and bloodied his nose. Obama's administration further commented how brutal they were. The left were calling them Nazi's and Baby Killers. Now all of a sudden, the very brave men they vilified are now heroes when they make his administration look good in the eyes of the public.

Obama just happened to be the one in office when the CIA finally found him and our sailors took him out. Essentially, Obama only gave an answer, Yes or No, to him being taken out. This is NOT an Obama victory, but an AMERICAN victory!!
Ed Schreiber Col. US MC (Ret.) "Semper Fi"

OBAMA'S OWN WORDS TRAP HIM:

2008: "Navy Seal Team 6 is Cheney's private assassination team."
2011: "I put together Seal Team 6 to take out Bin Laden."

2008: "Bin Laden is innocent until proven guilty, and must be captured alive and given a fair trial."
2011: "I authorized Seal Team 6 to kill Bin Laden."

2008: " Guantanamo is entirely unnecessary, and the detainees should not be interrogated."
2011: "Vital intelligence was obtained from Guantanamo detainees that led to our locating Bin Laden."

Remind the people who vote, time to throw out the trash is nearly here. Those who have had freedom and lost it will never see it again!

A vet explains the practical side of "faith"

The link below takes you to a great illustration of what we were taught about scanning outside the cockpit when I went through training  back in the '50s.  We were told to scan the horizon for a short distance, stop momentarily, and repeat the process. I can remember being told why this was the most effective technique to locate other aircraft. It was emphasized repeatedly to not fix your gaze for more than a couple of seconds on any single object. The instructors, some of whom were WWII veterans with years of experience, instructed us to continually "keep our eyes moving and our head on a swivel" because this was the best way to survive, not only in combat, but from peacetime hazards (like a midair collision) as well.

We basically had to take the advice on faith (until we could experience for ourselves) because the technology to demonstrate it didn't exist at that time...but it does now!
